I had skin tags all over my face and neck with a few large ones near my eyes for as long as I can remember. I was always self conscious and embarrassed by them, especially since they can’t be covered up with makeup. Tamara and Mrs. Amy were empathetic with my issues during my consultation and Mrs. Amy patiently removed all of my skin tags during my treatment sessions. It’s been only a couple of weeks since my treatments, but I’ve already seen dramatic improvement. After all the scabs fell off I was left with my once again smooth face and neck. During my follow up appointment, when Mrs. Amy asked if I was happy with the results…all I could reply was it’s not happiness I’m feeling, but WOW!!!

My esthetician was Wendy. She was a very nice lady however my facial was horrible. My face was worse when I left. I had breakouts & Cuts. The cuts came from the derma planning service I added to my facial. She derma planned my face dry without any cream, gel or oil. My friend and I both went and STILL had to extract our own pimples immediately post facial. Our facials werent worth 200+ Dollars.

My first massage ever. I got a swedish massage and it was a full body massage. Wendy hit all my pressure points and massaged areas that I didnt even know were possible. My gosh it was so relaxing there is smooth music but not too loud. I am not much of a talker and I liked that Wendy didnt force me to talk. It was so relaxing and my back was feeling so good. It was a plus for my birthday and will return for my next birthday. It was amazing and Wendy did a wonderful job. She massaged my back and cleaned off the lotion with hot towels which was so relaxing. And there was a wonderful smell the aromatherapy was amazing. Everyone was so friendy and wished me happy birthday. Loved it all everything was amazing. I will definitely return.

Amy removed my skin tags and I look amazing! She’s better than a dermatologist to me because she catered to me needs and helped repair my skin fast. I also purchased her green peel package and I must say I am totally impressed. My skin has even out where I had hyperpigmentation. Because of her I will look my absolute best on my wedding day! I had a wonderful experience will go again. I had left $200 down for a acne treatment package that I ended up not being able to afford for personal reason. But I went again to see if I could use the $200 for a facial and they worked with me and I thank them a lot for that the staff was amazing. I had such an amazing facial and the person I can’t remember her name made me feel so comfortable and at home I really enjoyed my time there thanks to her for working with me and teaching me a lot what to do with my skin and helping me find the right stuff. I’m a returning customer, and usually satisfied by miss Wendy. But today I was highly disappointed by a new esthetician, named miss Rosita who did my facial. I was supposed to get a deep cleansing but she spent the whole time massaging my face and my neck with oil (which was rough and not relaxing). She did not take the time to deeply clean my face, which was a waste of money and time for me. The services offered in this spa are expensive so you should take the time to do what the customer asks. It seemed like she was rushing to take somebody else. Another thing I noticed in this spa, is that it always has new people working there, so make sure that the job is well done by whoever does it. Next time I’ll talk to the manager before paying if I’m not satisfied cause I just threw my money away today. Don’t feel like my face just got a facial.

I must honestly say that this place is Amazing. The customer service Is great. They are respectful and very personable but professional with their clients. The services are great as well. I have seen tremendous change in my skin over the past few sessions. I will continue to come here even after my sessions are over. I love it! I love Amys skin care & Med spa originally went for a consultation and met Mrs. Amy herself the owner absolutely straightforward and sweet lady. Mrs.Amy did my consultation and it was very informational and straightforward so I end up deciding on a herbal peel She will let you know what is best for you the 3 or 6 treatments I decided on that 3 treatment herbal peel And in between my pills I do my face shows as well and my skin has come a long way. Place is nice and quiet and very relaxing the receptionist is absolutely wonderful I want to say her name is Tamar really really funny sweet young lady. I love my aestheticians that have done my facials I cant recall their names my 1st one she was very gentle explain everything that she was doing for has treatment of my facial. 2nd aesthetician was absolutely awesome really detailed as well!!! I was a customer who received a treatment maybe 10 years ago. for one of the body cellulite reduction treatment, the treatment designated time was 60 minutes but they totally forgot about me and I fell asleep and woke up one hour and 30 minutes later and had to call the front office to remind them of my presence !! LOL. I had another bad experience with them but too sleepy to type

I had dark spots appear on both my upper and lower lip, so I called and the person on the phone was very kind and informative of what Amy could do for me. I went in for an examination and Amy and the staff were very comforting, welcoming and kind. I expected the procedure to take a few hours but she was able to get the job done with excellent results in under 10 minutes. I will definitely come back here if I need something done! I went to see Rozita for a microderm facial and I have to say it was AMAZING! I go to 5 star resorts and this is 6 stars! When I entered the Spa I was greeted with smiles, the owner was there and she was so welcoming and informative of all the services they offer. The Spa is very well decorated and gave a very cozy and comfortable feel. I am very particular on who works on my face and I have to say I trust Rozita to take care of me. Tried this place for the first time using a Group on voucher. The location is very convenient from my workplace- just one short train ride. The spa itself is beautiful. Very modern and the machines and rooms are spotless.

