I was taken very good care of and very comfortable throughout my whole experience. Everyone was very personable and made sure i was having the best experience possible. The inside was much larger than expected and very clean. I really appreciate the hard work and attention that these men and women gave me.

I’d been sick for almost 2 weeks after testing positive for Covid. I wasn’t getting better and didnt know it had developed into pneumonia. I went to Cleveland emergency room in The Woodlands and they tested me negative and sent me home on a Thursday and I couldnt smell a thing. On Sunday I went to Memorial Hermann ER in Summerwood, they tested me positive but sent me home with meds for a headache. After getting information about the monoclonal antibody infusion from the nurse at Hermann memorial, I came home and did some research. I was able to find the Heights ER and went there for treatment of the monoclonal antibodies infusion. They did a CT Scan with contrast, gave me the infusion and antibiotic through an IV, and also prescribed me and antibiotic medications for the pneumonia, even for the cough. Jessica was my nurse and Dr. Kim was my treating physician. I’ve never been so well cared for during an ER. I am extremely impressed with their care. Not only did they have a great bedside manner, they took time with me, addressed my questions and concerns. I can’t commend them enough for their obvious passion as healthcare professionals and their dedication to providing patients with great care and compassion.

The Heights Emergency is the best. The staff here is amazing! I came in due to a slip and fall accident and I received top notch care. Everyone here was attentive, friendly and caring. The best treatment Ive received in a long time. Now I know why my husband will not visit anywhere else. The Heights Emergency Room takes care of their patients!

I came in the middle of the night because it was the closest ER to my house, and the staff was very helpful and kind. I received very good care here, and the nurses and doctors were attentive and made sure that I was comfortable during my entire time there. I am feeling so much better now because of the wonderful nurses and doctors who found the problem and gave me effective treatments. I’d never been to the ER by myself before, but I had a great experience here. I especially want to thank the nurse who let me borrow her phone charger for hours while I was there, that was very kind and I appreciated it so much. I would absolutely recommend the heights ER to anyone!

From the time I arrived to the time I left I felt like they cared about me as a patient. The desk clerk he was so nice and everyone that cared for me was nice as well, not one single person made me feel they didnt care ,everyone showed me so much love and was concerned about me. I have never felt so comfortable at a 24Houe ER or any medical facility before. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone,The staff is a awesome staff and its nothing I feel they need to do better they all are great and a loving staff. I thank them so so much for taking great care of me,if I have any emergencies I would most definitely go to The Heights Emergency Room-24Hours ER. The best place ever .By the way the wait time to be seen after doing my paper work was like a half of a seconds, there really isnt a wait time,you are seen like almost right away. I’ve been here twice before. The first time I came I was treated with a wonderful and caring doctor. For this, I will give them 2 stars instead of one. My second time was horrible. I was so scared of my health and the staff was not making me feel better and not giving me the support I needed. Instead, they would give me attitude and not explain to me what they were doing or what’s happening to me. I kept passing out and they didn’t seem to care or show much attention. Instead, a staff member would come and tell me she doesn’t have time to sit there with me because she’s too busy with other patients and states that, “she knows how to talk to her patients” even when I would tell her she’s not treating me well. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a health care team.. I wish for no one to ever experience such treatment and I really hope the team here learns to be more empathetic and professional..

Wonderful service, there was no wait time. The staff was very patient and helpful to my toddler. Everything was smooth and my son was checked after a hard fall. I would definitely come back to this emergency care.

I had a great experience at The Heights Emergency Room. I felt like I had VIP treatment. Dr. Ibarra and team was very informative and answered all my questions. They were able to get me into a treatment room very efficiently and was seen by the doctor immediately. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

They deserve 6 out of 5 stars! I ended up here around midnight. No wait, very professional, and friendly. They even found a hospital quickly (which is very difficult during this pandemic) for me to have emergency surgery. I absolutely recommend this facility. Thank you so much to the staff.

