Efficient and thorough service. Came here when my husband suspected a broken ankle after an accident. We were taken care of and were in and out in less than an hour. Space was clean, comfortable and rooms were spacious. Thank you all for your care.

They were very respectful, responsive and friendly. They didn’t perform any needless tests and made sure we were healthy before leaving.

I have not had to go to many emergency clinics in my lifetime, but if I had to choose one this would be it. We went there for an ultrasound as I was bleeding. They told us 30min wait. Then after an hour they said hours and we waited and then we left home after many hours. God know how much they are going to charge for being there hours.They gave us a paper about miscarriage and had us signed they gave us instructions. I went to the clinic next day and heard strong baby heartbeat. The bleeding reason was subchorionic hematoma. They even did not say there might be this which is common. I went there for ultrasound for peace of mind and ended up worrying as they gave me miscarriage instructions.

I recently had to visit sacred heart for some health issues. Id like to thank the very pleasant and awesome staff for making my visit as comfortable and calm as possible. Amber and Sam were absolutely terrific with everything and doctor IM was great and had me feeling better ASAP. I do not wish anyone a trip to the emergency room but if the need is there this team at sacred heart is awesome and will take care of you!!

As a ER Nurse and kid that grew up in Spring Branch, my family and I chose Sacred Heart as our free standing ER. Kind, knowledgeable professionals, fair prices for all services, quick visits if possible. These people are awesome. My visit isn’t even finished and I’m super impressed already. I spent seven hours at the emergency room at the hospital left and came here. There was no wait, I was able to see the doctor right away, and the personalities of the staff is just phenomenal. They have me laughing I’m not even worried about my pain….it’s great!

Dr. Nahm and all of the Sacred Heart staff are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this clinic. I was triaged, treated, and released in an hour and a half when the local ER gave me a 3.5 hour estimate just to be triaged. Their staff even called to follow up and check on me the following day after being released. Thank you Sacred Heart!

Dr. Im was so friendly, helpful and attentive to my situation. He went above and beyond to take the steps needed to see I was taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodated me to see I was comfortable during my time there. There was practically no wait time. I highly recommend Sacred Heart Emergency!

I was so impressed with Dr. Su and the whole team at Sacred Heart. My elderly mother had fallen and we wanted to get her checked out to be sure she was okay. Dr. Su took the time to talk WITH her, instead of AT her, and made her feel respected and valued. I originally came in to get a pcr test via the curbside service, but since I was there I checked in as a patient to have the doctor take a look at a growth on my thumb, literally no wait time to be seen; in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Im had me diagnosed and referred to a specialist in a blink of an eye. Anthony was very knowledgeable, explaining every little detail to me about every question I had, and Sam was very nice, making sure I was seen almost immediately, the staff here is truly amazing! If it wasnt for Trinh I would probably still be waiting in a room somewhere.

My first visit was great, I came in with rare side effects from my first COVID vaccine shot, was given an EKG, a D-Dimer Test, and a Rapid Covid Test - all were negative. My diagnosis was a mild version of Myocarditis and symptoms should go away with rest and care. I was given great advice and recommended a follow up if symptoms lasted longer than I thought it should be. Dr. Christopher Schultz is an excellent doctor I recommend him because of his detail to your diagnosis and his genuine personality (the nurses who helped him were great as well) . My follow up call a few days later however made me change this review into a two star. My follow up calls were ignored, nurses promised me that I will receive a call back from my visit a few days prior, however I did not receive a call back. I waited a few more days but since I didnt get a call back, I decided to call back, and again was promised a call back, however was ignored once again. I called again the third time today and again was promised a call back, keep in mind this was about a 5 day time span, and since they ignored me the third time, I decided to show up. Denied me just to talk to someone their because I was past a certain amount of days since my last visit, however it wasnt my fault I didnt get a call back. Mark Im was the Doctor and was very rude to me, and did not want to talk to me at all. His best interests was just money money money. Would not even let me speak a single word and rudely interrupted me without letting me explain, refused to even look at my visit just a week prior. Very unprofessional and had a bad attitude, I can tell his best interest was just to try and guzzle money out of his patients by the way his demeanor was. I recommend Dr. Schultz, but Mark Im doesnt seem very experienced at all. I took my visit somewhere else after that.Responding to the Reponse :If you would have returned my call on day 3 since the visit. things would have been completely different. I did call the next day and again, I did not receive a call back and was promised a return call from the doctor, like I said; I took my business somewhere else because you left a patient waiting for another 5 days (which was another 5 days I had to wait before I received more treatment or more analysis on my diagnosis; those 5 days could have been fatal for me, but you guys didnt even care one bit to return that phone call). If Dr. Christopher Schultz was there, I would bet on it that he would have returned my call; because my first visit was a very very good experience. Oh, and your referrals for outpatient care; there was only one good phone number on the reference list; It would be wise to double check and verify those phone numbers.

