I wish I could give this place and Ms. Joy more than 5 stars! Absolutely amazing! This place is incredibly clean and calming! They even have a nice clean shower so that you can shower before your massage! Will absolutely be coming back!

I was trying to come in for a massage but I guess being a female the lady turned me away. She said that something was happening right now and that I cannot get a massage. No specifics given. Yet they stayed open and I see male clients coming in and out. I guess I need to find a different place in the area for massages or a massage therapist that would work with a female client.

So I am a massage enthusiast who moved to Houston late last year and have been searching for a masseuse since arriving. Suffice to say, my search is over! Angie is an incredible masseuse - a masseuse for masseuses if you will. This was my second time visiting Massage Heaven, my first visit with a different therapist was average but this visit with Angie was extraordinary. She is experienced and has excellent technique. She combines traditional Thai techniques with Swiss and Shiatsu. She was focused and methodical, as well as intuitive - sensing without me telling her that I had old knee injuries. At the end of my session I was pleasantly surprised that she spoke impeccable English, as many of my favorite masseuses in previous cities Ive lived in were skillful in massage but not as well versed in English. I enjoyed my session with her so much Ive booked another for my husband and I for tomorrow. If it is your first time at any of the Massage Heaven locations, ask for Angie. She wont disappoint. A bonus is that the location is clean and aromatic.

The place was very clean and nice. As soon as I walked in the therapist had the room ready. The therapist Mercedes gave a great massage. I would recommend her. Very knowledgeable and professional. When I go back I will definitely ask for her again. I walked out with my body feeling a whole lot better thanks to her.

I work in the area and decided to stop in for a massage. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and decor of the place. The young lady at the desk set me up with Jessica for the massage. She was awesome, very professional and gave me an incredible LMT quality massage. I was never rushed and always felt relaxed. This will be my regular stop when it’s time for relaxation. I highly recommend.

I was in town visiting and a friend gifted me a massage, the overall experience was pretty good. The whole experience was blown when the lady who gave me the massage asked for a tip. I thought that was pretty tacky.

First time here and it was awesome, but to be honest I knew it would be because Mercedes has massaged me before when she was with another company. So when she moved closer to where I stay I was ecstatic. Very professional and I always feel like a reset button has been pushed after.

I took my finacee there for a couples massage. The ladies that helped us both did a wonderful job. We left there feeling very relaxed.

Nicki is the best massage specialist I have had yet. This place really is heaven. Small boutique establishment with great manners , class and respect for your bodily needs. I TRULY reccomend.

Called the Eldridge location on Wednesday to make an appointment on Saturday double checking all of the details. Arrived for my appointment and no reservation was made. There was nobody available for the massage I asked for and the hostess was unaccommodating and confused. I do NOT recommend ever coming to this place. Don’t waste your time.

They charged me 4 times for the massage. Then when I complained the manager said that 3 payments would go away. As 2 payments subsisted, I called again but the manager refused to refund me. I had to call my bank, file a claim and get one payment cancelled so as to recover my money. Never again at that place !!!10 months later I receive this reply from manager who claims I was refunded, received a complementary massage and gave good feedback. These are 3 lies !!! Again, stay away.

Been here a few times, every time I go the mamasan is yelling at the therapists on the phone before after and during session. Too much tension here. I always leave feeling more stressed. Treat your employees better please and they may do a better job.

Okay, soooooooooo, where do I start? The service, friendliness of the staff and the ambiance and decorum of this location is fabulous! I felt like Id actually left Texas and visited Thailand for an hour! LOL! Seriously, this place is beyond fabulous! It is a much needed treat for the working professional or those that need to relax, rejuvenate and restore! The massage was excellent; complete with hot stones for the problem areas (stress points). Tell a friend or twelve and visit this location for a treat! Also, very reasonably priced; you cant beat it! Its a treat, for sure!

This place is horrible. Dont go to any of the three locations. Angie is a horrible manager and owner. She will over charge you if you pay by card and drain you. I hope they go out of business by how they screw people. And they will bug you for tips too.

Excellent massages! Get my legs massage as I am on my feet and in high heels all week long!
