Mother came in with some serious pain/tension issues in her left shoulder. The staff was super friendly, all the young ladies were very nice, as well as patient, and super helpful.Mrs.GG, the RN who helped my mom, and gave her the pain reducing care is the sweetest woman ever! Lovely sense of humor (despite us coming in at midnight), warm, and welcoming!Thank you so much Mrs.GG, and the staff/doctors!Place is also super clean, very well kept, smells nice, and we were seen and helped almost immediately. Thank you guys! And thank you for your care and service.

I will NEVER go back to this ER. Went for a rapid COVID test after my son tested positive. I tested negative, but they told me I would have to quarantine with my son and come back for another test at the end of the 14 days. I came back and tested negative again(after being there for over 3 hours). The note they gave me for work did not qualify me to get paid 100%, so I went back to get another note. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ONE! They told me there is no record of them telling me I had to quarantine! They can see I was tested twice, 14 days apart and that my son tested positive. But apparently that was not enough to make them believe they told me to quarantine! The supervisor over the front desk would not even look at me. She just looked at the computer screen the whole time and told me there was nothing she could do.Save yourself the trouble and go to Medella Urgent Care in Vintage Park. You will be in and out in no time and the staff there will treat you right.

I went here to get a refill on my prescription. My doctor couldnt see me before I was going to run out. They billed my insurance $3,489.25 to write me a prescription!!!! After insurance they are billing me $640.73. $640.73 TO WRITE A PRESCRIPTION!!! SERIOUSLY?!?! Also I went to this location in March 2020. I JUST NOW GOT THE BILL, 18 MONTHS LATER!

I would definitely recommend this one. Your staff was so inviting and welcoming in meeting my needs. Physician put my mind at ease. Her caring and compassionate, nature was such a blessing to me. Totally through in her assessment. Taking time to explain and answer questions. I would definitely recommend this facility. I was really apprehensive to go to a walk-in ER.

I had been feeling sick since last Sunday with nausea and strange migraine with loss of vision. The pain was strange that I could not hold my head up. I thought I might need to be retested for Covid 19 along with get some relief. Everyone here at LifeSaversER was so amazing and genuinely seemed like almost family the way they cared and attended to me. I really was not expecting all this my pain was a 9 going in and I left at a 3. I was able to come home and sleep knowing I did not have covid it was just a severe migraine related to barometric pressure. If you want to go to a clean very friendly ER I would recommend these wonderful people. Special kuddos to Megan and Tam ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

They took a long time to call me in to the back. Then I waited in pain by myself for an hour before someone came to give me an update on tests they were running. I just know there has to be faster urgent clinics out there

Best Thing about this one is that the Dr. and staff were so friendly and courteous. They made me feel like they personally took an interest in me and my condition. They are the best of the best!!! I will highly recommend this ER to anyone. They called and checked on me for two days. They are incredible.

The front desk staff was super friendly & made sure I understood the paperwork I was filling out. I have been to other walk in ERs & I have to say that Life Savers  Emergency room has been the absolute best experience ever. The medical assistant, Daisy, was incredibly knowledgeable & professional. The Nurse Beverly, was professional with a great bedside manner. I had one of the best ER Experiences I’ve ever had here. Everyone was awesome. Dr. Lewis Taylor was attentive and made sure I wel taken care of. Thank you to everyone here because the day before I presented to another ER and was treated like less than nothing. The nurse was extremely rude. But not at life savers. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Waited 3 hours for a covid test and the front desk staff is so incredibly rude! The people in the back are very nice and I understand that they’re working hard, but the signs and website all say no wait… The front desk staff is nothing but attitude when you ask questions & they’re rude and uninviting. Literally in the middle of talking to me the lady stopped and slid her chair back to get her a bag of chips. Those people are awful. Everyone in the back were very considerate and caring.

I really appreciate her helping me feel better so quickly! The Nurse was very professional, warm, and caring. She did an amazing job! She was very thorough and knowledgeable.

I would recommend you all to my friends and family. I will also keep this er in mind for my family when we are sick, and our regular doctors aren’t open. Thanks for all of your help!! I was very impressed with the staff and the doctor.

I was really impressed by everything that happened. I have been in the emergency room before and expected something similar, but it was more like going to my regular doctor. Everyone was very nice and listened to what I had to say. I wasn’t in pain so there wasn’t a problem with waiting – not that I had to wait very long anyway. You guys get 2 thumbs up!