I can’t say enough how professional and caring Sacred Heart ER is. Dr Im was very Thorough and caring to make sure he got the right diagnose.Nurse Anthony was very caring as well. I had a great experience and would definitely make this my first choice for a ER visit. I also want to give a shout out to the Red tech Shannon ER tech Shirelle and front desk Kellie for taking great care of me also. I wish this had a ten star rating because that’s really what all these employees deserve.

I cant brag enough about these guys. I ended up developing very painful cellulitis on my leg, and dealt with it all day at work. By the time my shift finished I was just looking for somewhere - anywhere - to get seen and treated so I could go home and get off my feet. I came across Sacred Heart mostly by chance, since they were close to work, and Im gad I did. The clinic itself is clean, they got me into a room quickly and the nurse was quick, but thorough and professional. Dr. Im had me in and out in just an hour, which is night and day compared to other ER experiences Ive had. Hopefully I never HAVE to go back, but if I do get sick or something theyll be my first choice.

The staff was very professional while also being very friendly and comforting. Did a CAT scan right there. This is our third visit in about six years. We are glad they are nearby!

Kelly at the front desk and Dr. Im were fantastic. My daughter had fallen at school and was scared going into the ER, but they were so great with her and made her feel very calm. They were so professional, and we didn’t have to wait. They got us right in to see the Dr very quickly. If you have to make an ER visit, this is the place to go.

This was an incredible experience. I was home within 55 minutes door to door. The staff was very caring and the doctor did and awesome job. Went in for my sons eyebrow gash.

I went in and everyone was so friendly and caring for my needs. I’ve been to few ER during my lifetime but Sacred Heart was first ER I actually enjoyed the visit. Not to mention that they’re fast!!! Unfortunately I had to edit my review from last visit about the great DR staff...I have been to this location 5 times. A few for me and a couple for my gf... the drs. Are great and very calming and helpful. The front desk lady that was in there today, weve had to deal with her B face and attitude too many times.Your in hospitality and people have to ask you questions... so be freaking respectful and helpful and not condescending and a total B.You should have definitely been fired by now and / or should have quit. It doesnt seem you like your job or working with people in general.We decided to go else where for stitches since she was so rude to us again for the 3rd or 4th time.Really think the head drs. And corporate should evaluate this situation and get a professional to work the counter.Thanks, C

Great experience, everyone was safe, courteous and efficient, from check in with Kelly to an amazingly doctor and nurse! They handled my questions and concerns perfectly. Sadly Ive been in the ER for heart issues many times this was an exceptional experience. What turned out to be a malfunctioning blood pressure cuff at home was treated with professional care and by the numbers elimination of problems. I left knowing there wasnt a problem and had the information and tools to follow up with my primary care physician. Excellent from start to finish.

