Kids R Kids of West Houston has been such a wonderful partner in raising our dear daughter with my wife and me (we both work full-time).Their curriculum is top-notch - we were constantly amazed at the progression our daughter displayed in motor, verbal, cognitive, and writing/creating development. I could not have asked for a better support team at a school for our young one. They are great at teaching AND caring/loving your precious little ones. Thank you so, so much! From 3mo to 3y weve loved being a part of the Kids R Kids family.We unfortunately had to move to a new school, but it wasnt an easy decision to make. We will miss yall! Thank you times infinity!

This center has amazing staff. I am a first time mom who was extremely nervous and worried to leave my 18 month old in a day care. They definitely made me feel like he was safe and well cared for. He is happy to go there everyday. We are moving to another state and my biggest worry is changing him from the school he loves so much.

Both my kids have gone here since they were 3 months old and I can’t say enough great things. The teachers and staff are wonderful. They truly care about the kids and are invested in their growth. The food is fresh and healthy - even my picky eater loved it. The school is spotless - always clean. Today marked the end of 7 years (due to a move) and I’ve been reflecting on how lucky we were to have found this place.

Kid r kids has been our Home for the last nine years and we are so sad to see it end. All three of my children have attended over the past nine years and no matter what they always kept our children’s best interest at heart. This place will have a special place in our heart forever.

Weve been going here for almost 2 years now and we have been so happy with our overall experience. I didnt grow up going to a day care/preschool so I was not sure what to expect. It was a little nerve racking to think someone other than myself would be spending so much time with my child. Every single worry or doubt is now gone thanks to the level of care and thought that goes into the programs this Kids R Kids location offers. The staff is amazing, they do an excellent job at balancing out nurturing, thoughtful learning, discipline, and overall learning skills from academics to social. They have soccer, dance, cooking, crafts, reading, seriously you name it, they do it and they do it well.I am so grateful to be able to drop off my son and know he is in such good hands. They have remained there for us during this pandemic and adjusted so well, it seams effortless but I have no doubt they have bent over backwards to ensure the safety and security of the kids and staff, all so that we as parents can stay focused on the jobs we have. I cant say enough great things about this school and the programs they offer. If youre looking for a spot, youll be lucky to get in here!

I have been bringing my son here since late August and while I was very hesitant due to COVID, I knew I had to find somewhere I trusted to care for my son while I worked. My husband and I interviewed at several other facilities but, we fell in love with Kids R Kids. He is now in the toddler room and thriving! He is learning so many new words and loves Spanish class too! His teachers Ms. Ivania, Ms. Janice, and Ms. Mayra love on him like they would their own and I very much appreciate that. As a nurse and a professor I have very high standards of cleaning protocols and curriculum. Kids R Kids answered all of my questions about everything and put my mind at ease. Our son loves going to school and smiles on every walk in and waves good bye to his wonderful teachers each afternoon. I appreciate the level of communication that all of the staff have to make sure I stay up to date on my sons progress. I came to write this review because I know other mamas and papas are looking for a safe, clean, learning environment and Im so proud to have my son go here and I know you will too.

Making the right choice in child care is a huge undertaking for any parent, and we are so grateful we chose wisely with Kids R Kids West Houston. Their staff is thoughtful, caring, and extremely communicative. Our child has blossomed under their care and and we are so thankful to the whole KRK team!

My daughters have been attending KRK West Houston since they were babies. It is their second home and they absolutely love it there. The teachers and staff genuinely love the children there. They are constantly learning new lessons, having arts and crafts daily and becoming close friends with their classmates. The directors at the school are always there to address any questions or concerns immediately with total understanding. The school is incredibly clean and careful when it comes to allergies and diet restrictions. A recent story that warmed my heart was from my youngest who just turned 3. She had a peepee accident in class in which she urinated on her shoes. The class had recess shortly after and instead of having my daughter go into another class and miss recess or have to run around on the hot ground barefoot, Ms. Emily offered to carry her on her hip while they played with the other kiddos outside. Ms. Emily is so so nice. I told her that I wanted to go outside and that I wouldnt peepee on her so she held me at the playground. I love her. I could tell hundreds of stories just like this from the past 4 years that my daughters have gone there. I highly recommend this learning academy!

