She said that my hands are beautiful and suggested that I make a bright color. Show me her picture. I liked it very much. The manicurist was very careful and gentle. He did it for about two hours. During the period, he gave me water and snacks very intimately. After the end, I even made a sauna for free. It was a very pleasant service. This is a massage shop that I frequent. The shop is clean and tidy. It has a lot of services and items. You can also use sauna and bath... It closes late every night. Very convenient for me

I went to this place at night. After a day of tiredness, I had a bath and cupping with Chinese medicine. The first time I asked someone to bathe me, I was very shy at the beginning. The masseur dispelled my worries while chatting with me. Its very easy. The bath is also very careful, especially cupping. It’s amazing. I have to say that Chinese medicine is really amazing. It’s a very pleasant experience.

This place is absolutely a Paradise! I dont even know where to begin. From the time I made an appointment to the time I left, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Especially the person at the front desk. I believe she is the owner. The place was beautiful and clean. The massage was on point and their hot room was very relaxing. Took one of my bffs here for our annual birthday massages. We were given a set of scrubs & sandals to change into, with arm band for Bluetooth locker. My masseuse, Danny, was super nice & gave the perfect pressure. Jason is the masseuse my friend had & she seemed equally pleased. They have a womens locker room w/showers if you need to rinse off afterwards, which is nice. The dry steam room was also very nice. Everything seemed very clean, fresh & sanitized. I read they have complimentary teas, juice & wine but we were only offered water.The issue I have with this place is how they charged me. I requested we each get 45 min body + 45 min foot massages and added the hot stone to both. I paid a total of $210 + tax (although I dont believe labor or services is actually taxable in Texas) upfront. Anyway, we never received the hot stone upgrade that I paid for, not to mention we only ended up getting 30 mins for each massage instead of the 45 mins I requested. I brought this to Shelly at the front when we were done & politely asked that I get a credit. She apologized profusely & said it was her fault because she simply forgot to tell the masseuse. No problem I said, because the massage was still great, but I again asked to receive the $40 credit. She said she would just make sure I received the hot stone next time. I again asked for a refund & explained I wasnt sure when I would be back due to the spas proximity to my home. She claims she wasnt able to give refund & I was too hungry and impatient to continue with her. I may give them a second chance, but the price, I think I will stick with our usual go to in the area. So just beware of any upgrades you pay for upfront - I know better now.

I called at 11:40pm desperately looking for a massage and they kindly accepted me at the last minute. When I walked in, they were extremely pleasant and displayed amazing customer service although it was almost closing time. The masseuse was great. The entire experience was wonderful. Ill definitely be back.

I booked an appointed and was very excited to visit this place. After reaching there I found out that they have not booked my timings. The front desk lady started arguing and didnt stop even after I showed the proof.

Visited in October 2020 for my birthday and for Mother’s Day 2021. Massages are great. Not bad overall.I may go back to do nails because they have a unique selection and the nail tech on site was really good. They put tax on the tips which was off putting so pay with cash when you leave a tip..

Would not be coming back. The masseuses talked and laughed amongst each other the whole time while giving us a massage. It wasn’t relaxing at all. They were very unprofessional. Massage felt rough and rushed. They definitely expect a 25 percent tip or higher, but the service wasn’t even quality.