So happy I chose this place! I made a mistake going across the street first to memorial Hermann where I waited 4 hours at the emergency waiting room and decided to leave! I had fallen at work Saturday June 5th, came into the facility Sunday June 6th, I sign in and was taken in to see the nurse with 3mins, with 5mins the doctor came in CT was order and done with 5mins, everyone at the facility was great very concerned and caring, Thanks God the CT of my head came out great no internal injury, well what do you know as Im typing this comment the nurse from the facility call to check on me to make sure Im ok or should I need anything else, no words can describe how great the staffs at this facility are, theyre wonderful, I wanna Thanks everyone at the office that was there to help me, your services are the best 💝💝💝💝🙏

From the time you enter (and greet Kelly, the receptionist) until you exit, you feel like the staff as a whole genuinely care for your well being. That is obviously quite important for any medical center, and especially an emergency one. Ive visited this Emergency Center twice; first with Dr. Schulze and then with Dr. Im, and both times I felt that they were not only empathetic, but also great at listening to my concerns/answering questions, and treating me in thoughtful manner. I wish I remembered the other staffs names, as they were also very courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of emergency care!

I had an amazing experience at Sacred Heart. I was in and out in just about 30 minutes. The receptionist, Kellie, was so kind and polite, the nurses were reassuring and Dr.M was a delight to be seen by!

Sacred Heart is the only ER I will ever go to after two fantastic experiences there and an absolutely horrendous one at the Memorial Hermann ER at Memorial City. The staff is very courteous and kind and we have been seen immediately both in the middle of the night and during the day. Today, I had to take my son for stitches. He is 21 months old and the wound is in the middle of his forehead. The entire staff was so caring with my son and so patient and helpful. He was seen by Dr. Mark Im and he was extremely competent. He put topical lidocaine on the wound so it would be partially numb before injecting it with more. I found that to be so considerate of his age. The nurse and office manager (I’ve forgotten her name but she was so lovely!) swaddled him in a sheet so that he was bound and then showed us how to best help to hold and soothe him while she held his head in place. The wound was bleeding quite profusely and she was able to hold him still and periodically dab the blood for Dr. Im. It was very impressive. Iain was wailing in the beginning and Dr. Im remained so calm and stitched the wound with very careful exactness and was so proficient that it did not take him long at all. Iain even stopped crying and was furiously sucking his pacifier and a few grunts of protest. It was amazing. I was very grateful that Dr. Im was there today! Thank you again to everyone at Sacred Heart for your kindness and for taking such good care of my precious baby.

This location is great! The were incredibly sweet to my 2.5 year old and even gave her a cute little teddy bear at the end. It was so clean. Her nurse, Sheila, was kind and explained everything thoroughly. Her doctor had two kids and was very reassuring. The receptionist was very kind and clearly remembered us when we were leaving, as well!

Dr. Im, Kellie, and all personnel were friendly, compassionate and attentive during my visit. They were very informative and gladly answered all of my questions. The check-in process was quick and easy too! I highly recommend choosing Sacred Heart Emergency Center when in need of care.

Of the many times I’ve had to unexpectedly drop by over the years, I’ve always been seen right away, and have received outstanding care. You’re especially lucky if seen by Dr. Mark Im, who, in my experience, was attentive, extremely kind, and acted in my best interest. In all my years, he really stands out as a physician. Loved this place until we didn’t anymore.Husband went in with severe symptoms and got tested. Rapid (negative) did PCR as well and Monday we were notified of COVID detected, as many American families have gone trough the hardships of quarantine etc. My husband been out of work for 3 weeks now, insurance has contacted the urgent care several times , myself and husband, we were simply told the physicians there WON’T fill out any forms.Under the patients bill of rights anyone is entitled to a list of guarantees for those receiving medical care. It may take the form of a law or a non-binding declaration. Typically a patients bill of rights guarantees patients information, fair treatment, and autonomy over medical decisions, among other rights.They should disclose this information and let patients know they won’t provide the information needed before care, If they would have, we most definitely wouldn’t bother to even be seen there.Staff has been absolutely disrespectful in the matter. I been in the medical field for years myself and I find it highly unprofessional in their part as a care provider facility.

