I went in today for an extraction and had the best experience. The office is very well presented, clean and with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Receptionist was welcoming and the Dental Assistant was thorough and professional. Dr. Aric Klein has surpassed my expectations as a Dentist. Professional, polite, friendly, understanding and the most gentle of touch. It made the process so smooth that even several hours after I left, it is like I never had an extraction. I would give this place six stars if I could. I’m new to Houston. I went there to seek a second opinion. To my biggest surprise, I did NOT need any dental work totaling $2,000 in cost, that another dentist was trying to “gently” push on me. Everyone in the office is so kind and willing to go the extra mile for you. This level of customer satisfaction is non-existing anywhere else. I was also able to come for my routine cleaning a few weeks earlier when someone canceled. The office called me and asked if I would like to visit them that day since the canceled appointment was during my child’s nap (my request). That was so caring!The interior is relaxing and beautiful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the professionalism and honesty are over the top.

I was a patient of Dr. Klein for a short while, but then switched to the dentist in my office building out of convenience. Big mistake that was! After a terrible experience with a crown via the other dentist, I decided I needed to go back to Dr. Klein. I needed to go back to Dr. Klein a lot sooner than I thought though! My crown (via the other dentist) fell out over the weekend and Dr. Klein returned my emergency call even though I wasnt a current patient. He was able to see me the next day, which left me feeling so grateful, especially since it was during the pandemic. All the proper safety precautions were taken of course! The whole team at Klein Family Dental is so good and makes you realize that they set the bar really high for all other practices. Even before I went back to Klein, I knew they were good, which is why I sent my husband and mother there. Im currently working on sending my brother and his family there too. Thats how grateful I am!

My wife and I have both been using the Klein Clinic since our return to Houston 2 years ago, after being gone 18 years. As retired seniors, we have had special needs from time to time and we are particularly pleased with how quickly the Team has always responded - working us in on very short notice when required. For me, in particular, I had major back surgery 9 weeks ago and therefore was very concerned about how well I could tolerate sitting in the exam chair in the near horizonal position required for a cleaning; however, they accommodated me (while my wife was having her regular cleaning) by placing me in an empty chair and manipulating it to different positions to determine what position both I and the hygienist could tolerate while I had my regular cleaning, which was now 2 months past due. This was greatly appreciated and with this info, we were able to work me in 2 days later and I actually enjoyed my cleaning in a very comfortable position - THANK YOU Klein Team!!

I used to live close to their location on Dairy Ashford but I have been driving in from Katy for 10 years. This week I needed their help even though we are still fighting the CoVid 19. Klein Dental was GREAT! I have used the same dentist for 40 years - he retired so I have been looking for a new dental practice. I have tried several of the “storefront practices” and they just want to keep selling me services I did not feel I needed. Klein dental did not do any of that. I was made to feel very comfortable - it felt like a dental office. My family will all start coming here.

The reviews were glowing and you were in my immediate area. I called and made an appointment.The staff is very helpful and has great attention to detail. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time so was a little apprehensive at what might be found. My fears were put to rest, I was very fortunate that did not have any major issues and I was pleased that the fees were very affordable.This is now my new dental home Everyone was courteous and respectful. I had switched from my family dentist to Klein Family Dental because of location and can honestly say this place and the people that work here are absolutely phenomenal! Carrie and Martha at the front desk are the two sweetest women ever. They both take the time to explain to me the cost and lay out all my options for me. I can really feel that they both geuineuly care about me and thats hard to come across to feel the authenticity in their words/actions! Also, the dental hygienists/assistants and Dr. Klein explain everything they are doing while they are doing it and I love it so I know what to expect. Visited Dr. Klein after having a strip mall dentist give some suspicious treatment recommendations. Dr. Klein was the opposite of that experience. However, where they go above and beyond is the front office staff. Extremely kind and go out of their way to make accommodations if need be. It’s rare to find a truly professional, competent and compassionate front office.

Best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. I had a chip on the biting surface of one of my front teeth, and after several failed attempts to fix the chip by another dentist, Dr. Klein fixed my tooth quickly, and I have had no issues almost a year later! Dr. Klein also fixed a gap between my two front teeth incredibly quickly, and it looks so natural I forget there was ever a space there! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, comforting, and easy to talk to! Dr. Klein and his staff make you feel right at home!

I had my first appointment this month. I loved everyone I met at their office. The receptionist was warm and friendly. Ann, the hygienist, was very gentle and did a great job. Dr. Klein didnt try to sell me on procedures I dont need. This was my best experience so far with a dental office.

