Throughout the process, Mrs. Alicia De La Garza explained every detail in a simple way of understanding and showing that she knows perfectly her job. The services were as she explained to us and the military ceremony was more excellent as I expected. Im so pleased that I already planned my funeral services with them. Veterans handled the funeral service for my father. Everyone was very nice and friendly. When he passed they came to the home and respectfully removed his body. The embalmer did a fantastic job. Every request was handled. Not a huge funeral home so when you are there for your loved one you feel like you have exclusive use of the place.Highly recommend especially if the burial is to be at the Veterans cemetery right across the street. Plus they were reasonably priced.

These people are AMAZING!! Going through this process when my mother passed was made as easy as one could imagine because of the wonderful attention by Jennifer and her staff at Veterans Funeral Services. We buried my mom Friday. Carly and Connie and the ENTIRE staff here at Veterans Funeral Services were wonderful. From Connie helping us the first little bit to us meeting with Carly. They all helped us get through this very difficult time in our lives. We definitely could not have asked for a better service for my mother. I absolutely love these people here. The Stright family appreciated all the work and kindness shown by the staff. They went above and beyond what was required and we appreciated it under the circumstances we were faced with. Terrible. Promise to take care of everything. You end up paying for services you end up handling yourself. Misleading on the contract of what they provide. Never obtained death certificate, as promised. Ended up doing that all ourselves...4 months after my dads passing via veterans services. No follow up. You are just a sell for them.For funeral, no family car which was eluded to in the initial meeting. Flowers that arrived for service, we were told had to be transported ourselves prior to the veterans service. We had to ask center that provided service to stay open until after veterans service so that we could collect, on our own, the arrangements sent for my fathers service.

Our family appreciates everything they helped our family with, Gail was so caring and sincere. Our Fathers wishes were met and the veteran service was a rememberable one indeed. The gentleman we met today helped load a plant into the vehicle for me were extremely thoughtful. Thank you for getting us through our time of grief.