I brought my husband in due to an asthma attach on 4/25/2021. Dr Mark Im, Kelly, and Michael are all AWESOME. Dr Im, and his staff listened and address all of our concerns relating to getting the proper treatment to my husband quickly. We hadve visited Sacred Heart Emergency Center before, over a year ago and Dr Im, remembered my husband. I was very impressed. When it comes to Urgent Emergency Care, WE will always choose Sacred Heart Emergency Center. Because they are absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

Sacred Heart is the first place we turn to. The environment is welcoming. We have always been seen right away. The doctors are all so helpful and care about their patients. We have never had a bad experience. They make sure they answer all your questions and leaving you feeling confident you’ve had the best care. Even during stressful times the doctors and staff always have a smile on their face.

Was in and out of there in less than an hour. Really appreciated the extra effort everyone displayed... very professional, attentive and helpful. Love this place it has became one of our favorite 24 hour urgent care go to. I had to take my husband here twice, once for an appendicitis and another time for a bad allergic reaction. The doctors are so helpful and were quick to help him. The front desk got him in quick and helped us with the paperwork if we had questions. The nurses kept checking in how him to make sure she was comfortable and when they had to transfer him, Monica the nurse was so helpful with making sure everything would go over okay because, due to Covid restrictions, i wasn’t aloud at the hospital. Such an amazing place to go when you are in time of need.

I got a puncture wound on my heel, and needed to be seen so I went to Sacred Heart to have my foot looked at. Literally every single person who I saw from the front desk to the CNA, the Nurse, and the Doctor were SO sweet and empathetic to my pain and did the most amazing job taking care of me. If I ever need to be seen at an emergency room again, I will be going here. Thank you for making my crumby foot situation more tolerable. Keep up the good work!

Excellent ER care for a great price.Came in for kidney stones. Dr Su took excellent care of me.I Needed a pain needle, a CAT scan (to find the stones), blood test, urine test, and a complete evaluation.Dr Su really knew his stuff.And I got out of there for $600.Who needs a family doctor? This guy works just fine for me.BIG PLUS- They give you pretty accurate prices UP FRONT.Other emergency care places refused. I passed them on the way here.I highly recommend them.

This place is heaven sent. Our boy fell and split his lip with his tooth. My heart dropped when I saw the blood and knew we needed to take him to an emergency center to get stitches. We looked them up and saw they were highly rated and decided to make the drive here. We are so glad we did. Dr. M, the nurse, and staff were so caring and helpful. They made us and our little guy feel safe. They had the procedure down to a science and we were all able to work together to get the stitches done quickly for our son. We were very afraid of how our boy would take the shot but they made sure it was done quickly and accurately to numb the pain. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have been using Sacred Heart ER for several years. We use them for after hours employee injury care and Covid Testing. They also treated my son for his chronic migraines. I thank them for what they do for my family and our employees.

Never want to love an ER since you only come during tough times, but this place always makes my family feel welcome and safe and well taken care of. From the front desk girls Sam and Amber, to the tech Tricia. They always take the best and most efficient care of us. Even though we live about 30 minutes away, it’s always much faster than any urgent cares or hospitals anywhere near us.

Alright, so I’ve been here like 3 times.. plus.. I have to pay out of pocket bc I have Community Health Choice 🙄, so it’s a pretty steep 2 hundo for a visit, but wow, this place is amazing. How convenient. I have never spent more than 15 mins in the waiting room, I am always taken care of and treated nicely, I have been treated at 4am in the middle of the night, 7pm, and 9pm and it’s always a great experience from the service perspective. I’m very grateful and will continue coming here.Plus!!! KELLIE , DR IM, MONICA, and AMBER were amazing!! I had to ask their names because I knew I had to leave a review. I’ve been here three times in the past two years. Every diagnosis has been accurate, which aided in expediting my recoveries. I was seen promptly and the treatment plans were explained thoroughly. I will continue to come here for any future unfortunate situations where I need medical treatment.