My daughter attended Kids R Kids from age 1 to 5. She enjoyed her time there greatly. We found staff to be professional, caring and wonderful teachers. In addition to wonderful care, my child was educated in all areas such as social skills, social emotional learning and academics. Her favorite teacher was Ms. Gwen :). She took my shy girl and really allowed her to blossom. We are moving on to big school, but will miss everyone and cherish our time there.

This school is absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed, accommodated, and everyone knew our names. People who had never met or seen us, knew our names because they knew we were the new family. My child has grown in every way possible, and much of that is thanks to this incredible staff. Every single person here is special and unique. Our child absolutely loves to go to school and pretends to be her teachers at home. She uses their language, and I know they spread kindness, compassion, manners, and a wealth of knowledge based on what I hear from own child repeating. I searched for many places to care for my child when we moved, and the second I walked in to this place, I knew this was home; I knew my child would be loved; I knew my child would be taught well and not just that roam into a room without structure; I knew my child would be SAFE. WE LOVE KIDS R KIDS WEST HOUSTON!!!

Me and my husband are forever indebted to KRK of West Houston and their staff! Our son attended from 3 months to 1 year old and we have nothing but GREAT things to say about this daycare. Everything from the staff, the curriculum, the facility, was all A+! Everyone made you feel so welcomed and like you were part of a big family there. Also, they did a superb job on safety and sanitation during this Covid pandemic! Thank you KRK of West Houston for the peace of mind you gave my family everyday my son was in your care.

Kids R Kids have been a blessing to our family. It is conveniently located in our neighborhood and I couldnt be happier with their services. The professionalism of EVERY staff member is beyond expectations. They became family to us right away. My daughter has been going to Kids R Kids for a year now and I am blown away on how much she has grown academically and socially. The teachers are organized, caring, and always maintain a daily routine that allows students to enjoy and feel safe at school. As a previous teacher myself, I understand and appreciate the amount of work and love that it takes to create such environment. I have recommended the school to close friends and they feel the same as well. I give this school a 15 out of 10. We love Kids R Kids!

Ive had my oldest at KRK since he was 12 weeks old. They are Amazing! My second started at 12 weeks and was being taken care of by the same women who took care of my first, which really made a difference for me. Ive know many of the care givers for 5 years and I cannot say enough about how much love and care they show all of their kids. They love them like their own! The staff and leadership is very quick to communicate changes or any issues you need to be aware of. They are all very professional and put the safety, health and education of the kids above all else. I feel so blessed to have found KRK West Houston!

Kids R Kids is a place where my son feels safe, has a lot of fun, and most importantly learns a lot!He has been at Kids R Kids since he was 6 months old, he is 5 years old now. Any issue/question I had was treated with respect and I was provided with guidance and help when requested.He has tested into the Vanguard program at HISD for Kindergarten and none of this was possible without all the help of Ms. Valerie Hill and her team of excellent teachers.They emphasize independence in the children from a young age, in eating, potty training, sharing, etc. This school has been an amazing help for our two working parent household.I would highly recommend this school for anyone that wants to give their child a great academic start!

Between my two kids we have been attending kids r kids for about 6 years. My experience at this particular location has been nothing but a blessing- as finding a daycare that you trust is always nerve wracking and can be a challenge.Ms. Ivania, Tiffany, Irma, Yeni, Nichelle, Daisy- just to name a few- have always been professional and kind when caring for my two little ones. The staff has helped educate and prepare my oldest for kindergarten through stem activities. My 11 month old has been exposed to a variety of activities and crafts essential for his development.During these past “covid” months- the school has taken extra precautions to provide a safe and clean environment. Those students who could not attend school stayed connected through creative drive up activities where teachers would greet friends from a safe distance and provide take home activities. This is just one example of how this school goes above and beyond to make families feel welcome and connected.I can not sing their praise enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a forever impact on my children’s growth and development.

All 3 of my kids attended this Kids R Kids for years and they are absolutely wonderful! My kids have always had the most amazing experiences esp during summer time for Kamp here. The staff has always been fantastic and PASSED any expectation I had. Mrs Valerie is one of the sweetest hard working attentive directors I have ever encountered. She has always loved on the kids, always made sure the parents were informed, always made sure staff was on point with curriculum and etiquette. My children absolutely LOVE Kids R Kids, its environment, and the staff. I thank Mrs Valerie so much for being such an amazing director. Her hard work does not go unnoticed and the kids adore her. If youre looking for an amazing environment for your child to learn, have fun, be safe at... this is it!

