This was my first time and overall it was a good experience. I got the classic package and really enjoyed the massage and facial. They do keep the spa a tad too cold and there was a stinch of pee in the halls. My guess is they need new mops or cleaning rags. Otherwise, a solid 4 for service and ambiance.

Where do I even start? The entire experience was amazing! My best friend and I chose this place to have a girls day and I’m so happy we picked this place. The receptionist was so nice and got us situated with our lockers, robes and complimentary drinks. Then it was time for our massages. I did the mellow mama massage and it was worth every penny! I’m a night shift nurse and being pregnant has been killing my back. I can’t wait to come back (because I will definitely be coming back.) Next time I’m bringing my husband though haha

Staff were very nice, environment was relaxing, but the sugar exfoliation treatment I got was ridiculous. It consisted of applying sugar scrub that lasted 5 min and then a Vichy shower where u lay face down on a bed for 25 minutes! Then a light massage for 5 minute to put lotion on. THE END! I told her I already took a shower in the morning and didnt need another one. To spend $110 for a shower while face down was not something I would ever do again! My family had other facials and massages and they enjoyed it but please do NOT get their exfoliation package bc it didnt do anything but make my mascara run.

Taylor is incredible. I get a 50 minute massage once a month. If you need a massage appointment ask for taylor you will not be disappointed she is the best.

I have been to many massage envies and massage heights locations for my massage needs, however this is a much more positive example of what massage therapy is about. No annoying sales pitch or product sales, just straight spa and relax. Everything from the waiting room service to the the therapist actually fully listening to your requests about your needs. Needless to say my wife and I have had a very positive few visits here and each time we wished we had booked longer.

First time at this location for a mini hydra facial. Beautiful spa and relaxing atmosphere. The facial was great but customer service in general was lacking. If The spa using social media to attract potential customers then make them feel welcome and offer your services. I get the not push sales approach but it made feel like ok you are here for a mini facials then go! I could have spend a lot of money because I love the location but I’m not certain I would. Just my opinion.

I must say, for a high end spa the receptionists sure leave something to be desired. When asked questions about spa services and other services available I was given answers such as “nope”, “I don’t know”, “it’s a deli or sumthin’ like that”. I would think you would want employees to use proper grammar when communicating with potential guests. I would also think you would extensively train your employees on the services you offer so they can accurately explain the services in detail instead of saying “I don’t know”. I had wanted to book over $900 in services for my mother and I to enjoy a special day at the spa to celebrate her 60th birthday. After speaking to the receptionist and asking if I could add on lunch, and pay an additional fee, I was told no. This can only be provided for the Woodhouse experience. Disappointed to say the least in just the initial interaction and because of this I will be booking at the Woodlands location. Your front desk staff is the first impression of your spa, I suggest better training or hiring more personable, caring, enthusiastic employees who help your business flourish not drive customers elsewhere.

I just want to start of by saying I highly recommend this location to ANYONE! I booked a last minute spa package for my mom and myself for July 3rd and we were both so impressed! I called the day before to book a different package that wasn’t available, but the lady who answered the phone helped me decide on something else to get us in for my mother’s birthday. She was so incredible helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. This place is for everyone and they don’t make you feel like you are being judged. I’m a big person and going to places like this has never been a desire for me. I assumed I would just be out of place and not welcomed even though I am paying for the services. But at this location of the Woodhouse Spa I felt welcomed and absolutely comfortable! Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. It made both of us first timers comfortable and we could actually relax. I can’t wait to go back!! 10/10 recommend!

Both of the therapists for my facial and massage did a great job with the services and also with their communication. The check in process was easy and the relaxation areas were so comfortable. I went to Woodhouse for a hydrafacial and a massage. They exceeded my expectations and my face was glowing when I left. Not only did they do the hydrafacial but it also included lymphatic drainage! I highly recommend this spa!

The Woodhouse Spa at Vintage Park is a professional and clean spa. I’ve been for 2 services (mellow mama massage and the mellow mama package - pedicure, facial, massage) and just purchased a pack of 4 massages and scheduled my 3rd service. The pedicure has been my least favorite service - the chair was heated which was nice but didn’t have as many massage options as you often find with other nail salon chairs. The pedicure space was also on the smaller side; however it was still nice and my color has been on in tact now for 4 weeks! I’ve had a great experience each visit - the service providers are professional and diligent. Right now during Covid regulations, all staff are wearing masks as well as guests but in the service rooms guests are not required to wear a mask. They are not providing robes, bags or sandals right now either, which only takes from the “spa experience” slightly. I wish they had a better relaxation room with a sauna or hot tub or pool area like some spas. They do have prepackaged snacks and drinks in the service triage room.

