This was my first visit and NOT my last. I love this place. From the front desk staff to the hygienist Tara to Dr. Anderson, everything was fantastic! I had been seeing a different dentist who I will not name; but was left less than satisfied. I made the switch and I am so happy I did! My teeth feel and look wonderful and I love the office so much! Great experience!

A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!I had high hopes with this dentists credentials for sedation. I have extreme anxiety because living in 36 locations in your life since the age of 17 can make it hard to find a good dentist. I explained my situation to his staff before making the appointment. They said it was up to the DDS whether or not they could help. I am being charge for x-rays when it was supposed to be a free consultation. Once he took those X-rays he said, You complain too much about past dentistry and your case is too complicated, so I dont want to get invovled any further with you as a patient. Sorry but please leave.Such a waste, I had an anxiety attack just going to his office that was so bad I had to change the time so my husband could drive me. My interaction with him leaves me to believe he doesnt listen to his patient. He denied me service before even asking why I had problems with previous dentists. The last dentist I went to was ok they just do not have any one who can do sedation anymore. Bottom line is dont waste your time with this dentist, they are liars and incapable of listening or having any kind of empathy for their paitents.

When I moved out to this part of Houston I had to look for a new dentist and was just really really really lucky to have blindly chosen Dr. Anderson. I am so tickled to have him and his staff take care of me and his location and his offices are incredible.

The staff was pleasant, attentive, patient, professional, and kind to both my daughter and to me. They make going to and being at the dentist a positive experience. They truly live up to their name.

My first visit back with Dr. Anderson & his awesome team after living out of the country for over a decade... and the visit was as wonderful as I remembered. Quick 1 hour appointment for X-rays, cleaning, and an exam. Very gentle and took time to go over any questions and concerns I had. Glad to be back!

Today I didn’t feel judged. Only by myself. I haven’t been to a dentist since I was a teenager and I need a lot of work done. I’m going to have to break up my appointments into many appointments because I can’t pay ALL at once. But I do know that it is cheaper here than I would anywhere else. And if not? Then I wouldn’t get the service I had. Because these people are so nice!!!! I have had bad experiences.. They spoke softly and assured that everything will be okay. I just want my smile back and I will do what ever I can to get it back!

I am happy with the care and treatment I got from Dr Anderson and his team of professionals. The practice has the greatest technology available. They have a Covid protocol in place that gave me confidence that I was safe.Dr. Anderson repaired a front tooth that had chipped and looked terrible. He used a color matched resin that looks perfect and restored my tooth. I also got a set of prosthetic back teeth to replace missing ones.I would choose the Gentle Art of Dentistry again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I missed my cleaning in the Spring and finally made it in this week. I knew I had more than the usual tartar build up and Tara did a very thorough cleaning on my teeth. She is superb and my teeth have never felt this clean before. It encourages me to be more diligent in keeping my appointments, despite the virus!

Today, was my first visit. The place is beautiful, super clean and looks very new. Everything went well and exceeded my expectations. I waited only few minutes at the reception area after which I was escorted to the dentist room. The nurse did all the x-rays in few minutes. She was very courteous and efficient. Dr. Anderson then came in, did an exam gently, diagnosed the problem and decided to do a root canal and a crown. Within few minutes the next visit was scheduled and an estimate of the total out of pocket costs were presented to me. We finalized some paperwork and I was gone within few minutes. Im not exaggerating when I say I felt home here!

I used Dr. Anderson for many years until I recently moved out of state. He and his employees always gave me excellent service. They are friendly and very organized. I never had trouble getting an appointment when I needed one.

Im in my 50s and just began being a patient at TGAOD. I have to say this is the best dentist and office Ive ever been to. The office itself is very nice, the staff is professional and friendly, and the Dr.s work is top notch. I had a tooth extraction there and did not feel a thing - literally. The best!

I love the doctor that not my issue.I feel that the charge of $40.00 for COVID supplies is ridiculous. I have gone to plenty of doctors appointments and not one doctor has charge me anything for COVID supplies. If you are going to charge this to the clients then you should tell them when the appointment is made when the secretary is asking all those COVID questions. You dont do this because yes you will probably have a lot appointments not coming in. As I wouldnt have since all I had was a cleaning. I would of care less of the cleaning was done or not. So no I am not happy with the doctor at this time.