We chose Kids R Kids of West Houston after touring several schools even though at the time we did not live in the area and it meant increasing our daily commute substantially. A friend who had gone through selecting a school for her children gave us the advice that you will know which school is right for your child by the feeling you get when you walk through it. During our tour we felt comfortable and that all of the staff members from management and administration to the teachers genuinely care for the children and their development.Our daughter has been going there now for almost 4 years. It holds a special place in our hearts because they have been so instrumental in her development, reaching milestones, and given us advice on how to continue the lessons she learns at home.We are constantly amazed at how much she knows like her letters, numbers, colors, shapes like octagon and hexagon, math, Spanish, and even science! They are more than just a day care, they are an accredited school, but they are also so loving and caring with the children. We have never regretted placing our daughter at Kids R Kids of West Houston and are so thankful to all the teachers, staff, and Ms. Valerie (the school director) for everything they’ve done and continue to do for our little girl.

I started at Kids R Kids when my oldest son (now 6 years old) was just 18 months. We were new to the Energy Corridor area I remember thinking that his attendance was temporary and I am now writing this review 4 ½ years later. At 16 months, my son had not yet been to any daycare. I was so nervous because he also had some physical delays (he wasn’t walking yet) and has always been a pretty anxious little guy, but I was assured by the Director and staff that they would take good care of him. He immediately flourished! Within 2 months of being at KRK he started walking, he became much more comfortable with other children, and absolutely loved his teachers. Some of this particular story may be a tribute to a general daycare environment but most of it is not. I genuinely believe that the environment at KRK in particular helped my baby grow in so many ways. Fast forward to now and I currently have 2 kids at KRK. My daughter, Sadie, is 4 years old. When she was around 18 months she went through an aggressive phase and I struggled with what to do to help her. The KRK family once again stepped in. We met, talked through what they thought would work (moving her up a couple of class levels to help her stay stimulated, which will ultimately help with her aggression toward other friends) and it worked perfectly. I mention because I want to note that they take time on these things because they genuinely CARE, which just means the world to me.I have always felt like my children are so well KNOWN. They know my kids as well as I do and care for them according to what they know they need. Not once have I had a bad experience with teachers in this school. In fact, I have loved every single one of the teachers and I credit that to the thought that goes into hiring the right people and cultivating the right environment between teachers and students. Every teacher knows my childrens’ names. They love and respect each child and they are all so friendly to parents. Its a great balance of love/kindness mixed in with the structure that our children need every day. To Ms. Iviana, Ms. Mayra, Ms. Daisy, Ms. Emily, Ms. Elizabeth, Ms. Kirsten, Ms. Gwen and so so many other teachers who know and care for our kids on a daily basis, THANK YOU. You made their early childhood better and our family wishes all of you and this school the very best!

Kids R Kids of West Houston will always be a part of my heart! Our two children attended, both starting off at just 3 months old. Our now-oldest attended until he was just shy of 3 years old until we moved across town. If I could drive an additional 45 minutes a day to go back I would. There are too many wonderful things Id love to share but will just say this:As first-time parents, we entrusted the staff at Kids R Kids to take care of our pride and joy & they fully embraced our son & he flourished. They invested their time, love, & attention and I believe that what theyve poured into him will always be a part of who he is. I credit the curriculum he received when others compliment his vocabulary and wit. He has surpassed so many milestones during his attendance: from crawling to being fully potty trained upon his departure.There is something so special about this location, and I think its much more than the cleanliness and cool cameras. I believe its the staff - you can really see they really do care for your children. Well always be grateful to Ms.Yeni, who gave her love to both our son & daughter during their time there. She is patient and kind and really understands how to care for infants. You will see the owners up front frequently & the front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming. During COVID times, they implemented safe practices to ensure they stayed open for families like mine so we didnt skip a beat. I toured this location last week in hopes to find a daycare for my two daughters. My youngest is 2 1/2 and is on the spectrum. The Director, Ms. Valerie gave me the tour, and when I mentioned my youngest was diagnosed with Autism, she almost immediately pushed me towards ABA therapy for her (at my mention), even though there is a little boy with Autism in the same class my Daughter would be in. She mentioned his troubles with transition in particular, and quite honestly, I was shocked that she was informing me of his issues, but I knew she was doing it to push me away from having my youngest there. She mentioned how my Daughter would probably do better in ABA, and to me, that is just morally and ethically wrong. She was very cold and I could tell she was hoping we wouldn’t enroll there. My girls tuition would be paid by Crime Victims Compensation as we are victims of a violent crime, and that also turned her off. She stated she would speak to the owner and would contact me that day. That was Monday. It’s now Friday and no word. After reading another review about her, I know this isn’t the place for my girls. Either of them. I toured the Fluor Daniel Dr. location in Sugar Land yesterday, and they are AMAZING. So welcoming, gave me packets that Ms. Valerie didn’t even offer me, and specifically let me know my youngest would be cared for and nurtured despite her being on the spectrum. I plan to speak to the owner and Kids R Kids corporate about this experience, because if the little boy she pointed out were my child, I would be FURIOUS that she divulged the information she did and used my child as a tool to discourage other parents with children diagnosed with Autism from placing their children in her care! I knew walking out that she wouldn’t reach out like she said, and sure enough, she made it very clear my youngest was not welcome here.