The massage therapist was really nice . The spa was clean and really nice .My massage though felt more like a rub than a massage. Also the oils used broke me out on my back . This has never happened before when I gone to other place .

I have loved visiting Woodhouse for a couple years and this year decided to host an event here for my top 5 clients. Koren, the owner, was outstanding to work with in the planning. We were able to have lunch and each client enjoy some spa time. Her attention to detail was impeccable and she made me look great in my clients eyes! This is a true spa experience....treat yourself or work with Koren to plan an amazing experience for your clients. You wont be disappointed!

The Woodhouse Day Spa is the best! Every step of my experience was perfect. The booking process was so easy and I felt relaxed from the moment I walked in! I was greeted by friendly staff that quickly got me checked in and showed me to a beautiful & clean locker area to change into a very comfy robe. After changing I was offered a beverage of my choice and shown to their quiet room to fill out my paperwork so even that part was enjoyable! Im so glad they asked me to arrive 30 minutes before my service so that I had time to relax and didnt feel rushed.When it was time for my service, I was greeted by name by my spa professional who went over my paperwork and services and asked for any additional information to make my service exactly what I was wanting. She was very professional and one of the best massages Ive ever received! Following my massage, I went into the nail room for a manicure and pedicure. Not only is it a much more relaxing environment than going to a nail salon, the ladies were very professional, talked when you wanted but also let you relax and my polish has never looked better!Following my services I was never rushed out of the quiet room but encouraged to relax as long as Id like. I never felt out of place or rushed my entire day. The staffs attention to every detail is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back many more times!

Lovely experience. The ambience peaceful and the decor and furniture are nice in the lobby and large relaxation room.The Swedish massage was fantastic. The therapist was attentive to my specifications. Nothing worse than filling out a paper with my specifications only for all of my details to be ignored during the massage. The spa products are rich and luxurious with a more natural scent...no heavy perfumes. This spa did not disappoint.

The treatment staff is amazing! My treatments are always wonderful. However, their front desk process leaves something to be desired. I always walk out the spa door feeling wonderful, but their late afternoon checkout process and attitude of the front desk brings me down. I wouldn’t normally mention this but it is each time I have visited. No eye contact or smiles, and they kind of ruin the “I feel amazing” aura.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service level and also the quality of service here. The Woodhouse Vintage Park certainly met and exceeded my standards and also everything you could want in a day spa! Julia is the best and she is extremely knowledgeable. This place is amazing. The moment you walk in you feel like royalty. There is a beautiful changing room where you are given a robe and slippers. Then you are brought to a quiet room where you wait for your services. I had a pedicure by Jasmine its the best pedicure Ive ever had. The entire place and ambience is very soothing. I highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible, amazing, pampering, relaxing. The massage was the best. Amber has magical hands. She fixed my shoulder which had been in pain for two years.I love the quiet room, the pampering, the ambiance and the mimosas.The bathrooms are spectacular.Its a bit pricey so I cant do it as often as Id like, but I definitely recommend it.

This was the very first banya experience Ive had and it did not disappoint. Relaxing, refreshing, and leaves you completely rejuvenated.They had a jacuzzi, hot pool, saunas, a steam room, cold pool, ice cold 46 degree pool, nice deck, food - everything you could want. Well, basically everything you could want...Overall it was a great experience and left me feeling fantastic. Id go back in a heartbeat.

Oh wow. What an AMAZING experience. It was my first time, and I left there purposing to visit monthly. It’s soooo worth it. The spa is simply beautiful and offers a soothing atmosphere. The staff members were very courteous, and I appreciate the intent to cater to my individual likes and needs. My service was absolutely relaxing. Brittany did an excellent job. She expressed areas of tension, and she was spot on. I look forward to my next visit...and the visit after that...and the visit after that!

Booked a couples massage and facial and we were blown away! We felt like royalty and was completely at peace the entire time. First the robes are so luxurious and comfy. The relaxation room was beautiful and offered infused water, a ray of alcoholic drinks, and healthy snacks. We were able to spend quality time in here before and after our treatments. My husband was totally impressed with the selection of beers and that his IPA was served in an ice cold tall glass. He said his facial was incredible and the couples message were perfect and was in a perfect room with tranquil ambiance. I was originally going to book downtown at ZaSpa or Trellis but Im so thankful I found this day spa close to home. Totally ready to book a girls day there!

