I was pleased with the friendly staff. But my deep tissue massage was anything but deep tissue!! I even mentioned to her that she could be harder and push deeper, but there was no change. I was very disappointment with my massage!!

Update: my previous review was based on massages 2 months ago. We went again yesterday and it was like night and day and we left pretty disappointed. So Ive updated my review to 3 star. The manager did offer us some discount for the massages and apologized for our disappointment, but makes it hard to want to go back either way. Ill update again if we ever try again. Definitely sad, thought wed found a place we loved for couples massage.Absolutely amazing massages! My husband and I got a couples massage and the therapists were excellent, the ambiance perfect, and overall fantastic experience, we will be back!

This place does not have professional massagers. They have no idea what they’re doing. I did not feel relaxed at all after the massage infact I came out of the session feeling pain and some spots on my hand blue. Because they’re not professionally trained they don’t know the massage relaxation points. And the place has a weird smell. I wasted my money. I should’ve gone to professionally trained massage places like Massage Envy. Don’t waste your money here.

I had a blast! They were so nice to fit my mom and I in last minute for a joint massage. The staff is super friendly, the massages are top notch, location is perfect and interior design is regal and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable.

Facilities are nice and staff are friendly. However, the message was rough! We felt like we took a beating rather than a pleasurable experience..and we did not choose deep tissue!

I had an appointment for a prenatal massage scheduled for today at 1130. I arrived 15 minutes early because I have not been to this spa before and I assumed there would be paperwork. As I pulled up to the spa I received a phone call stating that the female massage therapist that I had agreed to see who specialized in prenatal massage had rescheduled with someone who had asked for her specifically and that I had been rescheduled with a male. They hoped that that was ok. I do not feel comfortable with having a male masseuse. She said ok well the best that she could do is to have me reschedule with someone who would be there at 12, 45 minutes later. I said ok and waited for 45 minutes. At 1155 I was told that the new female masseuse did not feel well and that they would need to reschedule me. At that point I left. After leaving I got a call from the manager stating that they Always put men with women and women with men. I let her know that I had asked when scheduling my appointment who my masseuse would be and if they specialized in prenatal massage and that WHEN I heard that they were female and did specialize I agreed to the massage. I did not think that I needed to specify that IF they wanted to schedule my massage 15 minutes before it was supposed to start that I needed to specifically state that the massage needed to be with a female. I did not think they would reschedule my appointment 15 minutes before it was supposed to start simply because someone called at the last minute and requested my already scheduled massage therapist. I also did not think that I would need to wait 45 minutes for my next massage just so that that could be cancelled and told to wait another 35 minutes so that maybe someone would give me a massage. What a terribly run spa.

Glad I stumbled upon this place on google. Cheaper than expensive hotel spas, and Lesvy did a really good job working on my shoulders. Definitely will come back here for my next massage.

Fantastic massage; one of the best Ive ever had and it was only $79. The facility is very clean and relaxing and they are open late and on Sundays to make it convenient to come in!

We booked Panacea for 5 before my engagement party and we had a wonderful time. The massages and facials were relaxing and done by attentive and professional staff.

The only good thing about this place is the massage therapist Jessica. However, the place is totally unprofessional as a whole. I booked a package with a particular therapist (not Jessica) and I was switched to a male therapist without my knowledge for my second session. They did not let me know until I came in which caused me to have to reschedule as I only wanted a woman. I had already paid for a package of 5 and the owner did not give me a refund when I asked. This happened on 2 occasions where they booked me with someone else other than who I asked for. I talked to the owner via phone after this happened and we agreed i would continue seeing Jessica, who is great. We also discussed the type of massages I would need. She never told me I would have to pay more for a combination of lymphatic and deep tissue massages and I was made to pay extra money after my last session as they claimed the deep tissue massages were not covered in my package. So why was this not mentioned to me when I talked to the owner about it prior? If you want professionalism and up front pricing, do NOT go here.

This place is amazing!! First time coming here today and it was kind of an impromptu visit. They accommodated us and helped us with the choosing of our massages. The receptionist Rita welcomed us and gave us some wine 🤗! My therapist was Gabriela and she was awesome, best massage ever! Would definitely recommend this place and I myself will be coming back here again!

My husband and I did a couples massage and it was nothing short of amazing. Ronald did such an amazing job. I have had massages in the past but nothing comes close to this. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Really strange. I booked an appointment with them and had a situation come up and wasn’t able to make it. I usually would call, but as I said, something came up. These people text me on their personal number (imessage) about my appointment. Like how and when is that acceptable? Then proceeded to call me back to back. I couldn’t believe it. So since i still did not answer them, they text me AGAIN saying “We have no show fee”. It didn’t even make sense because all I did was boom an appointment...they didn’t have anything to charge. We were just really glad that we ended up not going because that was so unprofessional and just completely weird!