Absolutely hands downs the worst ER ever! After waiting 5 hours to get a covid test I was told... oops I’m sorry we don’t take your insurance!! On top of that the front desk staff was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I would never ever come back. And yes, they do take my insurance! I think they wanted to charge me to get more money. I ended up being there from 5:20 to almost 11pm. After waiting another 30 min in a room to see the doctor, he told me well, it will be a little bit to get your paperwork together. I said absolutely not. I’m not staying one more min. They have the worst staff ever.

Highly Recommended. I would highly recommend this location and will return the next time I need this type of care. Great job by all staff.

I had no idea what to expect when I visited LIFE SAVERS  in Houston, TX. Frankly, since I had never been to an Emergency Room facility before, I was a little apprehensive that it might be a hurried or casual experience. Instead I was very pleased and surprised to find everything about Life Savers ER to be of the highest standards: the entire staff, their procedures and the facility itself. I have never been treated more professionally or considerately. They immediately put you at ease and you feel that you’re in good hands. The care is thorough, compassionate. You leave your visit with the assurance that, in the future, you can call on this reliable and professional staff for outstanding Emergency care.

I came in April 21 for a Covid test. The entire staff, from the front desk to the back rooms, were super pleasant. They explained everything to me on what gets done and why. So I brought my daughter in July and to no surprise the staff (even with a high volume of ppl) was so professional and best of all so pleasant. This is a top notch clinic. Thank you ladies.

Go somewhere else for COVID testing. Was told two people we’re ahead of us. Waited nearly two hours just to get a call. What is the hold up? They literally have a tent outside and the people are just sitting there. Ended up going somewhere else to take us in faster.

My experience was great. Very few minutes in waiting room, nurse was very attentive as we discussed the reason for my visit. The doctor came in within 5 minutes and asked questions and listened to what I had to say. She decided what my problem was and prescribed the correct medicine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will always come to this er when I need Emergency care!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Charges and diagnosis were explained clearly. And the emergency room  is very clean!

I had good discussion with doctor concerning my condition. I was in and out quickly but felt that I had been listened to and satisfied that I was heard and understood and felt.

Don’t go here for covid testing. All patients wait in the same waiting room no matter testing or not. Lack of communication between staff and patient on expected waiting times. Lack of staff at front desk numerous times. Rude front personnel and I honestly hate to say this with everything going on. I can’t imagine the stress they are under. But as a patient I’d rather you just be non enthusiastic than rude.

I cracked my head open falling down the stairs. My husband drove me to LIFE SAVERS ER within 10 minutes. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. I was out of the ER in less than 45 minutes after careful and professional treatment. A couple of days later I received a follow up call to check on my wellbeing. Today I returned to have staples taken out. Again, efficient and expeditious. Friendly and caring. I hope I don’t have to use this ER again anytime soon but if I have another mishap, I will certainly return to it. And recommend to others.

This ER was interested in taking care of my medical needs. The Doctor was very thorough and took her time with me. Her bed side manners was amazing.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a medical institution. First, I completed paperwork for my one year old daughter and I to take a rapid COVID test. I waited two hours to be called just for them to tell me they didn’t have paperwork on my daughter. I was told that my daughters sticker was complete and I just need to do her paperwork again. I completed my COVID test and proceeded to complete yet another packet for her. I had to wait longer and decided to leave. Prior to leaving, I asked how I would receive my results and was informed that someone would call me for the results. Three hours later, someone called and informed me that I had to come in for my results. I evacuated with nothing from New Orleans and did not have the means to get back. The manager informed me that he would try some sort of Telehealth appointment. I called back and a different manager said it was not possible and I would have to come in. She then told me she could try to set up a zoom appointment. The manager called back and told me she was unable to do that.I begged for my test results as it was extremely difficult to find a place to take my insurance outside of Louisiana. If I could have went back home to take a test, I would have gladly done so but we have to evacuate from Hurricane Ida.It was an extremely hurtful situation from medical professionals and I was lied to at so many points. They never told me my results stating they needed to see me in person “in case I had questions”. Please stop advertising rapid testing. Nothing was rapid about this process.

I was very satisfied with all areas of service. I particularly liked the follow-up phone call to check my progress. Overall, the whole experience was good!

The front desk was warm and friendly. She explained everything with clarity, the nurse interacted with my 2 year old wonderfully. He made my son feel at east and made him laugh.