This place assured me my procedure was covered by insurance. Very simple procedure of cleaning out ears. I have very good insurance and two weeks later I receiver a bill in the mail for $700. Ive done this many times before at places that was covered completely. Go somewhere else!

We had a horrible experience here. The staff was very callous. We had an incident with my pregnant wife and we called them to ask if they are capable of handling pregnancy cases. The front desk lady said they are knowing full well that they really arent. They didnt even have an ultra sound machine there. When we got there, they first asked us for insurance and payment, while my wife was waiting in distress, when I already confirmed over the phone that we do have insurance coverage. Then they took their own time to bring her in. We had to wait more than an hour for a portable ultra sound that was brought in from outside that gave an incorrect diagnosis. We went to the hospital later and were made to stay there for 2 days due to the wrong diagnosis. Luckily everything was okay, but my wife was in great distress.Also, they were very slow to respond when we were inside as well considering the ER was mostly empty. The doctor who diagnosed us seemed fair, but he if he was truly ethical, he should have told us to go to the hospital immediately. All this happened in late 2020. Seems like business was low due to pandemic and they are willing to sacrifice someone elses life and well being to make some money.I am not the one to write bad reviews, but the distress this whole affair caused my wife still haunts me.

My recent visit was the second time to use The Heights Emergency facility. This emergency room provides the best experience I have ever had, and I have worked in a few. They are so kind, efficient and every one of the staff are intelligent and thorough. They are prepared to handle everything from a cut to a stroke with equal capability. I wish all health care employees were as wonderful Jessica, Heather and Dr Kim.

Fast, welcoming, everyone was friendly, from the reception desk, to the back. The doctor was great, knowledgeable, patient, sat down to explain in details to my understanding. He leveled with me by sitting down which I think is outstanding and left room for questions. An environment I would love to work for. I was involved in a motorcycle accident. Sympathetic nurse/doctor and they genuinely cared about my pain. They greeted me in a very friendly manner.Explained my options and how to properly clean my wounds. The complete healing process was explained to me.

From the moment I was immediately taken care of at the reception, through my short wait and interactions with the nurse and doctors the experience was personalized empathetic and extremely profesional. They guided me every step of the way and answered all my questions . Highly recommended it!

Despite a course of prednisone, azthromycin and albuterol, my breathing became more painful. A friend recommended the Regeneron infusion therapy available at The Heights Emergency Room. This therapy is apparently best in the first week of symptoms and I was way past that stage. In any event, they did a CT Scan with contrast and prescribed medications, even for the pain, as it felt as if I was breathing in particles of sharp glass. Vincent was my nurse and Dr. Cliff Janke was my treating physician. I’ve never been so well cared for during an ER visit or hospitalization. I am extremely impressed with their care. Not only did they have a great bedside manner, they took time with me, addressed my questions and concerns, and thoroughly explained all my test results. I can’t commend them enough for their obvious passion as healthcare professionals and their dedication to providing patients with great care and compassion.

Went to them last night. Very sweet staff, understanding and seem very well experienced, with the space and time given waiting for the results I started to grieve the loss of my car and what happened. . Had a ct done after my first car wreck and everything was so quick .

I cant believe they dont accept Medicare, the counter help advised for Medicare the rapid COVID19 test would be over $900. Had been advised it would only be $100.00 Sunday August 8th at 230pm. Parking lot empty guessing they have really deep pockets. My neighbors were shocked. Word of mouth does wonders with reputations. Went to Acres Homes community Center and it free. I did have to wait in line behind 4 cars.

I went in on day 7 of testing positive for Covid due to still feeling horrible, I was called back very quickly. The staff was very kind, Dr: Ochoa was amazing with the best bedside manor I’ve ever seen a doctor have, It was obvious I was very scared and they were very kind, and patient with me. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a ER. I feel better today after being treated yesterday.