Beware! I have read a lot of the reviews and I was using my classpass to try out a new place. I wish they would have been more communicative or asked preferences instead of assuming. I saw this as a young working female who wanted to get a massage after a long day of work. I have gone and gotten massages at other places so the complaints about the towel in their underwear is normal for me. However, I usually have a woman.The person leading me into the room was a woman so I assumed (which is a bad thing) that a woman would be giving me a massage. After undressing for my full body massage the person enters. Upon touching me I had a feeling it was a guy and that made it even more uncomfortable. Not to mention he assumed I was Chinese and I understood (which I did). It was really rough because he did not put any lotion or oil and so it just felt like everything was being pushed and he spent about 25% on my bottom (which is uncomfortable), which Im aware and use to in other locations, but that seem to be his focus and also how it was handle was very unprofessional. I say this because I have been going around to several different places and I have one that I typically go to at my chiropractors office (which they were closed on the day I needed a massage). Then at some point he held up the towel and had me turned around, to which you can see the major discomfort. Even when he told me to relax and focused on one area it didnt help and was even extremely painful to which I told him. He did not sense or consider how a person was reacting or feeling (which I found odd).Overall, if you go make sure you speak out instead of having them rush you. Yes there is also an underlining expectation of a high tip. The only reason I didnt give a 1 star was that it was a decent massage but might have been better had they asked about my preferences (especially with gender differences and the towel not very big). I would just be cautious if you go, however I will not be returning. I had to go to my other massage place to work out my sore spots because they didnt help (which is where I should have gone in the first place).I usually dont leave such a detailed posts, but I figure this was something that needed to be said after I thought about it for a week!

I honestly do not feel comfortable paying money for the quality of service I received. The masseuse was not paying attention to anything I was saying and was applying too much pressures even after I requested to be a bit gentle.

Me and a friend came for massages and everything was fine. The massage was good and the wine bath was also fine. If it werent for what happened to me at the end of everything, I actually wouldve recommended the place, however the way that this situation that Im about to tell you was handled was very poor.Upon walking out, I gave the lady who gave me a massage a tip. I thought it was fair. This is what I tipped other masseuses in the area, and they had no issue with it. Before we could walk out the door however, the lady in the front said Oh you only tipped $xx, this is not enough. She massaged you for 2 hours! (well she actually said 2 hours to exaggerate the time but it was actually 1.5 hr). Mind you, this is in front of people and my friend is beside me. My friend was already angry that they would ask such a thing. I honestly dont care to argue, so I said ok, Ill give you extra. And so I did, before I left.Now tipping extra for me is not an issue, however if you expect 20% tip for the service, you should have a sign, otherwise nobody would know and would tip what they feel is right. Since you did not have a sign to remind guests of that, I was justified in my actions. I really felt like I was berated and embarrassed to even have to be asked for extra. If I was told upon coming in of these expectations, it would NOT have been a problem.Again, think twice if you decide to go here. Its pretty tactless of a business to ask you something like that. A tip is COMPLETELY a person by person basis. Ive never experienced anything like that.Its a little disheartening because we really wanted to come back! But yea, thats a no go anymore.

I went here one evening to get my nails done. The lady did an amazing job but they were a bit pricey. I didn’t mind the price because she took her time and my nails looked great. I noticed that they close pretty late which is convenient so I also decided to get a massage. After the massage I tipped the masseuse. Once I was headed out to leave the lady at the front desk was asking for me to tip the lady that did my nails. Here is where I have a problem. Tipping is optional!! Do not beg or feel the need to ask for my money. You provided a service and I paid for the service. Again I paid for a service. She didn’t tip me and give me a free design or diamond on my nails. So asking for a customer to tip when they have already paid for a service is unprofessional and tacky. The prices are expensive and should cover the tip I was going to recommend this place to others but I do not want nobody to feel uncomfortable or feel like they are forced to give more once they have already paid for the service.

No very much happy with their service. The staff is not at all cooperative and doesnt welcome the customer at all. I do not think so I am ever visiting this place again.

After reading other reviews what people must understand is this SPA is not like other Americanized Spas and in my opinion the whole experience was top notch.My gf and I just ran a half Marathon and our bodies needed much attention. She treated us to a couples massage with hot stones and sauna.This was my first time getting a massage in this area as well as with hot stones and I would say this was the best message I have ever had. Grace did a great job working out the knots out.Be prepared for the towel to be tucked into your underwear and pulled down a little more than expected. I’m sure you can request to not have the massage that low. Didn’t bother us, but it did catch us off guard.Highly recommend!!!Lastly, tip well because they work hard and deserve the gratuity.