I went in for a cleaning with Tara and found out I had two very old metal fillings that needed replacing. Dr Anderson had time so I opted to replace both fillings. It was quick and painless like always. Its a wonderful office that does excellent work.2021 Update. I still Love my Dental office. Tara, the hygienist, is still doing an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Everybody is professional and the office is so pretty and clean. They always make me feel so comfortable.

Best dentist on the planet! The staff is the greatest of any office anywhere. Its hard to believe that I am actually promoting a dentist but I can say this because when I started seeing Dr Anderson, I was a giant coward and scared to death of visiting any dentist. I have been going to him for about 8 years and I am now completely calm when I am sitting in that chair. The hygienist are very nice and gentle and Dr Anderson is not pushy at all. He will work with you at your pace and is very gentle and professional. Funny too if he is in a talkative mood. Give Dr Anderson and his staff a try. I promise you will not regret the experience.

Absolutely exceptional experience; went for cleaning and exam. Top notch equipment, friendly Doctor and employees. After spending more than 28 years full-time (Active duty) in the Army I retired and this was my first non-military dental appointment. Ive been seeing Dr. Anderson and his staff since I was a kid, and Im in my late 20s now. Granted Ive only seen 3 dentists in my lifetime, but his office has been the best. The new location is very new and modern, and theyve always kept up with the latest dental technology. The staff is always friendly, and they remember your name so youre not just a face handing them money. They have honest billing practices as well, and let you know exactly what youre paying for. Hopefully I have kids and they get to visit Dr. Anderson before he retires... Hopefully in another 20 years or so lol.

They are very thorough in the cleaning and checkup. Their goal is to really make sure your dental health is taken care of. Highly recommended.

Pay close attention to your EOB’s versus what this business charges you. The amount I paid them according to my Cigna EOB’s and what I was suppose to pay is greater than $500.00. When confronted with the EOB sheets on this visit the lady that was filling in became very defensive and pulled records from 2016 telling me they never received a payment from Cigna and I was responsible for it and this was the first I heard of this nonsense. I never received any bill from them stating this prior to this confrontation. She tried to power play me for a check Cigna sent me. Why would Cigna send me a check unless it was my check or may it is because they have no clue of what they are doing. Which adds to my assessment of them. The people they have in the front office are very rude and really do not know what they are doing in my opinion and according to Cigna rep also. The front office did not send the correct information in when filing a claim for my wife is what the Cigna representative stated and the lady at the front argued with me when I pointed this out stating she had done it. We been trying to get this done for a while it has been since June and it is November now. I will not use these people ever again. I believe they are unethical at best. Dr Anderson is a good Dentist but the office people he has working for him leave much to be desired and this is s reflection on him and his business so if you use this Dentist make sure to double and triple check you EOB as soon as possible and catch or question them as soon as possible. They will be very defensive and confrontational with you when you ask them and come up with some of the lamest BS you ever heard like insurance down charging for Mercury crowns not porcelain crowns.

I have been going there for years even when I moved further away from it. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I enjoy every time I go there.

I had a bad experience! Doctor told me that I have five cavities! !I was surprised! After that, I went to two other Dentists to check my situation! I dont have cavities! ! Unbelievable! !!!

I received a flyer in the mail from this dentist. The flyer stated $29 EXAM & X-Rays. Verbatim. No other terms or conditions. I only had a few teeth I wanted x-rayed and my exam. Just as the flyer stated. However when I went there for my appointment I was told that it was for only one tooth. Only one x-ray for one tooth. I was told that anymore than that would cost $99.00...or more. This dentist has a beautiful office with very beautiful, pricey items in it. He did not get that office by offering $29 specials. And based on my conversation with his staff today, July 23, 2018, I wonder if he can afford all those beautiful, pricey items due to an alleged policy of bait and switch? I use the word alleged, but this is exactly what happened to me. Advertise one thing...offer another? Is this how this office gets clients? Is this legal? I dont even know if this dentist is any good. I never got to see the dentist. After coming home with nothing but wasted time to show for it, I examined the flyer and emailed the office and asked them to keep their word. I work at home. I have some discretionary time during the day. Enough time to continue to update this review...everyday.