Took my father here because he was complaining for chest discomfort. Checked his insurance and said it was not valid due to premium not being paid. We showed the front office staff proof insurance was active and paid. Staff said they needed $5000 in cash upfront in order for my father to be seen. Never did they once ask why we were there. Doctor came out and said we were faking and said the police had been called. All they care about is money. So sad. I just want to cry because my father was having a possible medical emergency and all they cared about is money by the pound. I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau and the health department.

I love this place. All of the staff is amazing. Treat you with so much care. The place is so clean and the wait time is very minimal. I highly recommend The Heights ER, if you are feeling sick. You will be taking care of.

Kiaya for reference... this emergency room is honestly the best experience I have ever had. Literally. I sliced my finger about a week or so ago and the staff was quite amazing. So kind. So nice. So attentive and informative and that’s literally the entire staff. I’ve never been in an environment of pain but also very secure in the fact I would be taken care of. During my follow up to get my suture removed I was met with a different set of staff so was like eh maybe that was a one off experience... nope! Consistent. I laughed with the doctor who jokingly reprimanded me for not taking my antibiotic and joked about how I got my wound. The staff laughed with me and allowed me to clean my own wound (slight Infatuation with gross things LOL). Honestly I would drive from Katy to the heights in the future with any emergencies. Beat experience and very thankful to them all.

My sister’s doctor suggested she go to urgent care to check on her advancing body swelling. Brought my sister to this location after calling and upon arrival was told they didn’t accept Medicare as it was the primary. The attendant, Mario was rude beyond belief and even shouted at me saying I was rude when I asked why I wasn’t informed that they didn’t accept all insurance. A blank trip! Glad it wasn’t a life or death emergency .

Was excited to try this ER out read the reviews about them being very good with kids, so we headed out, I arrive and was told they dont accept my daughters insurance!!!! I was soo upset so I checked out the website and it does state that they dont accept GOVERNMENT INSURANCES!! I felt a little offended when they told me this in person!! I know its the heights and all but cmon they dont take Medicaid ?? To say the least now I know to keep going to Texas Children’s Urgent Care.

This state of the art facility is is not only equipped to save your life, the staff is caring, kind, professional and top notch providers. I received the latest recommended treatment for COVID and it may have saved my life. I’m home now and feeling well thanks to the doctors and nurses (Larry was calm and reassuring while providing an excellent level of care). I am grateful to everyone involved in my care there, they risk their lives to take care of yours.

I had to go there because my eye was hurting so bad I thought I was having a stroke. When I arrived I was greeted by Mario. He was extremely friendly. He gave me the forms to complete and was even having a pleasant conversation with me. That eased my anxiety that I was already feeling. Then Jessica came to the waiting area and took me to the back. She was extremely caring as she wrote down my information. Then I met the nicest doctors youd ever want to meet Dr Sok and Houssan. They did a flush on my eyes and talked me through the procedure. Their sense of humor was amazing. It kept me from focusing on my fear. After the procedure I felt so much better. I just wanted everyone to know that the staff at this facility turned my fears into calmness. They really made my experience a pleasant one. Thank you to all the staff mentioned.

Brought a friend to this place which suffers from anxiety, amongst other things she was very historical and I was not allowed to go to the back with her. I asked and was told that I had to wait . I work in a doctors office. They said only one person could be in the back for certain situations but a man came in and was allowed to go to the back with the whole family without a mask wow this is unacceptable. They kept telling me to give them a few minutes but it turned into 45 minutes meanwhile my friend was getting worse.

Where do I begin!? After going to Urgent Care the night before, I felt incredibly ignored by the staff. Reticent to go to the Emergency Room, I thought the same would happen. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. From the attention and support of Dr. Yo to the patience and understanding of Nurse Angela and Nurse Joe, they helped bring my 102 degree fever down to 98.4. They never questioned my symptoms, instead they leaned in to better understand how to help. No question was left unanswered and their level of knowledge and professionalism was impeccable. I am beyond grateful for their support and highly recommend this location.