I highly recommend this school. From the minute we stepped foot with our then one-year old daughter until today, with a 4.5-year old and 7 month old son, my husband and I have truly been counting our blessings! The school is active and full of life. The staff, teachers, director, owners are present -- and not just physically -- they are aware, giving us the peace of mind we need while our children are under their watch. They know us and many of the families (if not all, from what I can tell) by name. They keep us informed on performance, achievements and the occasional challenges too. They are great at communicating upcoming events via several mediums. They also have great fun and educational activities planned throughout the year. My daughter has learned so much being there -- spanish, sign language, additions and subtractions. Plus, they have soccer and dance too. My only disappointment is they are a daycare facility and not a full time school because I would love to be able to keep my children there until college! As i mentioned, I highly recommend the school and I have - to two other parents - and they agree this is the best place for our children. In fact, we have moved since we first enrolled our daughter and even though this is now out of the way, we are more than willing to make the drive to be greeted by genuine smiling faces. We truly appreciate all this school has done for our family.

I just registered my 11 month old daughter and I love it. I love the routine they have and how they teach them to be independent. They have internet viewing and makes me feel more comfortable than worrying at work. All the teachers and staff are nice I feel a positive vibe every day. I have nothing negative to say.

I attended a tour at this location recently, and I must say, I was displeased with the director, Valerie. As a parent, I expect for the location I decide to place my child in for a whole day, 5 days a week, to show “care and nurture” to the children they serve. When I shared this desire to the director, I was told there are apparently “certain times for care and nurture.” This statement sounds completely absurd, as if to say, my child will only be cared and nurtured between the times of 10-11. I want to know my child will be treated with love and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the impression I received from the director. When I relayed how discomforting that statement was to me, the director suggested I should look for a “nanny.” My partner and I will MOST DEFINITELY be looking elsewhere.

I had my son enrolled in Kids R Kids Learning Academy of West Houston from the time he was 3 months to about 19 months old. I absolutely loved the facility and the teachers. It broke my heart the day we left this school. He loved going to school and was so happy while attending this school. I knew he was safe and well taken care of each day he was there. The only reason we left this school was because our circumstances changed and day care was no longer needed. I would definitely enroll him here again if I have the chance. Ms Valerie is awesome!

We had a great experience sending our toddler to Kids R Kids on N Eldridge. The facility is clean and well run. Valerie and Ms. Christina are totally professional and handled any questions or concerns we had completely. The teachers were wonderful and always remembered any special requests we had for our child. We were constantly surprised by all the new things our toddler had learned at school. Unfortunately, we moved away, otherwise we would still be sending our child there!

My Kids seem to love it there. Good balance between nurturing and learning.

Absolute complete peace of mind!!!! My daughter that is two is constantly singing songs out loud even in Spanish! She always has a smile on her face when I pick her up. She even cleans up her mess with no fuss! NOW that says a lot for.a two year old! Thank you for being a great partnership with raising my little princess! Valerie Hill has an incredible desire for our children to learn and grow in an environment that fosters her growth and exceeds my expectations! Thank you Mrs. Valerie and Kids R Kids!! .

Bad customer service( morning shift secretary- spanish lady is rude) never greet parents until they say look at her first. I disenrolled my son from this place after seeing my child was put the blanket over his head. He was forced to sleep during nap time. They turn the music really loud at nap time. Some teachers are nice. My child get sick more often going to this daycare. Bad camera quality. They did this on purpose. They do not want you to see what really happen. I have camera at home and 10 time quality better than this place’s. Do not recommend this place if you have other choice.