I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Klein makes it much easier as does his staff. They are all so very nice, treat you with much respect and patience, and are just truly pleasant. I always see Dr. Kleins clinic on our way home (2 mins away) curious how his practice is, and when I saw all his wonderful reviews and 5 stars, I told my husband about it . My husband was having problems with his dental implants. His first visit was very pleasant. He said Dr. Klein took his time to discuss issues regarding his implants and he never felt rushed compared to past dentists he has seen. He does care about his patients!The whole staff was very accommodating, attentive, and very professional. I am a new patient. Dr. Klein was recommended to us by a neighbor. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was straightforward and they had availability within a couple weeks.The appointment went very well: everything I wanted and nothing I didnt. I wanted a thorough cleaning and received a thorough cleaning from an excellent dental hygienist. I didnt want to be told I had many things wrong, nor receive recommendations for all sorts of possible treatments, and thats exactly what I received: no recommendations for the next miracle treatment or how to make my smile brighter, etc. I spent only a short time with Dr. Klein but sensed that he was competent and leads a good practice.Straightforward, friendly, excellent, professional dental care from people who seem more interested in my dental health than in inflating my vanity or their wallets. My teeth feel healthy and clean, and I am a satisfied new patient.

What a great dentist! I was so comfortable from the initial phone call to being in the chair. They are real people with real understanding of your situation. They took the time to listen to my concerns and get me feeling better in about an hour and a half. I cant say enough how thrilled I am to have found them! 10 stars! I was a patient of Dr Farris since I popped my first tooth and continued to be a patient after Dr Klein took over. Only stopped going after I was taken off my parents insurance. Always had a phenomenal experience, the Dr and the nurses all know exactly what theyre doing and are always very friendly. I grew up loving the dentist because of everyone in this office. I would definitely still be a patient if they accepted Medicaid.

I just moved to the area recently, and decided to try Klein Family Dental based on the great reviews. They have earned their great reputation! The staff are friendly and welcoming, and work with the insurance companies to make the process as painless as possible. I began seeing Dr. Ferris in about 1992 and continued after Dr. Klein bought the practice because it is a well-run office with excellent dental care with superb employees. I continue even though I have since moved to another county. Quality is difficult to find these days so I hesitate to go elsewhere.

Going to the Dentist can be a daunting task but the professional staff at Klein make it an enjoyable experience. Ive been a customer for over 5 years and the service has done nothing but improve on every visit. Turnover is low so you will most likely have the same hygienist that knows you personally and has the experience needed to make teeth cleaning as painless as possible. The office is clean, the equipment is constantly updated, and best if all I never gave to wait. If thats not enough to make you want to become a customer, the last thing I will say is my wife hates going to the Dentist but after her first trip she had a whole new outlook on getting her teeth cleaned. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I went to Klein Family Dental for routine cleanings, and this documents my experience.My wife made an appointment here some time ago to have a root canal verified by another dentist. They brought her in, did a full consultation and determined there was no need for a root canal, and as far as I can remember, did not charge for this confirmation. This went a long way in establishing trust.We were under the assumption Klein Family Dental did not take our insurance, so for the next year and a half we tried several dentists with no luck. All that we tried had no concern with the roughness of cleanings, and no reservations on selling us care we did not need. Finally, I decided it was worth giving Klein a call to see if they took our new dental coverage through my work.The administrative staff worked diligently to file a pre-treatment with our insurance to determine if routine cleaning were covered by our insurance. As it turns out, our new insurance does cover cleaning with Klein Family Dental!We scheduled 2 appointments (my wife and myself) for routine cleanings. Everyone in the office is very professional. They hygienist did a great job, probably one of the best teeth cleanings I have had, you can tell she has pride in her work. The dentist, Dr. Klein, did what most dentists do; introduced himself, had a quick look at my teeth, gave his opinion, and left. Very professional.It is not easy to find a dentist/hygienist that does a great job and you can trust not to sell you on care you dont actually need. I have found that with Klein Family Dental. I feel as though I can trust Dr. Klein, and the hygienist Anne was phenomenal.NOTE: This post may be updated in the future, as the cleaning was recently and I do not know of any unforeseen charges I was not warned about. I did my due-diligence by having this pre-run my insurance to see if it was covered, and the cleaning should be covered 100%. However, I am skeptical by nature, so I will wait and see what happens and update the post accordingly.