Amazing massage, this place is very relaxing clean and offers a very great experience over all . I left refreshed and ready to comeback as soon as I can - Gabriela is the best! She really cares and made the whole experience even better -can’t wait for my next appointment -

My husband and I booked a same day couples massage and it was amazing! Comfortable atmosphere, warm, nice music. Ronald was my therapist and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. A woman was my husbands therapist (cant remember her name) and he said it was like she knew exactly where his problem/stress areas were and that her work was worth every penny. They both did a great job. Customer service was good. Thank you!

Ronald was amazing knowledgeable and without speaking could identify my Knots and muscle pain with calm effective technique and I do highly highly highly recommend him if you are a competitive athlete or just need a true reflexology experience that will sure change you.

The skills & knowledge of the therapists & estheticians at Panacea is unlike what Ive experienced anywhere else. And, I have been frequenting Spas wherever Ive lived, over the last 25 years. As an executive at a multinational, I spend a lot of time traveling which makes it difficult to find time for my health/body. The folks at Panacea go to great lengths to fit me in and I always come out relaxed and looking radiant. I have no time or desire to try out any other place - I doubt anything can come close.

Loved the ambiance fresh chocolate covered strawberries and red wine when we went to celebrate our anniversary.... if you havent been there you are missing out.After that I continuously went for acne facial and now my face is acne less cause I am doing my home care using clear cell line gel and ageless line rational daily

Review from 2015:I dont know where to start. The receptionist was nice, professional, and great assisting and doing her job. But Im not sure if I came out the same way I came in. I felt just okay. Apparently, I have no knots in my back because Im 23. My legs were overheated at one point where I started sweating and fanning my legs by kicking up the sheets. The massage was good? Idk. It was my first professional massage. I have nothing to compare it to.The masseuse rolled her eyes when I walked in, not sure why. Because Im young? Dressed up to go somewhere (dinner after)? I felt like once she knew I was in the service industry, she started overselling a lot to the point where it got annoying. She was nice when we talked, and I understand the company is new and so is she, but it wasnt enjoyable or as relaxing as I thought it would be. Id love to try veteran masseuses or another place one day. She worked on me the ENTIRE TIME, which I absolutely loved, and never took a break. She worked on my back for a while, butt, then legs, shoulders, arms, hands, stretched me, and the a niiiice foot rub. Needless to say, she covered all the bases. She says shes a really great massage therapist. And she seems very skilled, So dont fire her. But it was awkward to tip her when she was in the receptionists area, I felt like that was unprofessional. It wouldve been the same ($15) tip, but I didnt think she needed to stand there while I decided what to tip her. Maybe talk to staff about that. All in all, Im not sure if Ill need a massage or if Ill be back.

Great staff and wonderful service. I was able to book a couples massage the same day and my wife and I loved it.I used to rub my wifes back in bed and called it a massage, but after going here, I realize that I have no clue of what I was doing. I cant remember the name of the masseuse, but at the end of the massage I couldnt remember who I was. The way she pressed and kneaded across my back and shoulders made me feel so much better afterwards. I liked it because it made me feel good.I think theyre good masseurs because they didnt just massage the sore spots, they manipulated the joints and stretched the muscles and relaxed the tendons that were causing the soreness.

It was my first time to be there and last time also. chose this place according to the reviews which was mostly good. But reality was totally different... bedsheets were dark brown which is not an appropriate color for massage center, it was not trustable if they were clean or not I didn’t feel comfortable, the oil that they use seems not the oil massage, it has texture of baby oil!! and the oil that she used at the end of the massage smells like burned oil! I chose trigger point massage but my therapist was just played on my body with her palms, I asked her five times to use more pressure, but she didn’t care, I didn’t chose a soft massage, but it was as soft as Swedish massage and I charged for $79. I could not explain my issues to my therapist because she didn’t understand English, It was bad experience, the front table lady also didn’t have enough information to help me for choosing my massage, I wasn’t there for fun, I really had a tired, full of spasm muscles and body but therapist made it worst ... l just surprised where those reviews came from, do not waist your money an time over there.

Therapists don’t know enough English to understand my points, bed sheets are dark brown which is not suitable for massage center,I didn’t experience perfect swedish massage ever,also the lady in front desk wanted to charge me more than the amount that was in the website and generally l wasn’t satisfied and l will never come back panacea massage again.

A frienf of mine and I decided to get a last minute massage at Panecea today. We obviously called the same day asking for appointments, but we were told that a cancellation had just happened due to the weather and that they would take us in.Jessica was my therapist, according to Rita (manager) she is one of the top and more requested therapist, but I had never been so disappointed with a massage before. She did not put any effort to delivering a good service. She exposed me to her co-worker during the turn over and completely stop trying giving any kind of massage shortly after that. I spoke to the Manager Rita whom did not really care about my complaint and very casually told me me she would speak with Jessica to make her aware of my comments.After leaving the spa my friend and I realized that Jessica was in a hurry to get out of there since she immediately ran to her car and left.That was my first time ever trying Panecea and I my last.The one star I give is because the front desk coordinator was very sweet and happy to help ever since she took our call.