My husband and I went to Sacred Heart Emergency Center due to flu like symptoms. At first I was nervous about going to a new facility, but the staff at Sacred Heart were attentive, quick and compassionate. We’d heard horror stories of other testing sites, and I can honestly say this one is wonderful. We would highly recommend going here for any healthcare needs. Kellie helped us with all our insurance questions and took time to explain the entire process to us both. Dr. Mark Im is extremely knowledgeable with great bedside manner. I would recommend him to anyone! The nurse who administered the test was gentle, fast and sweet. Although we are ere both feeling ill, we had a great experience. Forget the other places. Go here!!!!

My boyfriend got his shoulder dislocated and they were all so sweet...especially Kelly at the front desk, Monica and Oliver, and of course Dr.Im! They were able to pop his shoulder back within seconds! I would definitely recommend coming here incase of an emergency! Very friendly and fast service. There was no wait time. The nurses and doctors very attentive, knowledgeable and showed empathy. They provided updates and teaching every step of the way. I felt that my concerns were addressed fully and I received care that that exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean, spacious, and had all the equipment necessary to perform all testing and imaging in house. I am expressed and won’t go to another ER besides this one.

Came in today for a rapid COVID test. Praise God it came back negative! The crew was nice and did a thorough job. Good place!

This place is simply wonderful. The office staff is always professional, friendly, and prompt. The nurse I saw was extremely attentive and well spoken, and the doctor was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Beware going to this facility as they are an out-of-network provider on all insurance providers. They wont tell you this when you arrive. I was seen as a COVID patient. The bill was over $7,000 of which my insurance company is covering $600. Dont let this happen to you!

Was good and had paper work ready, but night lady was lazy and did not want to look for the paper work. She was instantly dismisive, but after pressed went to look for paperwork, which was ready and labeled. This should have been 5 stars

This clinic was amazing!!They got us in quickly, listened to everything thoroughly, and since we were cash customers they were very thoughtful about outlining the cost of each test as they recommend it.Also even though we are in the middle of covid-19, they allowed me to walk back with my husband.The next time we need urgent care, this is where we’ll be going!

I cant say enough about how wonderful this ER Center is and how much we appreciated the INCREDIBLE service we received from Trish and Sam. Our son (an active duty soldier) was in town for the holidays and was informed at the last minute that a Covid-19 test was required before he could board the flight back to the country where he is currently based (due to new restrictions that went into effect literally the day he was scheduled to travel). Needless to say...we were thrown into a bit of a panic with no prior warning and very little time to react.Luckily we found Sacred Heart. Trish and Sam were so welcoming, helpful and professional, and they literally went above and beyond to do whatever they could to assist. The pricing was extremely affordable as well.Houston is a big city with lots of options when it comes to health care (and even Covid-19 testing). The best Emergency Room. The most wonderful, attentive people. They truly care and treat you like royalty. I highly recommend this facility. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of you. You feel like a part of their family. I cant emphasize enough the amazing care you receive. Absolutely the best!!!!

Fantastic as an experience as one can have with an emergency center. Very professional staff that is courteous and efficient - we were all stitched up and out in less than 30 minutes. This should be your go to emergency care center!

My wife and I have been to Sacred Heart multiple times including when our toddler has been sick. They have always made us very comfortable and provide excellent care.

When my 8 year old son fell and broke his arm, we took him to Sacred Heart. They were very kind and caring. They took wonderful care of him and did all they could to comfort him. Dr. Im was very attentive and Tricia, the ERT was so kind to him. Anthony, the RN was so helpful in making sure that my son was comfortable and had what he needed. It was a very scary experience for my son, and the staff did everything they could to make it better. If you are ever in need of urgent care, I highly recommend Sacred Heart.

Whenever I have needed an emergency clinic, Sacred Heart is where I go!! The staff is always very friendly and ready to help right away. Never any waiting. Saw Tricia today and she was awesome!!

