Oh my God the first time I had a Brazilian Wax and the lady that did it talked me through it. I forgot her name ( she is due in October) she was gentle professional. The procedure was quick and not painful. Milan Luxury Medspa forever customer in me. The only regret is that I have not been here sooner.As soon as I walked in the door the atmosphere was welcoming and very professional. I will tell everyone about this fantastic and fabulous spa

I just celebrated my 39th Birthday Party at this establishment! I had a Spa Party with 9 other friends! When I tell you the staff was timely, professional, friendly & Covid prepared!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! I flew all the way from Atlanta just to come. I will do this again… it was clean as well!!!

I saw an ad on Instagram and that lead me to book on the website. The scheduling took less than 2 minutes - very simple website. I arrived a few minutes early, masks are required (during COVID). I was greeted immediately and lead to a room for my Yoni Steam and offered a drink. I sat there and reflected on life and just enjoyed my alone time, MY ME TIME. The young lady Destiny was so helpful and sweet. She checked on me and was so pleasant. After that I went to a facial room for a facial and chin wax. First time getting a facial, my fresh face looks RADIANT. Porschae did my facial and she was a breathe of fresh air. I am so glad I went and will be booking another appointment for October. I have already referred 3 people to her already.

Love this place very clean, pretty decor, it’s an all around vibe. Jas the receptionist is a sweet heart and very professional. Came in because I’ve been breaking out with the face masks. Porcha is an amazing esthetician! She is knowledgeable, honest, and a miracle worker. Although I’m not done w her program yet I can see major improvements in my skin.

Im am very disappointed with the service that my father received. I paid for a hour massage, facial, and a beard treatment. But what he received was a 30 minute massage and only a facial. I need to be refunded my money back!

I had a wax Groupon, I tried to book since 3 weeks and no answer then I found the option Groupon booking online since it wasn’t updated since a month and booked for a Saturday and the same day they canceled my appointment so I called the lady and she said that the Groupon appointments are on Tuesdays only so I booked for a Tuesday afternoon. At my arrival the place was closed with no warning and no answer to the phone. I trade in my Groupon with another deal. I wasted already to much time here.

Came here for a Brazilian wax, and Porschae was amazing! She was very professional, and her attitude puts you at ease. I’ve also never had hard wax before (only soft), and it is loads better. I felt that it got everything and it hurt less! I’ve been telling all my friends about this place, and I highly recommend her to anyone. This place is such a great deal!

Located in a clean, nicely styled facility in a business center. I was offered wine & water during my (very short) wait before I was led to the waxing room. Porshae is the owner and the spa expert - her bubbly personality and easy conversation made my second bikini waxing EVER a pleasant experience. Since she knew what she was doing, I felt like I could relax and carry a conversation while she worked. It really made a difference and I booked my next appointment before my session was over.

Im bite late with my review however my experience was too great and deserve recognition. I visited Milan last month and I was blown away by the service I received under Porsha. It was a while since I went in but she made me comfortable and most importantly took her time. Alcohol is served which is a plus in my book. The set up is very professional and calming. Definitely will recommend. I went in for eyebrows tinting. I was a bit nervous due to it being my first time and dont let many touch my brows, but Porschae did a GREAT job. 2-16-18 2:30 PMI have been calling to reschedule my 4:00 pm appointment no answer, the first time I called the phone just rang, it seemed as thought someone picked up the phone and hung it up, I called back I was sent straight to voicemail each time after. I guess they did not want to be bothered with the phones? I finally left a message and asked someone to return my call now I just waiting. I have never been inside of this place as of yet ,I hope the service is better the the telephone receptionist. We will see. (fingers crossed)

The experience in the spa was great, Normally I wouldnt have gotten a facial, but i tried with the push of my wife to try the Taelor made mens facial, my face felt like a baby.
