My brother and I booked haircuts with Michael, who I met through relatives who I visit here in Houston. What a wonderful time! I needed a new, refreshing hairstyle and I was thoroughly pleased by my entire experience. Staff is super friendly and made me feel at home, and my haircut was absolutely wonderful! The facility itself is also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anybody who wants to look and feel stunning!!

Amazing customer service, very nice woman at the front desk, and the hairdresser did a great job. I would reccomend asking for Mischel. I got my color and roots done, I could not be happier. I will come back!

Javier is the best...no one cuts my teen boys hair to their satisfaction except for Javier, and his cuts last and the colors he has done have been amazing...thanks Javier dont know what we would do without you!

Joke of a salon. This was more of an upgraded Supercuts than a salon and they sell more purses than haircuts it seems. I chose not to try them out because as I was going in, an upset client was leaving.

Tranquil Salon has GREAT service and staff that can guarentee you leave happy.

Terrible experience. I tried calling for two weeks while we were visiting Houston and I always went to VM which was always full so I could never leave a message. I finally contacted Groupon, who contacted the merchant and said that they would reach out to me, but they never did. Finally, the day before we left, Groupon issued a credit to my account since I would be unable to use the groupon. This spa has zero customer concern and runs its business very poorly.
