We love ABC Children’s Academy! Our two year old daughter has been attending since she was 12 weeks old. She loves her teachers and is always in such a good mood when we pick her up. The staff is super friendly and they really care for the children. Our second child recently started there as well in the infant room. He is also doing great. We are so happy to have found a daycare that we can trust. We know our children are in great hands!

My son has attended both locations. Ever since weve been coming (3+ yrs)the team has done a great job with with all of the quirks at hand. The whole team is easy to work with and practically have become family.

My son attended here for just a few months in the after school program, but in those few months he grew attached to some of the staff and definitely grew extra attached to friends. Ive seen first hand how compassionate the teachers are towards the children. I loved it so much that I referred a family member & after touring, she enrolled her 3 year old as well.

My son started going to ABC when they 1st opened many years ago when he was only 2, hes 12 now and no longer attends, but my 7 year old daughter does and has been the wonderful care of the staff at ABC since she was 2 months old. She loves her teacher and all her ABC friends. They both especially love Mrs Neerali who has been with the ABC family from the beginning.

I do not recommend this facility or the other location. After having to leave the other location due to their neglectful ignorance of allowing my son to consume dairy from a in-schoolers bowl left unattended we transferred to this location. They did not want to work with my son after I had fully addressed all issues I was having with him. The teacher for the 3 yr olds should be fired and not allowed to work with children if she could not handle her anger with my son in her classroom. I do not think Yolanda (the owner) thoroughly screens her employees enough when it comes to taking care of children.

I was really excited for my infant to attend this daycare as it’s in my neighborhood. The director was really helpful and my daughter was able to get the last spot in the infant room. All employees seemed very friendly. My daughter only attended this daycare for 7 days. When I toured the facility, I was told all teachers were bilingual. I can understand some Spanish but I’m not fluent. On Dec. 17, I walked in to pick up my daughter as usual and was told she was having trouble eating, her breathing didn’t appear normal and she had bumps on her chest. One employee undressed my baby to show me the breathing and the bumps. The same employee translated for another teacher and stated the breathing issue was noticed around 10am. I grabbed my daughter and said I would take her to the hospital. I didn’t ask many questions then as my main concern was my daughter. My daughter had RSV which can be serious for infants. The doctor said my daughter was “suffocating in her own mucus”. The next day I called the daycare and asked why didn’t I receive a call about my daughter the previous day. The director told me she didn’t call because she wasn’t notified until 4:43pm and by that time I wouldn’t have gotten there any sooner. The director’s response disturbed me. The daycare doesn’t know if a parent may have to run a quick errand before picking up the child. I should have received a call whether it was close to the pick up time or not. I explained to the director what the employee told me the day before. I was told the teachers would be questioned about what happened. I did receive a call back and she stated the teacher who translated was confused about what happened. The director stated the issues weren’t noticed until 4pm, which was when the last feeding occurred. However, if all teachers were bilingual, as I was told, there may not have been any confusion during translation. We made it to the hospital around 5:25pm so I don’t believe the breathing issue had just started at 4pm or 4:43pm. I believe it was noticed early in the day and progressively got worse as the day went on. Based on the director’s response and the employee’s actions, I personally feel like they didn’t care about my baby. I would feel more comfortable with a daycare that sees an issue and notifies me as soon as possible. I did request a credit for the tuition based on this situation and the director agreed. Unfortunately, this center just didn’t work for us.

My daughter Rylee has been going here a little over a year now and I havent had one issue! I was so hesitant in putting her in daycare but within a week they put my mind at ease! She loves all of her teachers and always tells me they love her It makes a mommy feel good to leave her in such good hands. When I get someone that asks for recommendation for a daycare I dont hesitate to say ABC on roundup!Thank you guys for taking care of my baby!

We have been going here for a little over a year now and feel so grateful to have wonderful group of people who show they care for our daughter. She loves every teacher who takes care of her and they do a great job of communicating issues as well as helping her education grow !! 10/10

I am so blessed to have found a great daycare where they genuinely care about my child...everyone here is so nice and friendly. My daughter is so happy when I drop her off and that says alot to me of how they treat her. I am very thankful and grateful for everyone there and everything they do.

Excellent daycare, staff is very helpful and always very attentive and knowledgeable. It is family owned and Texas Rising Stars Certified which is a plus . I leave my daughter at the daycare with peace of mind. She is in good hands .

We love this daycare! My daughter has attended for 2 years (2-4) and my son has attended since he was 2 months old (hes 11 months now). They are so caring and loving to my children! I never worry about them while I am at work. They also offer ballet classes for my daughter which she loves! The staff overall are very happy and love children! Ms. ShaNa is such a wonderful woman! She definitely makes our experience a great one! I never worry with her if my children need medicine or a breathing treatment or anything! We would not go to any other daycare! We love this on a lot! 💙💜

We love ABC Childrens Academy. We switched from a daycare to ABC August of 2017 and cant imagine being anywhere else. The Pre-K 4 program and Ms. Neerali, her teacher more than prepared her for Kindergarten this year. She excelled all year at big kid school and was advanced in every area of the curriculum goals set forth by CFISD. Ms. Neerali also taught (and continues) to teach her lessons you cant find in a book. She has taught her good manners, how to be a good friend, kindness, how to be patient (were still working on that one). I never worry if she is being taken care of and I know without a doubt they have her best interest at heart.As far as cleanliness goes the building always smells freshly cleaned or like something is being prepared for the kids to eat. Either way I have always been happy with that aspect of ABC as well.If you are looking for a place where your child will be well cared for and can excel, look no further. I thank God for leading us to ABC!

