My 2 year old daughter has been attending Champions for about 10 months now. I recently graduated from college and I am so thankful for the Champions Learning Academy staff. Going to school and completing an internship was hard enough but knowing that my daughter was happy made it easier! I know that she is receiving quality care and is genuinely loved. The staff keeps parents informed and any issue or concern is addressed promptly. Every morning, my daughter is so excited to go to class. She has grown and learned so much in the last few months! I highly recommend Champions Learning Academy!!!

I enrolled my daughter into Champions Learning Academy when she was 8 months old. I was apprehensive because the look of the building is an old gymnastic gym, but the reception I received from Joy was encouraging. I found the cost to be extremely affordable compared to some of the other day cares my son had been in. They server meals for the kids and also have great hours. Every time i drop my daughter off she is excited, and the ladies that receive her, genuinely seem to care for her. Signing her up and getting started was not necessarily without bumps, but every issue that i experienced has been dealt with immediately, and with great communication.I also appreciate the owners put money back into the facilities by hosting parties and decorating the building for holidays. They also are teaching the kids on a faith based level. My daughter is now 15 months old, she is running (and has been walking since 11 months), she can sing most of her ABCs and count. She has learned some sign language along the way as well. She knows her body parts and is thriving. I would recommend signing your child up for their care.

We were referred by a friend, as I was wanting to move my toddler to a location that he would make friends with kids that he would be going to elementary with. I have been very happy with their care. I love that they use music and that academic letter/sound awareness is integrated with play. They pray before meals which I feel is a bonus. I have not regretted the move and would recommend to others.

My daughter is currently enrolled in Champions Academy! We are extremely blessed to have such loving and wonderful teachers to watch over our daughter! We are very pleased with how all the staff goes beyond to making sure that everything is taking care of when we drop off and pick up! We love that we can log into the monitors and view daily. We also like that the prices are great. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out this awesome daycare facility.

Wow very disrespectful people especially the director. Took my child elsewhere. Beware, they are not as friendly as you think they are. Its just an act. There is a lady upfront who often repeats herself and sounds like a robot. Just how theyre taught until you turn your back.

My daughter has been going here for a month now and she is a new kid! She can not wait to go to school she says! They sent homework home with her and she was so excited to be doing homework with her older brother. She cant wait to tell me about her day and the friends she played with! The workers there have a love for the kids and are always interacting with them, dancing with them, doing performances for the familys (Halloween and Thanksgiving)! I am so happy that I found this place because I know my baby is safe, in a clean environment, and having fun learning with people who care and not only just want a paycheck! Thank you so much Champions Learning Academy for taking care of my baby while Im at work and giving me the piece of mind knowing she is ok and having a great time!

I LOVE Champions Academy!!! My son attended summer camp at Champions and he loved it. The field trips were awesome and the summer camp counselors were GREAT!! He is a growing boy and they served him a lot of food all summer. The owners and directors are really nice and friendly. We just signed-up for summer camp at Champions again this summer and the staff is ready for another great summer!!!

We have been attending Champions Learning Academy for nearly a year and half and we have been pleased with the care and education that our children receive as well as the administration/management of the facility. Both my 2.5 year old and my 5 year old have been happy there and are learning daily. It’s not uncommon for my 5 year old to not feel ready to leave her pre-K class when I pick her up at the end of the day because she is enjoying what they are doing. My 7 year old also attended the Summer Camp for school aged kids in 2018 and we were very pleased with that program as well. They did various activities daily and went on a variety of field trips weekly.I love the size of the facility. All of the classrooms are generously sized with room for both tables and floor space to accommodate the entire class. My favorite part is the large indoor play space that each class gets time to use daily for multiple purposes including free play and running off their energy. The teachers clearly care about the kids’ well-being and the administrative staff is very hands on in keeping the facility running smoothly. Nearly every time I walk in the door I hear staff checking with teachers regarding counts to keep the appropriate teacher to child ratio in check and that gives me peace of mind that they are doing their best.