This is a great place for your dental treatment. I had my root canal and crown done here and did not feel any pain after the treatment. Dr Aric Klein is an expert and Carrie in the front desk is very friendly! I can not find a single reason not to rate them 5 stars!

We are very fortunate that Klein Family Dental is our neighborhood dental practice. We started at this practice 23 years ago, and have been completely happy with them ever since. It is not unusual for a change in proprietorship to change the character of a practice, but in this case we didnt see it. Doctors Amy and Aric have continued a standard of care such that we could not ask for better. They and their staff are skilled, up-to-the-minute in techniques and procedures, and above all, thoughtful and compassionate. A trip to the dentist is not scheduled as a fun time, but Klein Family Dental does everything possible to minimize discomfort and inconvenience. We will keep coming back to Anne and Doctors Klein as long as we still have teeth.

I will never go to any other dentist again!!! This is the best dentist that I have ever been to. Dr. Klein makes sure his patients are taken care of and so does the staff. I had a lot of pain due to me having a Dry Socket over the holidays... and Dr. Klein called me during his Christmas out of town break multiple times to make sure I was doing ok. I have never waited in the waiting room longer than 2 minutes because Carrie, Mercedes, and all the other girls on the staff run a flawless ship. I have told all of my friends, family, and co-workers about this office. The best practice ever!!!

I began going to this office over 30 years ago when a different dentist owned it. I stuck with them when I moved to the Brenham area for a few years because I liked him and all the staff so much. I wasnt sure how it would be when the new dentists took over, but outside of cosmetic changes to the facility and upgrades to technology that should naturally come with time, nothing has changed. Everyone there from office staff to dental hygienists to both Drs. Klein are fantastic! They are still friendly and helpful. They remember whats going on with you and go out of their way to answer questions and take care of your needs. Ive never had them want to do more than I needed, and I appreciate that honesty in this day and age. I highly recommend them!

I visited for the first time today and I enjoyed the experience. The front desk was very polite and the office layout was pleasant. My dental hygienist, Allison, was wonderful. Her warm personality really set me at ease and was very charming throughout the entire process. I felt that she did a lot of cleaning on my teeth, and I felt like she was doing her best to get my teeth as clean as possible. Her actions and tone showed that she really does take good care of her patients. Aric came in afterwards to check up on the work and spent some time examining and explaining my X-Rays to me. Both of them gave me really nice compliments on my teeth which made me feel great about the progress.All in all, I enjoyed it and hopefully my 2nd visit will be just like the first.

One of my colleagues referred me to Klein Family Dental and I cannot be more excited to have been placed under such awesome care. Carri has the most welcoming personality over the phone and in-person, Allison is such a delightful hygienist and Dr. Aric Klein is so personable you should have no fears in visiting the dentist. A few month ago he extracted my 5th wisdom tooth with little to no pain experienced afterwards. My experience with the other 4 extractions left me on bed rest for a day yet Dr. Kleins technique, carefulness, and joyfulness kept me and the pain at ease.I highly recommend Klein Family Dental as the staff are extremely helpful, accommodating to your schedule, and provides a wonderful experience.

As usual the performance this clinic as outstanding. My only complaint is the staff was reticent is brief me on the new Oral Surgeon.

Every six months I happily drive out of my way to visit Dr. Kleins office :D They are the most friendly and conscientious dental practice Ive ever been to, and Allison is THE most gentle hygienist Ive ever had, she makes the visit fun, quick and easy! Dr. Aric Klein is wonderful as well, as is Kari (sp) at reception. Fun fact: the first time I saw Dr. Aric was after my husband and I moved to Houston from California and I had a huge break in my tooth and saw a cavity inside. He met me on a Saturday to fill my tooth... if that isnt service and dedication, I do not know what is. Thanks guys!!-Sage G.

I just left from my first cleaning at Klein Family Dental. This is the best dentist office that Ive ever visited! The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgable. Allison cleaned my teeth and did a great job. (Full disclosure, we were friends before I came to get my teeth cleaned. I was still leery of visiting her to get my teeth cleaned bc Ive had terrible experiences with dental hygienists in the past.)Im sure that everyones experienced the overzealous dental hygienist, and Allison is definitely not one of them! She cleaned my teeth, cracked a few jokes, sang me a song, and didnt scrape my gums once! Dr. Aric Klein checked my teeth afterwards, and he was friendly, approachable, and was able to speak on my level about my teeth and what dental work I need done.I highly recommend Klein Family Dental, and I will be back in the future!
