I called to make an appointment to the heights location, I was informed they had a program up to 6 years old, when we arrive a lady did not even check our name and asked right away how old she is, we said 5, she right away said we take children up to 5 not in school year ( as my daughter is just starting K but she is 5) even thought my daughter is just 5.Anyways huge mistake and misinformation, not friendly, website information wrong according to central telephonist..... bad organization for people who is supposed to be taking care of your kids.I felt even like when she saw us she did not wanted us there....

My son has attended La Petite for two years, and we have been incredibly pleased. The front office staff is a pleasure to work with, and my son has loved so many of his teachers. They use an app called Precious Status which allows you to get updates and photos throughout the day. Worth checking out especially since so many other schools have lengthy wait lists.

We have our son enrolled in the infant care and we are extremely happy with how much the teachers adore and care for the children. Ms. Julie and Ms. Sherry are wonderful with the kids and it makes me feel at ease knowing our son is being cared for so well!

We had such a great experience, we love this place. They use an app and update it constantly with notes, pictures and videos throughout the day. The teachers truly care about all their kiddos. Our infant sons biggest smiles were when he saw his teachers.

I only toured this place but I was absolutely not impressed. They acted like they had no idea I was coming and the person I spoke with on the phone at their call center seemed to think this location was accepting new kiddos. They werent. The entire place was a complete mess and honestly run down and dilapidated. My son spit up and the woman who gave us a tour gave my a tissue, but then I asked twice for a trashcan and she either didnt hear me (not paying attention) or ignored me. Either way it doesnt bode well. On the tour I was told my child would have to adapt to their schedule for sleep (which my child wont) and his class was outside. On my way out, I heard the teacher screaming at a child. Im sorry, but there is only one circumstance when its appropriate to yell at a child thats not yours, and thats when they are about to walk into the street or grab scissors. I do not feel comfortable knowing the teacher of the two year olds class screams at them when they arent following directions.

I have two grand babies that have passed through this location and I have nothing but praise for this establishment. We receive constant updates and pictures about activities and what time they lay down and wake from their naps. Theyre even helping with potty training. We are very blessed to have them in our neighborhood, Sebastian even kisses his teachers goodbye everyday and he wouldnt if he didnt see that they cared for him. The reviews you see should be taken with a grain of salt, each child is individual and as a parent you will know.

My baby girl attended this academy for more than two months. I am extremely happy and satisfied with them. Specially Miss Krissy and Miss Kiara they both take care of my child very well. My baby loves to go their. She learned so many good things. The staff is friendly, responsible and cooperative. These guys doing an amazing job.

Really poor attitude when i called and asked questions about the school. I did not even bother to visit because the woman who answered the phone was soo rude. I would never leave her near a child.

Good for kids

I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful care my child has received at La Petite in the Heights. Our daughter has been full time in the infant room since she was 12 weeks old, and she’s currently 9 months old. Our baby is so happy to see her teachers and every day when we drop her off. She has hit every milestone sooner than expected due to the time they take to work with her. They have a 4:1 ratio, cameras, and send lots of updates and pics throughout the day via their app. When I peek in at the camera I see the teachers really engaged with the babies - if they aren’t changing or feeding someone, then they’re on the ground playing with the kids or reading to them. Ms. Fayzeh, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Julie, Ms. Jackie, Ms. Theosha, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Krissy – literally every person I’ve encountered at this school has been wonderful and has shown us how much they love taking care of our baby. As a parent it’s so hard to pick a good daycare and to know that you’re doing the right thing – I just wanted to leave this review to offer other families piece of mind when deciding where to send their little ones.