There are way too many kids and not enough teachers. My daughter brought money to school and an older kid convinced her to give him her money and the teachers response was that they cant keep an eye on the students all the time. The school handled it well and got the money back, but the next day the same kid was physically bullying my child and the teachers response to my daughter was to just get back in line for the bus. On another occasion, my daughter was late to school because the bus driver had to stop and get gas... this is not safe and definitely not okay me. Now I have finally had the last straw with this place and am actively looking for a new day care for my child. There are two things... one, I am never late with my payments and I needed to make a payment arrangement for Thursday instead of Monday. I told them to automatically take the payment then and they said they would. The next day I called about thanksgiving week since there was not going to be school. The man I was talking to said he was reminding me of the payment arrangement I made the day before. Why would I needed to be reminded of a payment arrangement I made just the day before when Ive never had a problem paying before and they are supposed to take it automatically? I did not and do not appreciate how I was talked to. And second... when I asked them about the rates for just two days during thanksgiving break they told me it was a special program and I would have to pay $135 for the two days when I only pay $90 for five days of before and after care. I arranged to bring my daughter to work with me since I cannot afford to pay that much for two days and when I told them she wasnt going to be attending that week they told me I still had to pay half my normal tuition for her not being there because they only allow one week a year for vacation time and I had already used half. I used vacation time March of 2017, took my daughter out for the summer, and paid to re- enroll her at the beginning of the school year, so it would have been the start of a new year. I had to argue this point just to not have to pay while my daughter was not going to be there. These are just problems I have experienced with my own child and Im definitely glad that she is with the school age children, because I have also seen (almost on a daily basis) the teacher thats with the toddlers constantly yelling at the children. Do not waste your time and money on this place.

They shuffled my kid around all day, he’s 17months. I would pick him up and he would be in a room with 16 2-3 year olds bawling crying. There would be days I get home and his bottles would be dry and he would act like he is dying of thirst. I took him out of this daycare and put him in a new one due to the neglect and they still charged my account and will be for two weeks. I called state not to long ago and even they said the daycare was out of line for putting in the room with older kids. I guess I should follow through with that report.Side note: The staff is friendly.... administrators, get it together 👏

I only give one star because the staff that I met were nice and pleasant, other than that this place is not worth the time. My daughter came home, after only two weeks enrolled there, covered in bites. I mean infested with them. She had over 200 bites on her body. I had to get an official doctors note just receive a partial refund. And they made sure to count down to the exact dollar amount. When my son attended here a few years back they withdrew money, that was not authorized, from my bank account. Yes, they are more affordable for the services offered but I would not recommend this place. You pay for what you get.

My daughter loves going to Champions Learning Academy! She has been here since she was 2 years old and is now 4 years old in the Accelerated Pre-K program. She loves the curriculum and the extra activities. We love her teachers (Ms. Kaci & Ms. Angie)! The directors and owners are willing to work with the parents to accommodate the best interest for the children. We enjoy being able to come by anytime and the monthly family activities!

I give them 5 stars because they truly care and love for your kids. I have been to others daycare where it is all business and they barley know your kids name unless they get in trouble. Not Champions they know every kid that walks in the door not even just the management also the staff even if your kids not in there room. You know its a good place when they wake up asking to go to school. It is Christian based and say prayers before they eat. My kids come home telling me what they learned each day. We have been going there for about 4 years we all love it there! Every Time we are struggling with something the whole facility is very supportive from potty training to learning to read. My son goes to pre school at elementary school and daycare half day at both and his elementary school teacher says he is advanced and has moved him in to a group that is reading already. This is because he has been reading at daycare way before they even started. Champions Learning Academy is a amazing school and we would never go any where else. We are so blessed to have Champions in our lives!

Staff left my niece at a park by herself on a field trip. The only reason she got back is because a stranger helped her. That could have gone really badly. They hesitated to report the incident.Staff took my fair skin nephew on a field trip to a water park and let him lose his rashguard top. They never applied the sunscreen we sent and he got a horrible sunburn.Staff yelled at aunt of kids, not their guardian, demanding respect despite not giving any to her. Apparently your whole family is subject to the whims of their intermittent enforcement of rules.Theres more I do not like, but dont have enough time. These are the top 3 offensive incidents in my book.

My son has been attending since he was 2 years old and he has about a year left until kindergarten. I love the school, people, directors, teachers and price!! The owners and directors are very accommodating and seem to have an open door policy when it comes to concerns and suggestions. If there is a 2nd child in our future I will definitely send them to this school!

Our son has only attended Champions for a little less than 6 months, but so far so good. The staff is very polite, and we havent had any problems with the service. He is excited to go to school everyday, and has nothing but good things to say when we pick him up. This daycare is actually kind of out of the way for both of our commutes to and from work, but it doesnt matter!

