Everyone was very professional and nice. The staff made me very comfortable. Dr. Wade made the extraction painless and didn’t waste any time doing it. I’m so glad my girl friend recommended her.

I just went for a routine check-up and cleaning. The office was organized and timely. I waited less than 10 minutes before being seen for my appointment. The team was also very thorough. Ive experienced before that dentist offices arent very attentive for routine care because that is not where they make their money. However, my experience here was quite different. The x-ray technician, hygienist and dentist were all very thorough. It was an incredibly pleasant experience. I would recommend to a friend.

Been going here for about 2 years the staff is nice but the services isn’t the best had a cleaning from dental hygienist. She started off good but got so rough through service a cleaning never hurt before and this one hurt so bad I couldn’t understand why. I explained to her that she kept poking my gums and tongue and that it was hurting me and she got upset. Went back for extraction no call about pre op instructions had to call in myself. Got there Dr. Wade started on me loosened the tooth great when surgeon got there pulled out no problem. He didn’t know I was getting the bottom right done as well when he started he just started pulling it straight out no wiggling no loosening . He was grabbing my face and neck so hard insane about of pressure I was tempted to just walk out. He had to add more lidocaine. He ended up breaking my tooth because of the insane force and pressure and drilling the rest our. Overall there was no updated good technique from him. I am a nurse my husband is a doctor I know how extractions go and this wasn’t pleasant at all. He will be referring me out for the other side thank god! I suggest Dr. Wade find a new surgeon because he is outdated, not efficient, and not safe in my opinion.

Poor customer service!!!Located on 5009 Caroline St. Suite 201 Houston, TX 77004Dr. Plummer’s officeIm a veteran and I was referred to this company by the VA.The receptionist Daisy decided to give me a patient consult class instead of checking for my documentation from the VA.I explained to her I wouldnt have called unless they informed me to call. She did not take the to listen or asked questions. She put me on hold and repeated her initial instructions.I let her know she performed her job out of order and displayed poor customer service.I called the VA back and informed them of her behavior and asked the rep to call back.She called for me and was told that my patient consult document was there but in the wrong area. She told me Daisy apologized and would call me with directions.Daisy never called with any appointment information. I called the afternoon before my appointment and left a voicemail for directions.I called the morning of my appointment after finally receiving directions by voicemail I was told by the tech I should have received a text message. She mentioned she spoke to Daisy and Daisy told her she spoke to me.I told her Daisy is a lie because I wouldve known where to go. Daisy was supposed to call me and she didnt.I informed her I will inform Dr. Plummer of Daisys poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

I started treatment back in 2018 , for braces 😬 , with Dr. Wade. Its been 1 of the most horrible experiences Ive ever had. My braces were placed , without the proper images. She was practicing on me! She also broke 2 of my teeth & had to pull 1. She placed a crown on the other 1 that didnt fit. She also cracked my bone.

My kids been clients since toddlers. We always get excellent service! Staff is awesome and friendly.

From the moment I walked in the staff were attentive and pleasant.

My mother and I found this place and decided to give it a try because it was black-owned. From the very beginning when I had just a basic cleaning I was already disappointed. I was feeling pain during that I have never felt before. I was then told that my Wisdom tooth needed to be extracted in order to preserve the work done by my braces. When I came to get that tooth extracted we had to wait an hour for the doctor to be ready for my appointment. When he began, I was told that he would be pushing the tooth out and not pulling it and that I would only feel slight pressure. This was not the case and I started to feel excruciating pain on top of him grabbing my face very hard. Both my face was swollen from the extraction and my neck from him grabbing on so hard. I do not recommend this place at all, and I am so disappointed by their work ethic.

Very pleased with the entire process! Registration is through the Google documents and easy to navigate. Once you are registered the staff is very friendly help the patient and family to feel comfortable. Dental service was pristine and timely. Enough parking on streets and two waiting areas with TV screens.

I loved my experience. Gave me good advice and also broke down every problem I had and how it could be fixed. Once she is finished my smile will be beautiful. I’m excited!!

