Had simple brow clean up. Was in & out in less than 15mins. Tech was nice, quick & checked with me to make sure my brows looked the way I wanted.

I went to Wink for the first time today. I’ve had many lash lifts at various businesses, and this is the best I’ve ever had BY FAR! I was taken back for my appointment very quickly. The facility was clean, and the staff was incredibly polite. My technician, Melissa, was so knowledgeable and informative about the services I was getting. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to.To top it all off, the results are amazing. I received a lash lift, eyebrow tint, and eyebrow and lip waxing. All were so gentle, fast, and turned out beautifully.Overall, I highly recommend Wink, and I will definitely be back!

Obsessed is an understatement! I have had lash extensions in the past but I have a fixation with rubbing my eyes so they just werent for me. My friends have recommended the lash lift and tint previously, so of course I was intrigued when I saw the service offered through Class Pass.Setting up an appointment was so easy. When I came in for my appointment, I was greeted by the front desk and got checked in. Everything was so nice and clean. Each technician had theyre own room that was closed off by curtains that seemed sound proof because you couldnt hear anyones conversation. It was very private.When I met my technician, Sarah, she was so friendly and professional. With it being my first time ever getting this service, she talked me through the steps, as well as showed me all the different styles. What i liked most about her, even though I was scheduled for tint, she was honest and told me I didnt need one, which could have been an easy up-sell, I really appreciated that.I was in and out in 30 mins. but of course I couldnt leave before scheduling the same service for my mom and sister!!If youre looking for a nice pick me up for your eyes, but dont want to deal with the upkeep of extensions, this is the service for you!10/10 would recommend

I love coming here! They always are so honest when it comes to my eyebrows, the advice they give, and they are always so friendly! I have went through 3 techs, but ALL of them were and are amazing!!!! Everyone is so friendly and sweet. I have been coming here for about almost 4 years and will not go anywhere else. Looking forward to trying other services they offer besides eyebrow waxing. :)

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I could not be happier with my tint or the AMAZING attitudes of everyone there. I’ll definitely be a regular for tinting and I can’t wait to start switching additional services over 💙

Sara did an amazing job on my lashes! It was sort of a repair situation because I had gone somewhere prior and they really did not do a good job. My lashes today are full, thick and feel like they are put on really well!! Sara listened to what I wanted and they came out great! Really pleased!! TY WINK!!

This place is amazing! The receptionist Susan is incredibly helpful despite me having to reschedule twice in one day. My lash technician Jonee does excellent work and always makes me feel relaxed after a long day. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the people there make it even more amazing! You must go!

Amazing for brows! Incredible price.I went in for a brow appointment with Yolanda recently and she is FANTASTIC! She took so much time to walk me through her plan and approach. The wax she used was so gentle that I hardly had any redness. So happy I found such a pro with brows!

Wink Lash Bar is hands down the only place I would want to go for lash extensions! The salon is gorgeous, but the attention to detail by the staff is what keeps me coming back for more!Every little step is done with such care and attention. This is so important to me, given the delicate area of an eye. The treatment is so relaxing, that I practically fall asleep!I receive so many compliments on my lashes! To me, they are not overly exaggerated, which is exactly what I wanted! However, I know that they are capable of adding more, if I need them to do so.Lashes are such a huge time saver for me! I am a regular here and dont want to go anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly. I have had my lashes done by four different technicians and everyone of them has done a great job. The lashes are exactly what I want, and always look great with long wear. The rooms are cozy and I usually fall asleep so fast because Im so comfortable and relaxed. They always have jelly beans and citrus infused water :) love it here.

Sara is the best! I have been getting my lashes done for the last 6 months or so and have no complaints. My lashes always look full and very natural (I get the classics). She makes me feel welcome and takes her time. Her work is very professional, clean, and detail oriented.I was always skeptical about getting lashes but Im SO happy that I did. I started off with a lash lift/tint and then wanted to try extensions. I always recommend Sara because I know she goes above and beyond for her clients :)

I was able to get an appointment for lashes on a very short notice, all the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly, followed necessary sterilising precautions, and my lash technician Dulce was the sweetest and did an amazing job!

Horrible service The skinny girl is distracted with her phone to the point she messed my brows and lashes up. I forget her name this was a few months back but i think it was denna or dedra. My advice stay away.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They are SO friendly and the place is designed and maintained impeccably. I never had a desire to get my lashes done b/c I had naturally long lashes already but now I dont think I can go without them! I refer everyone I know and give gift cards to all of my friends and family for pretty much every occasion. Every single one of them go on and on about how different this place is from the rest of the lash studios. Id give them a sixth star if they had one. Customer for life!

I absolutely LOVE Wink Lash Bar!! I had been very hesitant to get eyelash extensions because I have naturally long and full eyelashes. But I wanted to jazz things up for my 20 year high school reunion. OMG! What a difference! The stylists at Wink promote healthy lashes, and customize the look to you and wont apply anything too heavy. My extensions looked incredibly natural, and really made my eyes pop. I am so glad I gave them a chance. Not only do they do incredible work, but the salon itself is GORGEOUS and the staff is super friendly and professional. As a mother of three, its a little getaway for me.

Outstanding place!! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and was offered something to drink! The staff is so warm and approachable! Wow!I needed a miracle and they gave it to me. For not wanting to spend more $ on my eyelashes, I went to a nail place and paid $20, but was my worst mistake ever!! They ruined my eyelashes with their heavy lashes & nasty glue. Luckily, Wink Lash Bar specialist was so professional and careful and helped me out - she gave the beauty to my lashes back!!Wink Lash Bar ROCKS!!!

Overall very friendly staff, but inexperienced lash service providers. Had a great experience with Khann, then a horrible experience with Sara.Khann was knowledgeable, and applied the perfect length and weight of lashes. I fell asleep and woke up to beautiful lashes!Sara is less experienced, or just a little sloppy. I came in for engagement photos so she did extra on my lashes. They were pretty, but I ended up having to get them taken off due to poking from the lashes hitting my eyelid, and the glue pulling multiple lashes. Overall, the lashes were too heavy also, so my lash line was painful. I came in 2 days later to have them fixed, took 30 minutes of showing which specific eyelashes hurt. Came back and got them removed 3 days later. Even now that are off, Sara still left clumps of glue in my lashes.I felt dismissed that it must have been my allergies, and not an actual issue with the application. Overall, they did the removal for free, and were cordial, but I felt that I should have been looked over completely by a manager or senior staff. I also felt I should get a portion of my money back. For my trouble of having to come back 2 times. At any rate, I would avoid and pay extra for Chic Lash, or if you must go, get Khann.

Ive been going to Wink Lash bar for more than 2 years now. The business is under new ownership/management and has really gone downhill. Previously you could put your auto-draft membership charge to your credit card on hold or cancel with only a few days notice. Now they are requiring 30 days. The ability to discontinue it hasnt changed... only that they are hemorrhaging clients due to the changes, and trying to punish you for leaving.They have run off their most tenured and best Lash techs, have not kept adequate inventory of the supplies needed for lash fills, and have rebooked my appointments to other brand new techs without even asking me first. The quality of work done by a brand new tech in training isnt the same as one of the original techs. I wasnt offered compensation, or the ability to cancel my membership due to the inconvenience.... just automatically rebooked with someone brand new.

Even if my extensions werent this amazing, I would come here just for the service.I tried to get them done at another lash bar, and they almost ruined my natural eyelashes. I heard about this place, and they not only fixed them, but they made them 10000000X better.If you are ever considering getting eyelash extensions, this is the place to go. Theyre perfectionists and wont stop until you are looking like you walked off of a vogue photo shoot. :)
