I had a 30/30 foot and back combo and I wish I had booked for more time. Super easy and effective online scheduling and very nice and professional staff. Adam was fantastic- very respectful, professional and really made sure to find my points of pain and effectively address them. I prefer deep tissue/deep pressure massage and it was great! Highly highly recommend.

My body is still sore from the massage & I have bruises on my back. I didnt enjoy it and will probably never come back.The cost is pretty good. Id recommend for a nice foot massage.

I showed up without an appointment for a foot massage. Nobody was at the counter, but I was able to get a massage in about ten minutes wait. The room is communal, clean, and dark. For 40.00 I received a head, scalp, neck, legs, hands, feet, and back massage with hot stones. It was a massage with clothing left on. The therapist was great and smiled a lot. Very appreciative of cash tips. I will be back soon.

Ive been coming here for years but this is the first time Ive been disappointed. Ive always gotten a 1 hour full body massage. Today I wasnt given a full body massage. On top of that the masseuse would always walk on my back but today she didnt. Being a heavy set guy the only reason why I come here is for the masseuse to walk on my back.

Stopped going to my chiropractor for my back pain. Massage therapists are very skilled at what they do and go above and beyond with each experience. I always feel completely satisfied and relaxed when my massage is complete . Only thing I need after is a nap. Adam is amazing but I had few others when Adam wasn’t there and they all are amazing.

I have been to memorial heights reflexology several times now. I have have different massage therapists most every time. I have never been let down and always leave feeling very relaxed. I always get greeted promptly and escorted to a very comfortable room. Every therapist has an incredible skill set and they always exceed my expectations Thank you!

Had a great experience - booked the combo massage online. I arrived and they escorted me straight to the open room. Adam did a great job with good pressure.

The receptionist ask me to review and I was more than happy too. This was my first time stopping by, the service and massage was great. It was my first time having a male therapist(David), he was courteous and welcoming. I stopped by bcause I wanted a cheaper full body massage, it was totally worth it. I shall return soon.

Ok the only thing is that my PT missed a few places and didnt seem like he was really wanting to find the correct points to relax me. It felt rushed and like i was his billionth client. I would go back just not this location. The hot stone was very relaxing though.

PLEASE READ!!! HORRIBLE experience here!! I walked in to ask if they accepted the groupon I found for them. I didn’t care either way, I just wanted to know. They had me sit down until this VERY rude woman comes out and takes my phone from my hand to look at the Groupon. She walks away with my phone, tosses it on the counter and proceeds to make a phone call. Keep in mind, I wasn’t fussing or requesting that they accept it... I was just checking before I bought it. It was only 10$ off!! Anyways, I go the restroom and when I come back, there are two workers standing around the counter on the phone. They call me to the desk and she puts the phone on speaker in front of me and says it’s her boss who wants to speak to me. (I definitely did not ask to speak to a manager) They are all speaking in another language so I’m confused as to why she is putting the phone in my face. They are both staring at mess one of the worker’s say to me “Speak!” SPEAK? Am I a dog? They weren’t even speaking English. Their boss finally speaks English and says they don’t accept the groupon after 2pm, then goes back to another language. I say “Oh no problem, that’s totally fine!!” and I walked out with a smile. Please don’t support a business that treats people this way. I left extremely uncomfortably. I’ll make sure anyone and everyone knows, not to come here.

I love This Place Im coming here again and im bringing my husband with me next time.

Just what I needed

Worst customer service ever. I called and scheduled a 1:00 appointment, but when I arrived they had given my appointment to another customer who walked in just before me without an appointment. I explained that I had a newborn at home and had very little time (which is why I scheduled the appointment) and he simply said that he was too busy and that Id have to wait. I walked out and will never walk back in.

I am visiting from NYC. I called to make an appointment and hopped in a Lyft. When I get there, the young woman tells me the slot is no longer available. She never explained what happened in the 20 minute turnaround that made my appointment void. Very unprofessional and a huge inconvenience after traveling a distance to get there.

Cashiers are rude I spoke and she did not speak back ringed up my item and turned away dont appreciate being treated like that drove a long way to come here