Loved my Hydrafacial I had at Woodhouse! Hannah did my facial and she was excellent! She explained all the steps, was very thorough, made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I loved the atmosphere of the spa and all the staff was friendly and helpful. My face looked amazing when I left and I will definitely go back for more facials there! One annoyance I have is that I pay for my services with gift cards and they ask to have my gift cards when I check in / before my service. I dont feel comfortable handing over my gift cards and hoping they will keep them safe while I receive my facial. They ask EVERY time and each time I say no, that I will hang on to them. Its annoying. If I were paying with cash, would they ask to have my cash ahead of time?? No... other than that annoyance, my facial with Hannah is always great!

I’ve been having neck problems and muscle spasms in my upper back. I went to an Orthopedic in sports medicine and a deep tissue massage was recommended with physical therapy. Amber is the best! I can turn my neck without flinching and my muscles work! She helped my muscles release so much tension and I feel hope again! Yay!!! Thank you Amber! I am so grateful for your expertise!

Just called for information and I’m pretty sure the the lady who answered the phone was having a bad day or something. Horrible mood. Horrible customer service. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information for my birthday celebration. I asked about their facials and her response was, “Well um I mean.. we have 9 so...” Then I asked about reserving 4 spots for next week and that was a hassle just getting information about packages and the lady has an attitude just explaining the packages. It was quite unfortunate as this place is close to my house. But I will drive an hour away for great customer service.

This place is good and not expensive but a little smelly . Not a big deal and I lo e Russian saunas. I have been is russia and visited lots of saunas there . Of course you cant compare those to this but still in good shape. I recommend anyone who lives Russian saunas

I called to make an appointment for a couples massage for my wifes birthday. They set everything up took my information and told me to arrive early. Im thinking ok great well not so much. I get a call at the end of the day stating there is a scheduling conflict and the only option they offer is my wife and I can do or massages separately. Which kind of defeats the purpose of a couples massage. To top it off they didnt make any suggestions for how to fix the issue and said we could schedule a couples massage a week out. Dont waste your time here unless you want to be disappointed by the inept staff that cant even handle something as simple as scheduling.

I really wanted to like this place (its one of the only spas in the area). I called to see if they could take on a pregnant woman with typical aches and pains...and they promised they could. Upon arrival, it became very clear they just added prenatal massages without much thought. You have to change in a locker room and put on a wool robe to wait for your massage. By the time the therapist arrived, I was so hot I could barely breathe. The table for the prenatal massage wasnt a special table--i had to climb onto it (do you have any idea how rough that is at 7.5 months pregnant?????), and it was narrow. I was scared that I would fall off when the therapist had me turn over. The massage itself was terrible (I could be spoiled. I have been getting regular massages for over 10 years), and it was clear that the therapist had no idea how to actually work out knots. Overall, everyone was really nice and the environment was nicer than most businesses, but I wont be returning.

This was my first “spa day” experience and I was left sore and very disappointed. The check in was nice. The robes and flip flops are nice. The drinks when you want them is pretty awesome. My massage wasn’t the best. I expressed to the Masseuse the pressure was a little rough multiple times with and there was no change. Now I’m extremely sore. My pedicure was a complete disaster. She was rude and standoffish. My service was cut short due to they were already behind so that sucked. Then I ask for a painted French tip and she started painting my entire nail white and when I pointed it out she rolled her eyes and said we are already behind and I can’t change it. Then she messed up the polish on one of my toes and when I asked her to fix it she said well it’s already over. The manicurist was really sweet and could tell she was annoyed at the pedicurists attitude. This spa day was a gift and I was left feeling really bad someone spent money for me to be completely disappointed.

Woodhouse Day Spa is a truly unique spa experience in a beautiful setting! From the calming scent you smell upon entering the door to the luxurious robe, infused water and relaxing waiting area you feel so very pampered! I have visited many spas in the area and can absolutely say this is the ultimate experience!

Hannah J is an absolute doll. Shes very knowledgeable about her craft as well as gentle. I havent been this relaxed since before I had my 7 month old.

The place is really nice. However, better service was expected here for the money spent. The lady that provided the service was rushing and didnt even bother explaining what was being done. Very unprofessional. The excuse that was given later was, that the service provider has somewhere to go and was going to be late. Seriously??!!!!

I enjoyed the products used but really disliked the person providing the service. She was very talkative throughout the experience which made it very hard to relax. I felt rushed.

Karla was very kind and had great conversation. She seemed to be a bit timid about exfoliating and scrubbing the dry skin from my feet. I wanted her to do a little bit more but Im guessing shes a bit new and wasnt as confident as she Im sure she will be once shes more experienced.All in all I would probably go back and get services.
