I bought a groupon for the couples 50 min massage, 10 minute foot soak, champagne (we drank diet pepsi) and valet parking. A very relaxing and tranquil experience. Arrive early (15 minutes Id suggest) to fill out the paperwork and begin relaxing. We shouldve asked for more pressure from our masseuse. A very tranquil experience. Friendly service. Good communication throughout the massage. Friendly service all the way around (from the valet, front desk spa pason, masseuse & different front desk person who checked us out). They even brought us diet Pepsi b/c we dont drink alcohol.Be ready to tip $30 per masseuse.Great bang for buck with the groupon. Id recommend & well definitely be back.

I had a deep tissue massage last week and I am still feeling Cassies hands! Making the appointment was a breeze. The staff was friendly and everywhere immaculately clean and tidy. The treatment room that I was assigned even had its own bathroom. Cassie allowed me to choose the oil I wanted her to use. She did a great job as I fell asleep while she untied every knot in my muscles. After the massage, she recommended an expresso - excellent! Ill definitely be back Spa by JW, great job!