Tried to give me half off one week like that was gonna make me feel better. NEVER TOOK HIM BACK! STAY AWAY! ONLY GAVE A STAR TO POST (DAMN YOU GOOGLE)

I first came to Champions Learning Academy in August of 2010 with my second child and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After a short period away from CLA, we relocated back to the area and I knew exactly where I would take by little girl. After so many years at this facility, CLA has become more like a home away from home and its employees have become like family. Not only are the employees courteous and professional, but each one of them takes the time to get to know you and your child on a personal level. I honestly feel like they take care of my daughter as if she were their own. To top it off, their curriculum is fantastic. My daughter is now 5 and will be starting school in the fall and we will be devastated to leave our CLA family behind, but I know that they have prepared her far beyond my expectations. Thank you Champions Learning Academy for all that you do!! We love you!

A Mothers Peace of MindIve had some pretty bad experiences with daycares and my babies. But this one.....by far has exceeded my expectation. The love and care they provide not only to my babies but all who attend.Yesterday I removed them from their daycare they only attended for a little over a week. A number of mishaps during that short time and the stress Ive endured let alone them is not worth the convenience of location.I now drive back to Cypress area to this amazing place I call heaven. Thank you guys for caring and loving my babies. Joy Kindley, Jasmine Smith, Shanta Moshay, Rushelle Themdamn Sion and Mrs. Destani.

My son has been attending Champions Learning Academy going on 3 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment you walk in, the entire office staff - Mrs. Destini, Joy, Jasmine Rachelle, they treat you like family. From asking how you are doing today, asking about my sons extra curricular activities or even noticing my new outfit or hair color that day. They are all very welcoming, helpful, professional and they take the time to get to know you and your child/ren. My son currently is enrolled in the before and after care since he is now in 1st grade, he really loves his teacher Coach Trey. He has always been very friendly and professional and always shows enthusiasm when my son brags about his sports and trophies from the weekends (on repeat! lol). I have always loved their curriculum and enrichment activities, the cute after school performances are my favorite and the Summer program is amazing as well, MANY fun trips planned weekly! We are blessed to have found Champions Learning Academy!

Do Not bring your children here! I enrolled my child here thinking it would be a good daycare and it was close to my work. The staff was ok. The owner IS not a nice lady. She refused my child to come to daycare on Friday because I didnt pay in advance for the next week so I had to miss work. I also called numerous times and the owner would not return my calls. She also charged my credit card $160 dollars without my permission AFTER I had already enrolled my daughter in a new daycare. Everytime I dropped my daughter off or picked her up the babies would be crawling around the gym not being watched and In front of the doors. WORST daycare EVER.

I have had my fair share of bad experience with day cares. My son went to 4 day cares by the time he was 1.5 years old and before I found CLA. Hes been going to CLA for about a year now and I have been mostly happy with this place and the staffs. My sons had a couple of wonderful teachers. They have schedule and curriculum for even the toddlers. The facility is spacious and I dont feel like I leave my kid in jail all day like I do with some other places. I feel that they take good care of my little boy unlike other daycare in my experience. I like that they have covered outdoor playground as well as a generous size indoor play area for bad weather days. I also like that they feed the kids well and give them plenty of snacks which they need. All of the events and activities they do for the kids and families are lots of fun and pretty well organized (Easter, Field Trip, Splash Day, Halloween, Book Fair, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) School pics are very reasonable as well. Ive had him in a daycare that school pic costed me $150 and I am glad that it is not the case here at all. The director and staffs worked with me when we needed to take an extended vacation, when my husband was injured and we needed a break. They were understanding and that really helped. The cost is reasonable here comparing to other places near by. They have electronic daily report and video viewing so I can log in and see by baby while Im at work. CLA has lost some of their good teachers recently but I know they will find more good teachers to join them soon. Please keep up the good work!

My family and I Love Champions Academy. Our daughter has attended champions for a little over three years and is now apart of the Pre-k graduating class of 2014. She has learned so much while at this preschool. She learned the bible verse, John 3:16 during Easter week, and was able to recite it during our family gathering, which was awesome. The kids say a prayer before each meal, and our daughter comes home everyday very excited about leading our prayer at dinner. I like that there are cameras in her class so I can check on her while at work. Most of all, I love that the Teachers have a passion for the kids.

Biggest excuse of a daycare. They yell at the children instead of re-directing the child, they pick your child up by their wrists and carry them around if your child does not want to do what they ask, they do not follow state regulations for number of children per teacher. I counted 21 children to one teacher for a room full of 2-year olds. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
