After having our first child my wife and I were nervous about maintaining full time jobs and getting our daughter the care she needed at only 3mo old. We didn’t have any reliable daycare facilities where we live and were nervous about having someone come work full time in our home. MBF made it so easy to find the best candidate - screening candidates throughly before passing them along to us for interview, ultimately identifying the perfect candidate within the very first group of three.Our daughter is so happy when we get home; she is being challenged intellectually and is being cared for by someone with years of experience in the childcare industry who helps advise us and serves on our “team” of three caring for our #1.

Your company DID provide services in San Antonio previously. This post is about an experience that happened a few years back!A family requested my services on Valentines night in downtown San Antonio. I accepted under the conditions that the family secure a parking spot for me at the hotel they were staying at and they agreed. Once I arrived, the hotel parking guard told me that I could not park there, hotel guests only. I explained to him why I was there and gave the familys name. I even put the family in contact with the parking guard as well as called the agency. After all of that back and forth, I was told to go and find a parking spot somewhere within downtown SA and that theyd reimburse me. I tried tirelessly, but couldnt. ITS DOWNTOWN SA ON A HOLIDAY NIGHT! Needless to say, I went back home. The agency did not support me in that decision and felt as though I shouldve just driven around indefinitely, even though the family broke their promise to me about having a hotel parking spot reserved for me. There are so many better nanny agencies than this one!You all should support great employees so you wont have such a revolving door of people!

Moms Best Friend has been a life saver for me and our family. I was so nervous about going back to work and who would be taking care of our little girl. From start to finish the process was seamless and we ended up with someone that is literally my daughters new best friend and fits perfectly into our family dynamic. I would recommend them any day!

This is Kathleen Rodgers I had moved here in Texas not too long ago and was looking for work so I found moms best friend in the internet, I then put my application in and info together. I did notice that from day one of my application Amy made me feel like I was she was not interested in me applying here. It took me a phone call each time to push the process I felt like I wasn’t treated fairly. I had called and lots of times my calls didn’t go through, and the last few calls I tried was going straight to voice mail I wondered why kind of business this was. It’s not very professional one time I had to call Amy to see my about my background check she said she processed it but only when I called she would do so. With email it was chaos. We spoke last week she said she would process my background check so I told her I would call her next week which is today so I called again only to receive a voice mail again and then after my call to her she then emails me Immediately she had no explaination why I would not be a good candidate here explanation at all not a phone call as a representative in the moms best friend It’s very unprofessional and prejudice here is really disappointed me here I hope you don’t treat any one else like this. I do hope other agency are not like you guys because it’s bad business especially dealing with professional families your business is messy

CROOKS !! If you have extra money to throw away , sign up with this company to find a nanny for your baby .First of all it was so hard to get anybody to talk to you to let them know about your needs for the Nanny services , they would never answer the calls on time and send only emails for their conversations . After all those hurdles of not reaching anybody still we were able to hire a Longtime nanny through this agency and they charged full amount(almost 3k) to hire the nanny for the whole year as their referral fee . The Nanny quit on me in less than 2 months saying that she has some personal problems back home and she need to be near her family . When told to give a formal resignation, the nanny lost her professionalism and started emailing the company all the lies about her whole tenure with the family . Not only my baby got attached to her but my work started suffering due to dealing with all this unprofessionalism . I had lost all trust in the company for sending me the replacement , all the Resumes they sent me were not at all according to my requirements . Being a working mom with a 5 month old baby, it was very hard for me to find a next nanny which would be more serious of her job. The whole transaction with this company was not only waste of time but also money . Would not recommend to my friends and families .

MBF was wonderful to work with! Our family moved from California to Houston this year and one of my biggest worries was finding the right person to care for our 6-month-old daughter. MBF sent several qualified, kind and loving candidates our way in a short amount of time. Its been a few months since we hired our nanny from MBF and she is very much a part of our family.

Ive worked for this company for a couple months now! I love it and love working with all the families I have come across all very nice and awesome people to work for and with! Starting with a full time family in September so Im pretty excited to continue my journey with this company!
