This is quite possibly the best spa in Houston. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene, calming and soothing. Each staff member that sees you, greets you with a warm smile and everyone is friendly, which also adds to the calming and relaxing atmosphere. While you wait, you have your choice of water, tea or champagne. I have been to this spa several times and had several different treatments (couples massage, water curative treatments, deep tissue massage, body polish, etc) and all have been outstanding. There are many good spas in Houston with different luxuries, however this beautiful, warm and cozy spa is by far the best in my opinion, which is why I keep coming back and recommending it to my friends. All the masseuses are wonderful, but my favorite is Annie. She let the tension in my body tell her where her work was most needed and needed no direction from me. After leaving her massage, I have never felt better as I have chronic neck and back issues that leave me with pain that is difficult to relieve for long periods at a time. Annie developed a massage treatment plan for me, and after a point, I was virtually pain free. I unfortunately had to move away for a job,and therefore stop my treatments, however I have since moved back and can not wait to get back on my regimen. Do yourself a favor and come try this spa. You wont be disappointed.

Ms. Naomi is absolutely amazing. She educated us about what creates knots in your muscles and even worked a couple of them out with ease! She made the whole experience comfortable, soothing, and enlightening. I definitely recommend the fantastic body package for the experienced spa visitor and newbies! We will definitely become regulars!

This little gem is amazing. I got a 50 minute couples massage for my girlfriend and I, not really knowing what to expect. Simply put, I was blown away. I received with his hands down the best deep tissue massage Ive ever had. My girlfriend was also very pleased with her Swedish massage. The people who work here are very nice, and know what they are doing. Believe the hype, and come here.

I have been to Dolce for spa services in the past, but this review is in regards to the business owners promise to issue a refund to customers who obtained gift certificates prior to the business closing. My boyfriend purchased a several hundred dollar gift certificate for me to use, but I was unable to book a service before Dolce closed. My gift certificate was still valid and hadnt reached the expiration date when Dolce closed. The website states the business will issue a refund to those customers with gift certificates and to contact the owner via e-mail. My boyfriend e-mailed one of the owners, Sarah, and received a reply that she would issue the money back, but she failed to do so. He reached out to her several times afterwards with no response. I also attempted to contact her via e-mail but received no response. Its quite upsetting to receive information that an owner will refund a customer for a valid gift certificate but then absolute silence. These owners have now pocketed our money and been non-responsive on the issue of returning it after initially stating they would be happy to refund the money spent on the gift certificate. This shows how they treat their customers. Future customers should be wary about doing business with these owners.

Stephanie is fantastic. I see her every month, and she tailors each massage to the areas that need work. She is intuitive, strong and thorough. It is obvious that she cares about her work and takes pride in healing bodies. I highly recommend Stephanie and Dolce Vita.

I went here on Saturday for a waxing. It had been years since I last attempted that type of treatment and I was a bit nervous. From the moment I entered, Melissa greeting me in the warm low light waiting room with relaxing music calmed me.Annie was my aesthetician, and I was in incredibly capable hands. She outlined the various levels of service and she used a combination of soft wax and hard (blue) wax to clean me up, checking to make sure that I as a fairly newbie to waxing was comfortable and that I it wasnt hurting too much. Im very pleased with the results, and especially like the recommended product to keep my skin from remaining irritated from the procedure.Ask for Annie if youre going in for a wax.

I went with my mother to get a couples massage. Before the massage I got a facial and my mother a water therapy bath. It was our first time there. Overall the expierence was good, but theres certain details that could improve on. When the person assigned to me introduced herself to me all she said was I guess youre with me. She didnt say her name or anything. She led me to where i was gonna get the facial and explained things to me. The facial was great and I was very pleased with it. But with the message, (which was done by the same person) although it was very relaxing , when i was flipped over face up to work on my anterior side, she completely left out my legs. She only worked on my head shoulders and feet. It being my first time made think that maybe they just dont work on your legs from the front. But whenever my mom and I talked about it and compared, it turned out that my mom did receive her massage on the areas that I didnt. Her massage therapist did things to her that were not done to me, like massage her legs from the front, used the rod pillow under her knees while laying on her back, and had her feet slightly lifted up with something when she was laying on her stomach. Also when the massage was done the person assigned to my mother asked her if she wanned something to drink, as oppossed to mine. Mine just said thank you and left which was a little rude. We both had just heard the other lady offer my mother something, which the natural thing would be to offer me something too. So this experience depends on who you get i guess. My mom was thrilled with the massage and the attentiveness. I couldnt say the same.