Very quick. I couldn’t call the number on the door because it connected to a fax number but the second guy I rang on the bell checked me in. There was a little confusion about the prices and what test I was doing but it turned out to be a rapid nose swabbing for $100.

Great services with caring and friendly professionals, fast and efficient. Dr. And nurses took time to explain procedures. Office space big and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back again if needed.

Came in this morning because I had a fallen on the 25th of Wednesday afternoon, was experiencing a lot of pain on the right side of my ribs, had some x-rays done and got a shot, and from beginning to end the process was so easy, The nurses staff and office personnel and Doctor were all so awesome, thank you all so much for caring for me😃

Went in and they were very friendly and professional explain to me in detail the issues I had, performed multiple test on me I recommend this place over any other place I have visited before

The front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. The only wait time we had was for filling out patient information. The doctor and staff were awesome! They kept my daughter calm throughout her ordeal which took about 30 minutes tops. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want to wait in a big hospital E. R. 👍🏼

This is a well crafted, and welcoming facility. The interior is accommodating for any adult looking for care. The prices of a visit are fair for the service provided and keeps no illusion for what’s being paid for. You pay for the staffs expertise and the facilities hardware. This means fair prices on getting an X ray, without having medical insurance. This is a practice I highly support, and plan to rely on for emergency care. Continuing in my experience here I was treated by a number of staff members. Tricia and Stanley introduced me to a more than spacious room. Giving me notice of time and procedures that lay ahead of me. No waiting seemed to long or unreasonable. Shannon and Dr szema stood tall with valuable medical information and were willing to sit discussing personal past experiences with their own medical conditions. I found the staff personable and motivated to get their jobs done. Which is a great work ethic when treating others in pain. I’d say sacred heart is on a path to becoming valued healers of west side Houston.

Friendly and fast service, the reason I am only giving 4 stars is because their security procedures need improvement. They lock the front door with a bolt lock after dark. The door clearly says Door must remain unlocked while building is occupied as per fire code. When I wanted to exit the building, I was told I had to wait for the door to be unlocked for me. This might seem insignificant to some, but i do not like being told I can not exit a building at will. A simple solution would be to have a magnetic lock that can be operated by the receptionist from behind the front desk and/or getting night time security.

Super quick , no waiting , very clean , amazing kind staff , compassionate, helpful , very sweet to my child (5yrs old) , gave very clear explanations about what they are doing step by step , results , and proper care after , even gave her a special gift afterwards for being so good and brave. Made our scary night turn out to feel all better! Amazing Dr’s & Nursing care Thank you so much for taking incredible care of my daughter !!

So I just moved to Houston 2 weeks ago, unfortunately I pop my shoulder out of place. Sacred Heart was the nearest emergency center to me. I walked inside in major pain and I couldn’t move at all. 15min later I walked out with a smile and a new shoulder as well. Would definitely recommend! Shoutout to Monica,Oliver, Keilie, and last but not least Dr.Im for excellent customer service. He even gave me tips for the future.

Appointment IS REQUIRED FOR COVID TESTING. And it’s only on specific days. Great place if you want covid to continue spreading.

I cannot say better things about this center. I was sent to a nearby ER and was told the wait would be 5 hours + and there was hardly room to sit down. I called Sacred Heart and spoke with the friendliest receptionist who confirmed they had all the CT scan and blood work abilities I required, accepted my insurance, and confirmed there was no wait at that time. I promptly drove over there and was in a room in less than 5 minutes. The staff, nurses, and doctors were beyond friendly and helpful. They brought in warm blankets, everything was very clean, and my dad who came to join me appreciated the snacks and tea in the waiting area. I can’t say enough great things about this facility and level of care. I highly recommend them. Dr Nahm is incredible.

I finally had enough of not being able to breathe. I couldn’t get into my doctor no appointments available this week. So I went to Sacred Heart. I have to say it was a great place to pick. All the staff was great. I felt that they cared and were concerned to make sure I was feeling better. The place is very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed medical attention.
