I got lashes done for the first time in years here. You rushed through the installation my eyes hurt and burn still. I will have to pay someone to remove them today because you are closed.I have never had eyelashes hurt this bad or installed so quickly.

I love the way they do my nails every time I come. I always ask them advice on how I should do my nails too. But today, I felt uncomfortable. Yeah I changed my mind on the color and I paid them for it. I paid them to do my daughter nails as well. The other lady, the owner, i felt like she rushed me out of the salon in front of my daughter. Thats messed up. Im Not coming back. I was a bit hurt about that. Definitely not coming back.

As soon as you open the door you are acknowledged with 5 sweet women. I got a sugar scrub pedi and coffin nail set. This is the best experience Ive had at a nail shop, and I had to drive from east Tx to get that. When I visit again, this is my go to spot! Thanks ladies! 💜 Highly recommended!

Today is March 29, 2017 and they did a great job on my nails. I did feel rushed although no other customers were there besides me. I usually get white tips , no matter how I get them done , I always ask to put the extra pink powder on the inner nail before the white tip. Well, she calm she could not do it therefore my white tips look dusty white now ! This will be the last time I spend my money here. She also up the price after asking me how short would I like to have my nails cut. Normally I get them short but this is kitty short. Lazy poor and rushed services!!! Is what I experienced here!

This was my second time going and I wasnt pleased at all. I was upset because the first time was great then today was just horrible. I asked for a regular pedicure and they convinced me to get a sea salt pedicure which was 5$ more. I really needed a good pedicure so agreed but the lady that did it looked like she forgot to add in that scrub and used something so similar that is used on regular pedicures. That same lady was digging all on my toe nails and took an hour just on my toes. I thought she was really cleaning them or something but I looked down and saw blood by my toe nails! She didnt say anything until the lady doing my nails sae them and called her back. All she said was sorry! Disappointed

Simply awesome. The service is great and I never think to go anywhere else. The owner is friendly and welcoming and work is fast yet beautiful!!!! They offer all the stuff us ladies like, nails pedicures, eyebrow wax, microblading tattoo eyebrow, eye lash, wax. A glass of wine too 😁. My 64yr old mom loves it too. Keep it up Studio Nails

They charged my card for 535.00 when my total was only 53.00 and didn’t have no sympathy that it was my child’s birthday and I had another kid graduating the same day and then my nails looked a mess. They have lost a very loyal customer

I have gone here for years and Anna is so super talented and creative. She expects high quality work from all of her nail techs.

First time coming here and I got dipping because its long lasting after a week of having my nails it started cracking and just looks like a bunch of lines across my nails which I thought it was weird since Ive gotten dipping before and this hasnt happened (not at this location) of course. Wont be coming back, products quality isnt good.

Needed a pedicure and saw this place on my way home from work. Best decision to stop by. I got the 40 dollar pedicure and it felt more like I spent 100 dollars. Helen was my tech and she did amazing. Feet have never looked/felt better.

Horrible service... My nails look like an elementary student PROVIDED my service. Cotton fuzz was left on my nails when they put the polish on and you can see it under my polish! This was my wedding day. Owner more worried about money rather than customer service. When brought to techs attention her reply was I fix for you!! Just OVER priced for service provided. I do plan to report my experience to the nail board as soon as I locate the number. Of anyone have the number available please share! Oh did I tell you my daughter feet was in cold water for over an hour. Just HORRIBLE! I highly recommend not to use their services...not even for your pet!! #realtalk

Good customer service but they are high ! I feel like the prices are crazy high. My nails never look like the amount I paid & it’s always a wait. Every time they do my feet I bleed .... don’t like this place any more.

I had a great experience at this nail shop. The workers are very pleasant people. The establishment was clean and relaxing. It is everything a woman is looking for during their down time. Not to mention the finished product was beautiful.

Thank you, ladies for your awesome work!!!After my last salon (not to be named. incident was reported to the board.) gave me a really bad infection that had me in the emergency room I was super scared to try another salon even tho it had been 6 months!They were so kind and gentle with me and very understanding of my concerns. Im a bit of an introvert and went alone so it was nice that they just turned on the TV and didnt try to force conversation.They did such a great job on my shellac and my French pedicure ... even my fashion ignorant fiance said it looked great ... and he rarely notices my manicures (even when I used to do acrylics)10/10 will go again and recommend.

Great customer service. They were patient and kind because I couldnt make up mind into what color. The only thing that I wasnt expecting it to take that long. That was my fault, now I know If i need to be somewhere not to come in for a fullset and pedi. I had arrived at 11:45-11:50a and left at 1:40-1:45p. Another thing I still had to come back later and a get one nail fixed it was not colored in with the shellac correctly. Since I was already there I decided to add to two nails with design and add studs. They still charged me an extra 7 dollars. Overall the ladies are nice and its a clean environment.

I work down the street and started using this place as my lunchtime emergency place and really like it. Its actually cute inside (no cheesy hand art displayed) and the girls are friendly.

This place is very clean and nice however I was treated so rudely I will never return. The young woman asked me if I wanted a mani-pedi and I said no, just the wax. There was not a soul in the shop and I guess this made her mad. When she finished she did not check her work at all like they always do and did not speak. After all that I still was offering a tip of my usual 40% and she seemed to dismiss it so I left. Maybe she was having a bad day but I was left feeling like this is a vicious person.

Best place this side of town. Friendly, considerate, reasonable and take very good care of each customer according to needs.

I walked in about two weeks ago, and got a pedicure/full set. I gave them five stars because they took me in right away as they were about to close. I asked repeatedly if it was okay with them and they assured me it was. I came in for a simple mani/pedi but changed my mind halfway through the pedicure that I wanted a full set. Im a terrible person, I know. But they had no problem with it and my nails came out GREAT! I started noticing that I wasnt wanting to wear sandals anymore. The pedicure really gave me some much needed confidence to go out there and show em off!

Friday I did not enjoy my service at this nail salon. $33 for a pedicure with no hot stones, no foot scrub, no foot mask. (&I am an avid pedicure lover) as well as a Licensed cosmetologist. I was ok with with pedicure but as far as the nails I was completely turned off. I think they stuck me with a new nail person. My basic nail structure of nails alone was worth about $15, I paid $25 FOR A REFIL ( on a set I liked done and another place). I asked for chrome they & were willing to let me leave with Gold shellac. I had to speak up several times to get what I wanted and corrections. Mrs. Anna tried to tell me what I asked for. I asked for my nails to look like the nail I picked out on the nail ring. I dont know the chrome process nor do I care bc I dont do nails I just wanted my nails to look like the one on the ring. Lastly after several coats later I paid an extra $35 for this shellac/ chrome which Im highly disappointed in. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was rush off. No discount OR correction offered. Today is Sunday and I still feel the same about these nails. As I stated in the nail salon I dont care about price as I paid $90 for bs, all I wanted was my nails to look like I spent on them, as a stylist you shouldnt be proud to let your work walk around like this. By the end of the week it will look like I need a refil. They are not defined shape wise and theyre thick. I needed one nail replaced and it looks rushed compared to the set I already had. Lastly I only came to this place bc of my friend and its close to work. You never have to worry about me coming again just this review.**** and now its not posting my pictures.

The lady who did my nails last name Dang cut all of my eyebrow off on the end and was being rough with my face and when she was doing my nails she kept squeezing& twisting my fingers to do the powder !!!