I was really scared of going I can admit I’ve severely neglected my teeth and gums over the past years. I expressed this to the dentist and and staff and they embraced me. I felt very safe and comfortable I have plenty of work to be done so wish me luck lol

First and foremost, I unusually decided this time to support a black professional mainly to reestablish my earnest commitment. There was a rough start with billing, professionalism, explanation of person providing service (braces) and scheduling. Dr. Wade is relatively nice and eager to ensure my comfortably. As Cosmetic Dentistry of America took over administrative services, I believe nonservices have improved. 10/14/20 dental technician was noticeably rough and performed service that i would have preferred to done by Dr. Wade. He did this without her awareness.. When she returned to me to complete my filing, he acknowledged to her that he did it already. Hmmmm... improvements are there, but lack of communication seems to still linger. Best wishes...

My children have gone to Doctor Wade for years..they are now 16,13 and 11. Recently there was an incident where I forgot about an appointment and had to work due to me being a manager at my job. I was called by someone in the office that was very very rude and said that they will be contacting Medicaid about me being a no show because they booked the entire evening for my children. Ok fine but as I though about how rudely and unprofessional I was handled I called back and asked that the dentist who was with patients at that time even though I was told the evening was booked for us which was a lie.. or office manager give me a call and she was miraculously busy from what I was told and Im sure that was a lie as well.. A month later still no phone call but I do have a bill in my mailbox. Dr Wade has provided us with nothing but excellent service but until she puts a grip on her office staff my children and family members with personal insurance including myself will give our business to someone that appreciates their patients and also have great customer service. Just because my children are on Medicaid doesnt mean I dont work or they are to be treated differently because I have personal insurance through my job and so does 5 other family members that go there but I refuse to give my money to these idiots. We only continued to go there because of the dental hygienist and Dr Wade.

I always tell my family and friends Doctor Wade is the best dentist in Houston! I was in excruciating pain for the past two days in the ER and there was nothing they could do for me. I called Dr. Wades office just to see if there was an opening and they told me I can be seen that day and immediately! Doctor Wade was very gentle and even tho I was in pain after a few minutes in her chair I was numb with a sigh of relief !! It all started off with great confidence but things went south quickly and I still wanted to have faith. I completed having the work done (braces) and afterward perminent retainers were put in place. My teeth still moved and believe it or not Invisalign was recommended and put on permanent retainer cracking all of my teeth. 7k worth of work for nothing and my teeth are permanently damage and I will have to spend more $$$ to fix my teeth that are ruined. Dr. Wade provides unprecedented service. The children and I love the level of service and attention she and her staff provides.Update: Over the past 2 years the level of service has deteriorated. My daughter waited 2 years to get crowns because of approval delays, the office never following up to say the crowns were in, and she actually had tooth pulled which shouldn’t have been. I’m now experiencing the same issue with my son. We’ve yet to hear back regarding his crowns. My children and have been clients for years but I’m seriously considering a new dentist.

My experience at this office is the best Ive had in years. Dr. Wade and her staff took very good care of me. One of the assistants even held my hand while I was getting a shot. Very caring people at the office. Will be coming back for my visits.

Ive been going to Dr Wade for over 10 years. The service was declining, but since Cosmetic Dental of Texas has taken over, its gotten worse. Back in March I saw Dr Wade for an exam and xrays. She told me everything was ok. The same week I saw her, I noticed a small cavity which she should have seen during the exam. I did have a late appointment the day I saw her, but she should have at least acknowledged I had a cavity and tell me to return. I went back a few weeks ago for an exam and cleaning. Dr Wade wasnt there and I saw another Dr who told me I needed to get the filling done and another crown. I made an appt a few weeks later, came in and still no Dr Wade. I had to see an in-experienced doctor who was to do the filling and take an impression for the crown. She numbed the area where I needed the filling AND she numbed the area where they took the impression. She put so much novocaine in my mouth, I didnt know at the time she stuck me in the spot where they needed to do the impression. I asked her why did she numb me there and she said she thought I was getting my crown! I told her she was only supposed to do an impression and the filling. If she would have checked my chart she would have known. She then told me I needed to have the crown replaced, that I received a FEW years ago put in by Dr Wade, because it was chipped underneath, close to my gums. Im positive that was the result from the terrible lab company Dr Wade was using. I had issues with them before. I was not told my crown was chipped when they did my exam and xrays a few weeks ago. I was told I needed a crown for ANOTHER tooth not a replacement. Needless to say I did not want her to do anything else to my mouth and I left without getting the services I came in for. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will not be returning!! The only persons I will miss is Maria and the hygienist. They are awesome!