I was greeted with swiftness and care by Nam and Nurse Cody. Melinda took some great X-rays of my hand. And last but not least, Dr. Diaz kindly removed the glass that was embedded in my finger. 5 stars! Thanks everyone!

I just have to start with this place is phenomenal. First the wait time to be put in a room and tests started was ridiculously fast. Every single one of the staff was very attentive and explained everything they were doing in a way to put me at ease. I have never been treated so well at a medical facility. My husband and I have been going here for our covid19 test previously, we have a very good insurance that pays in full no questions ask, I went on Tuesday late night as I had all the covid19 symptoms, the lady at the counter she did not care at all, all she wanted to pay the $250 co-pay even though previously our Blue Cross Blue Shields told them that covers, all she cared was to collect the money! The attitude of the clerk was dismissive and careless even though I could have continued to spread the Corona Virus into my home and other, luckily I went to Montrose SignatureCare and they immediately took care as they saw me with all the symptoms, I will continue to spread the word among my friends and family that lives across the neighborhood in the Heights and Rice Military and Beyond!It was totally unacceptable..!

We had the most incredible experience here. My 3 year got stitches at a different location, which became infected. We took her here last night and I was floored by how wonderful the service was. My daughter is also feeling much better now.

I was well taken care of when I was really under the weather. Me thinking I had a kidney infection, turned out I had some kind of systemic strep. They made me feel comfortable and the place was so clean. During this pandemic I refused to go to a main ER hospital because I’ve been there and it’s chaos.. I would definitely return if I had another emergency. Dr and staff were very comforting!

I’ve been coming to Heights Emergency room since they opened and I don’t think I would ever consider another ER. While the critical care and immediate attention is there, you never feel rushed. There is compassionate care and an attention to detail you don’t even get in many family practices. From the nurses to the tech to the doctor, everyone took their time to address all my symptoms and concerns. One thing that stands out to me is the teamwork amongst staff. Everyone works cohesively to deliver excellent and efficient patient care. I highly recommend!

First of all, everyone here was very nice ! I got the care and attention that one should expect from medical professionals. I have no complaints at all with this business whatsoever.I also have insurance, and just paid my copay... With everything going on and people that may have lost their insurance or are about to, then be aware that out of pocket costs for your visit will not be cheap !!! If thats not an issue with you, then yes, I totally recommend you visit this location if you have an emergency that needs attention.

I came in one night at 6pm in the worst pain I’ve ever had in my lungs. They got me in from the waiting room within 5 mins and briefly asked about my pain while putting me on an IV and some meds that calmed me down. Dr. Sok ran thorough tests including CAT scans and ultrasounds and a COVID test to rule out everything and get down to the cause of my pain. They kept me overnight to treat me and monitor my vitals. I came in alone (no visitors allowed) and the nurses and techs made sure I was beyond comfortable. By 10 pm I was done with testing and ready to sleep until waking up the next morning to a few more follow up tests before being discharged. Fast but efficient... AWESOME staff!

He was concerned and showed empathy towards my situation.I was seen very quickly and the sign in process was very easy.I was taken to a room right away and greeted by 2 staff members (I believe both were nurses) who listened very attentively to the details of the reason for my visit and had excellent bedside manner. My nurse was patient when I had an emotional moment during a test and he provided reassurance to help me feel better which I thought was super kind.The most outstanding part was the way Dr Mendoza ensured that he educated and informed me on everything. He gave me several recommendations that have been extremely helpful.We discussed multiple options and suggestions for steps moving forward in my situation and I left the facility truly feeling empowered and more confident in a scary situation.I will definitely recommend THE HEIGHTS EMERGENCY ROOM to all of my coworkers and friends for their emergent needs.The goodie bag filled with great COVID protection gear on the way out the door was the icing on the cake.If you want an immaculate facility that’s posh and sterile at the same time (if there is such a thing), have great employees that are knowledgeable and have great personalities (that combination isn’t that common), quick to get in and out and they actually make your time feel valued...this is your place to go!!I also received a follow up call the next day and was encouraged to come back if I had any concerns at all and I actually felt like they would uphold any and exceed my expectations. And there you have the ice cream to go with the cake.