I love this school! My son has been here since he was 3 months old & hes about to turn 5. The staff is amazing & the teachers actually put effort & care into all the kids. Theyve definitely prepared my baby for kindergarten. I couldnt have asked to find a better daycare, weve had a great experience here.

Our experience here has been fantastic. All of the staff here love children and I have always felt comfortable with my child in their care. The director, Shana, is amazing and always radiates a positive attitude. We have been in the infant and toddler classes and loved all the teachers in both, they are so sweet and energetic and my little one has learned so much from them. They feed the kids a home cooked meal every day plus snacks to keep them fueled. The prices are also really reasonable for the location. I’m so glad this daycare is so convenient, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I absolutely love this Daycare!! The director is FANTASTIC and the teachers are AMAZING!! They truly love and care about their kids. It is by far the best daycare I have ever brought my kids to in my 9 years of utilizing daycares. And on top of the sweet staff, the daycare is CLEAN!!! They are the absolute BEST!!!!!

My son is currently in the toddler classroom. I love the ABC staff they are very caring and very patient with him. He is always happy when we get to ABC he loves it and always walks right in to class. I love the clean classrooms and all of the attention he gets. Price is also very reasonable!

This daycare has met all of our needs. In fact, I would consider it more than a daycare, a pre-school perhaps. My daughter has attended here for a year and a half. She is developing well and I believe it is due to the curriculum and hands on instruction she receives here. They also make sure any concerns are addressed, and special requests are accommodated. I highly recommend!

Ive been taking my one year old son to ABC Childrens Academy for the past 6 months. I love it, my wife loves it, and most importantly my son loves it. His teachers are great always keeping me updated with what he ate, activities, naps, etc. for that day. The staff is very friendly and caring which brings us peace of mind that this is the right place Im comfortable leaving my son while were at work. The price is also very reasonable and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy daycare :)

My son has been attending there a few months and he loves this daycare more than his school. He has an awesome teacher and she really takes the time out to help my son Cameron out. The director Mrs. Yolanda has a great personality and really have compassion for people. I am glad that I have decided to to enroll my son here.

This is the best daycare!!! Both of my kids have been at this daycare since they were 1. Both of my kids have learned so much. When it came time for my little girl to school Pre-k she was so prepared and head. The staff is AMAZING!!!! All the ladies that work there are so sweet, loving, and care for my babies as if they were there own. I love this place!

After having an experience with another daycare in the area, which started out promising but then ended with a sour taste in my mouth, I was on the hunt for a new facility ASAP. I always passed this location on my way to work and decided to stop in and see how competitive the rates were for them. I ended up touring with my sons now Pre-K teacher, Ms. Neerali. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I found it refreshing that although this industry is known for high turnover, the staff has been consistent here for years. Ms. Neerali has been there for 5 years +. That speaks volumes! Happy employees will in turn be happy to our babies. Both my son and daughter have been attending for over a year, and I cant say enough great things about this location. Although they dont have all the bells and whistles, such as cameras, they genuinely love on your children; thats all the parents can ask for honestly. Both of my kids will be school age in the fall, so this is my last year full time, but I would highly HIGHLY recommend sending your children here.

I have both my children in ABC @ the round up location, My 6 year old daughter attends just for the after school program and my 2 year old son attends full time, the teachers love children and care and adjust to the individual needs of each one. Its a safe, very friendly and clean environment.

I absolutely love ABC Childrens Academy and the staff! My son has been going there for 4 years. He has transitioned from toddlers to now school aged pre and post care. The staff has always treated us with respect and I never worry about him in their care. I would highly recommend this center to anyone with children of any age! This is the first public daycare I have taken any of my children too and I am beyond grateful that I have never felt like my son was just another kid.I want to especially mention Mrs. Shawna (Director), Mrs. Yamiska and Mrs. Noreli they are truly the kindest caregivers!

My son has been going to ABC Childrens Academy for about 2 months already, I was having so much problem with getting him potty trained after being in Ms. Chelseas classroom he was potty trained in 3 weeks. Everything is always so clean and the entire staff is always so professional and sweet.

The director Yolanda is very unprofessional and will raise the tuition on you after a few months (double the amount). And for breakfast your child will have milk and cheerios almost everyday.

Do not take your child to the Round up location or the Senate location. It is the same owner (Yolanda Duarte). My daughter attented the Round up location and i recently took her out because the staff keeps changing theres not a permanent teacher in the classrooms. It is hard to communicate with the new staff because they speak spanish only. Your child is never in the same classroom when you pick them up. If you read the other reviews about her daycare it is true that the kids eat cereal EVERY morning.They also get the same food for lunch and the same snacks of crackers and cheese itz. At times i would see a teacher with different groups of children and more than shes suppose to have. The room my daughter was in, the ceiling was always leaking. Many times my daughter would tell me that she did not get a fruit or milk for lunch. The owner/director Yolanda is very rude and wen asked something about your child she will lie to you. In the winter time it was very cold in there she will not turn on the heater for the kids. She washed my daughters blancket there wen i had told her i did not want her doing that. She had me bringing school supplies but yet never saw my child to that many arts or crafts. I advice you to take your child to another daycare. She doesnt have a consistent routine or order.