Dr. Wade, is very professional. She explains the procedure before she starts working on your teeth. She has up-to-date equipment. Her staff is very nice. They also give you a copy of your treatment plan with the price of each procedure.

Love the orthodontist here! She works with my schedule every time I see her to ensure my braces come off as soon as possible. Also MAJOR PLUS is that they offer you blankets when youre in the chair cause its always cold.

One of the worst dentistry experiences and businesses I have ever seen. The staff does not call you at all. Dr. Karon wade doesnt know anything about Invisalign. First told me it would be 8 months and after 8 months said it will be another 9 months and after 9 months said it will be another 5 months. If she could get it right the first time maybe she would be a good dentist.Do not come here at any costs!!!!!

My Invisalign took a bit longer than expected to arrive and I was frustrated but Dr. Wade and her staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond the necessary measures to ensure that I was satisfied. I live in a different city and I could only make it in to Houston after regular business hours. They stayed open just so I could get my buttons in and get started with the treatment.Dr. Wade is kind and really cares about her patients and really works with you and your schedule. I really appreciate her and her staff going the extra mile for me. I work in the Health-Care field and I am an EXTREMELY picky person when it comes to health-care related services so I do not say this lightly; I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wade to anyone interested in Invisalign or other orthodontic treatment.

Extremely long wait to completion of dental work. Quick to get patients out of waiting room. Then the long wait begins as Dr. Wade tries to juggle everyone at top speed, leading to incomplete, sloppy work. Due to work being incomplete, be prepared for additional visits. ie. more money charged to insurance for office visits.

I dont usually review dental offices but everyone here was just so nice, sweet, and helpful that I had to give them this review. I came in for a teeth whitening set and to discuss the possibility of invisalign. They took the time to explain how to use the whitening set and answer all of my questions, and then took the time to discuss the possibility of invisalign, what it would entail, and any other details I wanted to know. I felt like they respected the fact that I wasnt yet sure about invisalign and just wanted to speak with someone about it. They did not try to sell me on the service or convince me one way or the other - absolutely not pushy at all. They were also upfront on future costs and let me know that after the teeth were perfectly straightened, Id need a permanent retainer which would run about $700 more. After this experience, I am much more comfortable with the invisalign process and am likely going to return to get it done. Great place!

I came to you a little bit back for TMJ Disorder. Heard that you were a great place to go to so I did. Come to find out that your place charges around 3 times the amount as any other TMJ Specialist. Didnt find this out till after the fact. Also needed to get a invisalign but was told to wait a couple months after the mouth piece for the TMJ. I ended up paying $1,700 all for only a mouth guard that anywhere else charges $300-$400 for the exact same thing. Also was not told that once I get the invisalign done the mouth piece for TMJ with be worthless. $1,700 for a temporary solution. So all in all yall screwed me out of my money. Everyone there is very nice but i think that overcharging and not telling all details is unprofessional.

Worst place ever. Went here for invisalign, they never answer when the order comes in for my invisalign, when I am supposed to change it every 2 weeks but instead with no response for AT LEAST 2 months. If you wanna go for it, you can but make sure that it will take you 3-5 years for your teeth to get straighten up. Because I initially had to wear for 6months to 1 year and now it has been 3 years yet still waiting for the invisalign to come in.

I went to Dr Wades clinic to find out about the Invialign and they offered me a free consultation and the staff was very professional. Wait time was about half an hour but I had not prescheduled my appointment.
