The service here was EXTRAORDINARY! The tech was polite and answered all my questions. She was kind and patient! She took her time and serviced me. She was also very down to earth. Didn’t look at me as another number, but rather a human! She was also, very delicate with my nails to keep them healthy. I’ll be returning!!!FYI: They allow service pets, I didn’t get tech name, but she’s the one with the beautiful coarse hair!

Had to wait awhile between the 2 services,i made an appointment for! The older woman who gave me a pedicure made me bleed and it really hurt. Waxing lady switched mid wax (I think it was her first time ever waxing) they spoke to each other in a different language and the new person started working on me, without saying a word! Some communication would have been appreciated. To top it off, watching loud videos while getting a pedicure should be strongly discouraged, some guy next to me ruined my services as well, very rude! I dont blame the salon for that, but they should speak up and ask him not to do that. I will not be returning, the $5 off my services did not make up for all this.

I went yesterday! Exactly the day of my birthday and to be honest it was the worst decision I’ve made, I’ve been here before but I usually go to crystal nails (same service ALOT cheaper and better result) I walked in ONLY 2 lady’s were working and it was me and my friend, guess what only want took care of us at the same time because the other lady was busy with a men... then this girl passed me on to the other lady and since they were already closed at 6 and it was pass 7 she hurried SO MUCH to do my nails painted them so bad that today they’re damaged. (I had shellac) and of course it wasn’t my fault that they wanted to leave bc it’s was already pas their time... I WILL BE NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. And also at the end I tipped them $10 and she complained like she did a good job! This places is ridiculous I spent over a $100 and got the worst service ever!

Just came here for the first time for my wedding nails! Brought my MOH, mom, and friend. Definitely my FAVORITE nail spa in Houston. Treated with great respect, super sweet and attentive to all our requests. The owner is a great person who cares about his clients. Our nails all turned out PERFECT. The best we’ve ever had anywhere else. Very clean environment and great prices. I can’t wait to show off my nails the day of my wedding. Will be coming here every time.

Best nail salon ever! I got my nails done a month ago and besides my nails growing out they look like I got them done yesterday (I got the Gel polish). Linn does an amazing job! Also, there is no nail polish remover smell!

Super service and they are attentive and sweet. Massages are also great! Did the dipping powder here and has lasted well over 2-3 weeks now. Will keep returning.

This is the best salon in the area! Trust me Ive tried all the other ones within a few blocks! I love that they use 5 star so I can accumulate points!

Its nice. I just do not suggest getting lashes done. U pay 60$ for her to use “better glue” and sad to say it is not worth wasting 60!

Lovely place, and not busy the day before Easter. But my mani started chipping the next day, and two days later it looked awful, I had to do it again. A shame, the staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was calming and everyone was so nice.

I drive 45 mins just to come get my pedicure here! Always such a wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly, neat and professional.

Ive tried a few of the nail salons in the area (american beauty, couture pedi spa ect) and this one has been the best. I lobe that i can earn points and gets coupons and discounts w my phone number.

Over priced rushed, careless and sloppy. I went for a classic pedicure and gel manicure- my pedicurewas awful, my nails had to get repainted 4 different times by 3 different people. The younger workers are rude and make careless mistakes because all they do is chit chat and check their phones. One of the older ladies stayed late to fix my nails after 3 screw ups and they looked way better. But I wont be returning to this place. Definitely not worth it!

They did a great job on my nails but the only problem was I set there for over 2 hours cause they kept stopping to go off to do other people’s nails ..other than that it was good and very nice and clean inside .