BEWARE!!!! Went in for a covid test back in June 2020. I had no symptoms just needed to be cleared to go back to work after being exposed. It was a quick appointment. The doctor/nurse went in the room and I explained my situation. They went in, did the test and that was it. Website said and still says the test is only $200 (supposedly thats what they bill insurance) and all covid related patient out-of-pocket costs are supposedly waived. Just received a bill saying insurance was billed for $2,300 and I supposedly owe $390.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never encountered such ignorant and disrespectful staff in my LIFE!! Mary had the woman in front of me in TEARS!!

Our experience was great! The service was amazing and my mom was treated with great care! Our wait time was not too long and we able to be seen after having a hard time being seen by her PCP. Everyone was really friendly and efficient! Would totally recommend and encourage anyone to go if it’s ever needed specially after hours!

No wait time at all..  I Went on my break in between shifts. Was quickly attended to. Everyone there was very nice would recommend and go back if I needed urgent medical care.

My husband went to this facility for severe gout in Rt foot the staff and doctor was great, caring, it was so clean inside, everyone was very respectful professional and I highly recommend this place to my family and friends and everyone. My husband was feeling so much better when we left. GREAT PLACE!!!!!

Worst E.R Ever… Please Just go to the regular Emergency room! Front Staff is Rude, Very Expensive, I paid Almost $1000 just for simple lab work ,of course I paid out of pocket Because I have No insurance. These people here just want Your money here that’s it! Last but not least I came in At 10am & left At 6pm & it was hardly Any patients there for them to have had me waiting so long… Next time I Will definitely just go to a regular hospital for emergencies.

Don’t believe these reviews. They bribe you with a Starbucks gift card if you leave one. I Waited in a room two hours over a “rapid” covid test. They Dont know what covid test is what, and can barely administer the test. I had a negative test and they still held me to give a piece of paper. Literally was awkward when a RN/MA talked to me, because they didn’t know what they were saying.

This facility was nice and clean! Staff from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Echols were extremely professional and made me feel at ease. I will definitely use this ER in the near future as needed.

Thank you for excellent service. I was quite ill and the doctor identified the problem and prescribed antibiotics that resolved the issue within 48 hours. I am feeling much better.

All staff were courteous, competent and engaged. I was seen promptly, but the exam and consultation were never rushed or hurried. Everyone I worked with took the time they needed to ask me questions about my symptoms and thoroughly answer me, and then listen to and respond to my questions in turn.

Came in here for a sprained ankle a few days ago! Medical staff was all nice and helpful. Shout out to the nurse whose name I believe was Warren. He does a great job getting to know the patient in order to prescribe the best treatment plan for them.

Oh my goodness what a nightmare. I took my daughter in last night after a slip and fall. I had cash credit cards and the snobby girl in the front was so rude to me. Where is the hypocrite oath that they take. I did not see it. Needless to say it was a horrible experience. Was told that they were a private practice

The environment is super clean, pleasant, professional and welcoming. The front desk smile and greet you with so much kindness and joy giving you a good vibe. The staff is exceptionally competent and friendly. Everything about the place makes your feel safe and in good hands. They take the time to carefully go over your symptoms and history with a very thorough examination, without wasting any time to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I am very impressed with this Emergency room and highly recommend it!!!!!

Everyone was absolutely amazing!! My daughter simply needed a few stitches but they were so attentive and put her to ease quickly, staff and doctors were just incredible, wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if needed!

The staff was very helpful and made my visit delightful.

I asked if they were In-Network for United Healthcare, I was assured by the lady at the front desk that they were. They didnt ask for my copay, which I thought was weird. Then I got the bill for the OUT-OF-NETWORK pricing of $1,700 for my portion to pay. There was nothing that I could do, theyd already swindled me. Also, all they did was take my temp and tell me to get some eye drops and Tylenol. They lied about being in-network, then charged me an arm and a leg. Me and my daughter were seen, so I got 2 bills for $1700 each, plus the separate doctor bill for $245. They are scammers.

Do not come here for COVID testing. They will not give you testing results until a doctor has seen you They make you wait for hours supposedly because they’re treating emergency casesThe don’t warn you that you’ll be waiting 3-4 hoursThe doctor left for the night without giving me my negative results I had to wait for another doctor after he arrived for the night shiftI’m not commenting about their ER service just don’t come here for Covid testing

Was very impressed with the wonderful care and treatment I received. Also the call I got from Dr. Foye at the end of the day was impressive because usually we do not get that personal attention anymore. Would definitely visit ER again is the need arises.

Very wonderful overall experience. The Nurse was very kind and did her best to keep things moving along as quickly as possible. The nurses and the Doctor were also very sweet and understanding of my situation. I was only there for about an hour and half total. I would highly recommend this place!