Yes if you want to pay $400 for a Covid test. I paid for the $100 test on the spot, was in and out in 20 mins. I thought it was great service despite the doctor actually taking her mask off to speak to me (???). You have to provide your insurance card or they will charge you additionally a $900 copay to be seen. Insurance doesnt cover Covid testing so I figured Im paying out of pocket and thats it. Well, a month later I get charged for an ER visit. No services rendered, I was not sick but needed a negative test, which again I paid for. Yet I am slapped with an additional $300 fee after what my insurance covers. After researching, this is evidently a problem with ER rooms all over the country, not just this one. Whether it is legal or not, its unethical to charge a patient and their insurance for services you did not provide. Dont go here for Covid test, or an ER room at all.

Reception, nurses, and Doctor Kim were outstanding! Even though they were somewhat busy., I was quickly admitted for treatment of a cat bite wound. Very caring and clearly communicating what I needed to have done and how to proceed. Only downside was a bit chilly in the treatment room, but they provided nice warm blankets to assure my comfort.

I came to The heights Emergency Room because I couldn’t see straight or even walk. As soon as I entered the door I was greeted with care. Everyone from the receptionist to the WONDERFUL nurses to the AMAZING doctors seemed to be there for one reason only which was to make me feel better. Exceptional, very thorough care. We visited this location last night. Even through a shift change, everyone was very friendly and attentive. It was a bit of a wait because the ultrasound tech was on-call and had to drive in but I never mind waiting for this quality of care. The facility was clean and they offered warm blankets and snacks. If I ever find myself needing Emergency care, I will definitely come back here. They offer everything you need without your typical overcrowded ER waiting room.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. I walked in in really bad shape and the clerk checked me in as fast as possible. Was a nice touch. My nurse was very helpful and tended to me like a mother would. The doctors were great at explaining my ailment and going over how to treat it. Overall everybody on staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This ER is very professional and just over all a good experience. The staff were all amazing and attentive.They had me in and out quickly. I must say, best Er Ive ever been to.

Oh my God I just called these people to inquire what what would be charged for a walk in visit to diagnose shingles. They Informed me that self pay is $900 a visit. What kind of a world do we live in that people unapologetically price gouge like this Im so disgusted Ill never go to this place

I cant express the level of care I constantly receive from the staff at The Heights Emergency room. I have pancreatitis, chronic and acute. I go here about once every other month. Janice and Victoria H are the best nurses period.. I recently went in with a pancreas flare up plus I was infected with covid-19, the treatment I received from these nurses was excellent. I cant say that enough. They really do treat you like family. I live in Austin and come to Houston almost every weekend because my partner is here for work. If I feel like my pancreatitis is flaring up, I will drop what Im doing and drive from Austin to Houston to go to this clinic. They are worth every part of the 2.5 hour drive. The care, service is unmatched. I dont remember his name, but the gentleman at the front desk is also top notch. His responsiveness and caring attitude is amazing. This place knows how to hire its employees, they are so good. When you are so sick it hurts to breathe, they know what to do and do it at the best way possible. Ive been to numerous 24 hour clinics and close to 40 hospitals over my 5 years of dealing with my pancreas and no hospital or 24 hour clinic has anything on this place. Janice is the best ever... if you or a loved one needs help quickly and dont want to wait for help, please visit them , you will be amazed as I am.Andrew Redmond

No wait time at all. The nurses and Dr. Mendoza were all extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. They took wonderful care of me. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. Private room with black out curtains and a dimmer light for an IV drip is a great touch and added comfort. I hopefully won’t have to come back soon but I know that I have a great place to rely on now! Thank you team!!!