I went with my boyfriend for a couples massage and when we entered we were kinda surprised since we never do anything like this. The lady in the front didn’t speak good English so it was kinda hard to communicate which is okay and understandable. We got undressed and dressed in the little outfit they gave us. Proceeded to go to the sauna which was very enjoyable. finally got to the massage room and didn’t get asked what preferences of masseuses we would like. Me as a lady got a guy and my bf got a girl( this is what they later told us) My bf was fine and had a good massage. Me on the other hand got a really rough guy, that made my back hurt and uncomfortable. I was like whatever, and he asked me if I wanted it softer and I said yes please. Then at one part he lifted my underwear and put the towel underneath it and that made me feel so uncomfortable. I told them that I wanted to switch to a lady and they accommodated me. Later I was told that they hired this guy because he was a “well respected” masseuse in China town. Well I didn’t get the hot stone massage initially and had to tell them (but my bf right next to me did get it) they took me back to the room and gave the hot stone massage and later told me they didn’t want to give me the hot stone massage because they thought I was too sensitive, I guess since I turned down the guy. The ladies were nice and really tried accommodating me and reassure me but I really wish none of this would’ve happened. She apologized to me but I left feeling uneasy instead of stress free and relaxed as a spa place should make you feel. When we were paying out she asked about the tip, and I told her $10 and she said each?? And I was like no just $10. I thought this was odd and made me feel really uncomfortable. Reading the other reviews about the tips is really concerning! I just feel like we could have had such an amazing experience but I left really uneasy. Also the place smelled like cigarettes. the owner also offered us a 10% discount for next time but sadly I will not be returning.

As my bf and I walked in, it smelled like cigarettes really BAD. We were the first appointment of the day, we were quickly taken care of and the massage started right on time. The two ladies giving us the massages talked for like 15 minutes as they were doing the massage, i was so close to telling them to please stop as we wanted to relax and not have to listen to their conversation. My bf and i were very surprised when in the middle of the massage they lowered the towel past our behinds to continue the massage. We both were uncomfortable at that point. Ive had amazing massages done at other places and this has never happened so we were caught off guard. The stones were amazing. The hot towel i didnt care for. Would i come back? hmm im not sure. For the price, i think it was ok. I may just try other places before considering coming back.

Everything seemed super clean and everyone there was extremely nice . I’m 6 months pregnant so they made sure I was comfortable and were laying me in positions were they could still massage my whole body while caring for the baby in the womb , which I really appreciated . This place is insane!I called 48 hours before my appointment and was told to go online, I went online and there was no option to cancel. I received a call a few hours later to confirm my appointment, I let them know I need to cancel and there is no option online the lady said ok I will cancel.Now I Get a confirmation email and when I try to cancel, they say I have to pay 50% because I am canceling 24 hours before my appointment!

This spa is one of the best I’ve been to in Houston and in fact anywhere in America. They were very warm, hospitable and friendly.The facilities were very clean and the overall interior very beautiful. You feel calm and relaxed as you walk in. I had a shower and then got a full body massage. The music inside really helped relax my body and mind. The masseuses are very experienced.I also tried the fire cupping. While it has a lot of flair to it, it’s not just for show. I feel a lot less tension on my back (I have had a very tense back for a while now).All in all I would recommend it to everyone in the local area!

The people are definitely extremely friendly. This was my second visit. The first visit was for a foot massage (it was okay) and this time I decided to get a full body massage. The masseuse was moving to fast for me to feel relaxed. Even after I asked her to slow down twice but she didnt. Im not sure she understood what I was asking. I find it hard to be relaxed if the person is massaging quickly. Actually it makes me more anxious. They give you clothes to change into and the sauna and dressing rooms are nice. They also offer showers. There so many other places around town that offers massages that this was a 2 since I would not go back to the same lady.

I dont recommend the massages at all. It was confusing what was going on and in the end was overpriced for the experience. They chatted throughout the couples massage and we came up short on time. We paid $220 for two 90-minute massages and were bullied into tipping an additional $40. They crowded us and would not let us leave unless I tipped them more which was a bit ridiculous and shocking. I wont be back here but maybe the spa rooms are nice. They were masked and so were we which was a plus.