This evening around 11pm I came into Lifesavers ER and I just have to say, the service was exceptional. From the moment I came in due to having seizures to leaving, the staff was extremely helpful! One staff member stuck out to me though and I would just like to compliment her. Courtney did a great job at explaining what and how things were going to go. She made sure I was comfortable while taking my vitals and made sure my wait to see the Doctor wasn’t just like any other ER. Courtney also did my COVID test and I just have to say, she was by far the most gentle and the easiest COVID test I’ve ever received! Someone give this girl a promotion! I will definitely be referring people to this ER in the future and I will definitely come back for any emergency needs!

They got me in and out before bigger hospitals would have even checked me in. I had COVID-19 in the early days of the pandemic and NO ONE knew why I was so ill. From congestive heart failure, pneumonia, the flu, bronchitis, cancer, and just downright obesity. Everyone that I have gone into see outpatient had prescribed me a different antibiotic and sent me on my way. Lifesavers spent hours making sure that I had done every test , Taking x-rays, cultures, and had at least two specialist come and talk to me. They weren’t going to just slap a Band-Aid on it and then be home without explanation. No one else has made this kind of effort to find out what was wrong. I truly thought I was going to die I did not know it was wrong I just couldn’t breathe anymore there was too much fluid on my chest. Had it happened months later any person with a working television at home would’ve easily diagnosed it as Covid however at this time hospitals and doctors had not been briefed thoroughly on what symptoms to be looking for. In fact we didn’t even know that it was Covid until two months later when Lifesavers took the extra initiative to call me and asked me to come in and be tested for the antibodies because they thought that what I had been treated for was not Covid and might leave me more susceptible to the Covid infection. I went back and completely for free they tested me for Covid and found out that yes I did have the Covid antibodies which means that what they had originally thought was a severe case of the flu and bronchitis turned out to be Covid 19th. Several months after this they reached out again to offer me the free vaccine. I have never had a hospital invest so much into my well-being usually they just want you to pay your bill take your medicine and be on your way. If you are faced with sitting for a long time at Methodist Willowbrook or any other hospital around the area and you need treatment right now this second because you cannot wait five or six hours for them to call your name and then another five or six hours before Dr. Leven see you… You need to come to life savers because when it’s critical, Time matters.It has been my experience and that of everyone I have referred that regardless of the day or time that you go you will be in and seen by a doctor within the hour If not immediately.

Walked in asked for a Lithotripsy, the ladies up front said save my paperwork, and tell the doctor.I was later seen by a more informed nurse who immediately told me they do not handle thoseI’d already been charged to be seen, but she helped me get a refund in the end.

I only gave one star to give a review. I never post reviews but, this place lies about being fast and no wait. This place is an absolute joke! We went on Friday 01/08/2021 at 11:35am and as of 8:02pm still no results! 8 hours and 37 minutes later!! they will charge you an doctors visit and wont release your results without a visit! ALL ABOUT MONEY !! Each time we asked at 1pm at 3pm and at 5:40pm same answer - will take a couple of hours.. The front staff said that every 2 hours!! same repeated robot answer with no remedy to help us! They are so disorganized that my coworker was ALREADY tested by them and waiting like us for results, that they call him back for a repeated test - he had to tell them he had a swab administered by them and was waiting for RESULTS!! Unless you want to waste 2 days of your time - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! FIND A PROFESSIONAL WELL ORGANIZED PLACE!! I WENT THERE WITH MY SON AND COWORKERS BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISED RAPID TESTINGD!!! NOT TRUE!!

A friend recently had to drive me to Life Savers ER due to a foot injury. Upon checking in at the front desk, the staff treated me with so much kindness.. The Nurse, Linda got me into a wheel chair and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. At the end of the visit, because I could not walk, she wheeled me to my car and helped teach me how to properly use the new crutches I was provided with. I was seen by both Dr. Jones and Dr. Echols, both of whom were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing me with information needed to handle the injury problem. Though I was somewhat stressed and grumpy dealing with the discomfort of my foot, nurse Linda and the Doctors managed to bring a few welcomed light moments of laughter. Everyone was very caring and attentive and I was most appreciative of the thorough medical treatment I was provided with.

The Doctor, nurses, and techs at Lifesavers Emergency Room were fantastic in their care for my daughter. They managed to make the experience as minimally scary as possible. The triage, lab draw, results, and discharge was quick, and more importantly, I felt staff really cared about my daughter and made sure she was comfortable and not scared

From the front desk personal, nurses, and doctors, I was treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism. There was no wait time. The facility was very clean.