I went to Amys med spa for a treatment. Amy is not an skin Care professional. I just needed a basic clean for my face and she tried to sell me a green peel for almost $2000. Amy is a sales person she won’t see what you really need. she’ll just put a price to something you don’t need. I ended up buying a treatment in which the receptionist, (a red hair girl.) did my treatment (a micro treatment) the second time I went there. She doesn’t have a license to be doing skin care and micro treatments. This place needs to be inspected and shutdown by the health department.

Amy’s skincare has given me hope. I never in a million years thought I would get clear skin. My skin is so much clearer and the texture has been minimized tremendously. I am so blessed to have found this place. The staff here is absolutely amazing and friendly! The office is very clean and elegant but has a lovely cozy feel. It is always a pleasant experience here. I honestly forgot when was the last time i went with amy, but i can tell a lot of people my skin and life wasn’t so great when i visited amy, At the time i had a lot of personal issues going on and the stress was getting to me. My face was filled with acne, and with that.. my confidence went down to zero. I’m pretty sure everyone does research and tries to figure out a way to get rid of acne, i tried every single thing and still didn’t work. So my only option was to find a dermatologist, and i came across Amy’s skin care. I made a call to book an appointment, when i arrived the day of the appointment the staff was so nice, they told me to sit and offered me drinks, it didn’t take long for amy to see me. She took me to a room to discuss pricing, and i’m going to be honest it was pricey but she does try to work with you and your budget. We ended up agreeing to an offer she gave me, so just like that i was on to a journey of pain lol but well worth it. The package she gave me consisted of a lot of things plus additional products you needed to buy for your face. I wish i could tell you my whole experience with my face but i’m just trying to get straight to the point. Amy is a very highly skilled person, very nice and understanding. She gives you good advice on what you should do to prevent acne or anything skin related. She also tries to make conversation with you so you won’t feel awkward for any of you people that are shy. For the most part it’s a very nice place and i would highly recommend amy and her nice staff, they all work hard and try and make you feel like you are at home. I don’t have before and after pictures but this is how i look after the process with amy.

I was very disappointed in my facial. I chose Amy’s because she has great reviews, but perhaps her strengths are in other areas. I wanted a facial with a “spa” experience. I did not get that here. Her front desk people had no customer service skills. The patient consultation was not a consultation at all. It was merely an opportunity for Amy to see what other salons you visit. I also did not appreciate That she trying to sell me other things that were unrelated to my visit before my facial when I had already been waiting 30 minutes to be seen. For the price that she charges, I expected more of a spa experience. I also had to correct the aesthetician. She kept hitting the bed to dry her hands. Between that and numerous trips to the sink for water, it was impossible to relax. The entire visit felt very transactional. I will not be returning.

This place should be closed! Amy damaged my skin! She didn’t understand well about skin and treatments. Her green peel price is 3-4 times more expensive than any other MedSpas and even doctor offices. Gave very very wrong consultations!!! All she cared about trying to sell her green peel package and other facial packages not your skin/health concerns. It was so annoying when she and her staffs kept on convincing you to do treatments and buy skincare products you did not need or bad for your current skin conditions! She damaged my skin and those damages are permanent. Don’t waste your time and your money for this spa! It should be closed!

Love the Green Peel treatment. I highly recommend this place for any questions about skin improvement. I had some darker skin pigmentations under my eye for over a decade thinking they would fade eventually. Went as far as to going to the wrong dermatologists and barley now after this treatment its beginning to fade away. Im very satisfied and will come back for further treatment.

After the passing of my dermatologist I was looking to remove skin tags for an affordable price. Because of the changes in healthcare and insurance not paying for the procedure, my chiropractor recommended Amys skin care. Not only did I not have to pay for an office visit and lab work but Amy had extremely reasonable pricing. I decided not to do the procedure after all and when I told amy she refused to give me a refund. They never told me that they dont do refunds so I ended up losing.8/27/20 you probably got rid of my paperwork but i was there, yes this happened at Amys and I spoke directly with Amy. Do not pretend now i am making this up.

The spa here is awesome.Came with some sort of right arm area pain I had for few months.The massage 💆🏽 gave me a major relief.I highly recommend them. Serene environment too!

Excellent Care w/ skin tag removal! Very professional and very smooth in the process. Amy gave the best care I have ever received for this! New technology used for the skin tag removal is very nice and gave little irritation, which is normal and expected from skin tag removal.

Nice place , Amy is so nice . I came for a facial .Really know and is passionate about her job . I came for the first time and she was really honest with me about the necessity that my face required and told me to reschedule so she can take care of my face . After two hours of suffering and a foot treatment (+35$) . My face is fresh and Im definitely happy with it. Walking in I had really bad inflamed acne and super dark acne spots. I hated my skin. I ended up buying the green peel package and after 6 months I completely love my skin. After one week of the treatment alone my skin had already improved dramatically. Thank you so much Amy.

Wendy is by far the best massage therapist in West Houston. Her therapy is at a higher level with her technique, training, knowledge and experience.

This place is amazing, they helped me get rid of all my stubborn white heads on my forehead and helped with my acne. You can really see that Amy takes pride in her work and is intrested in your needs as well as Wendy who is excellent with her hands!! It’s a little pricey but totally worth it!!!! I will be coming back for sure.