I love this place, they truly love the kids. My daughters are honor students because of them. I had my kids here for 7 years and never once did I feel unsure. I love the extra parties for the kids and family.

Awesome tadpoles program that gives parents of young children constant photos- of them doing stuff in class.Stable and professional staff- our youngests teacher is the same teacher our teenagers had when they were little!First rate organization, all around.

Worst daycare place ever. It is dirty, the “teachers” or should I say workers there don’t even take good care of your child nor teach them appropriate school knowledge. I will never leave my child here.

My daughter has attended this location for over 10 years. There has never been one single day I was not happy with her care or enrichment. The staff has been exceptional and have directly contributed to the polite and smart young adult she is becoming. She also attended Kindergarten at KRK and later jumped into the public school system WAY ahead of the reading curve and 1st grade benchmarks. She has gone on to excel at Math and Science and I know much of that was due to the heavy learning emphasis at KRK. This is the best place!!!

This particular Kids R Kids was our first choice mainly due to the location to our home and work, however it became clear very soon after my daughter started to attend at 4 months old that this school was a wise choice due to the level of instruction, the care in which the owners, staff, and teachers take care of my children (my son also attends now and has been at Kids R Kids for 3 years now) and how much they learn on a daily basis. I can not stress how much Im impressed with the school and the top quality instruction and care they give to each and every child. I have never heard a raised voice in the school from any teacher or staff member, the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Trung are PHENOMENAL and CARE about all the children and their parents. They go out of their way to be at the school to greet the parents and to be available if needed. Ms. Valerie, Ms. Christina and all the other staff at the front desk are SUPERB! My daughter is now in kindergarten and is reading at a 2nd grade level and I attribute much of this to her time being at Kids R Kids. If you have a choice, I HIGHLY recommend Kids R Kids on North Eldridge, you will NOT be disappointed.

Our girl started here as an infant and stayed until we moved mid-Kinder.What attracted us was the several different stations they have for kids, instead of just unorganized toys. The facility was always very clean, well organized, and risks/worries were addressed.From the very start, the teachers were perfect. Although Ms. Leslie has many yrs experience and we had much to learn, when we would ask questions or suggest something looked unusual about things we saw on the room cam, she was very responsive, explained why they do certain things, and made changes to address our concerns. When our girl became a lot to handle (high energy, talkative, running), the teachers had great patience and did a fantastic job of setting boundaries for good behavior, coordinating with us so we could build on their methods at home. Later, our girl needed a firm teacher to emphasize listening skills, and the school made an adjustment that improved her behavior.Ms. Valerie was always a reliable and ideal resource for helping us decide how to fit home activities with the school so our discipline and learning at home didnt undermine the school program. And it is an excellent program. The teachers were great at telling us what our girl was doing and how other kids were interacting with her, but it was Ms. Valerie who helped us understand the why - scribbling is an important step to writing and reading - and tips for discipline and reinforcing good behavior that were invaluable to us.Criticism on here deserves some context. I once - in the 4+ yrs our girl was there, so this was an unusually rare instance - observed a parent being very loud and argumentative in front of her child and everyone else at the school (the mom said this is outrageous, shes just a little girl, cant she have some fun), because she wanted her child to be able to have something the school restricts (e.g., open toed sandals for very young kids, hard princess wands for young kids). The school tries to be flexible, but lines have to be drawn to prevent kids arguing/fighting, risk of injury, etc. Our daughter would sometimes insist on wearing her pointy tiara to school, or taking in long necklaces, or wearing open toed sandals when she was very young. It was a comfort to us knowing we could say If the teacher says yes, you can, if she says no, I keep it and no fuss, ok? And the staff did their job great by drawing the line, so we could reinforce that cooperative conduct in our little girl.We would definitely want any other kids in our family to go here, and highly recommend them. Check around for yourself and you should find what we did, this place is the best.

Valerie Hill has a wealth of knowledge about education and I was very impressed by her dedication to her center. The kids are her #1 priority and she is an outstanding leader.

We do not live in Houston but our grandchildren do and they have attended KRK since they were babies. If I would of had this KRK when my kids were babies and preschool age then I would have enrolled them for sure! Wonderful caring teachers and staff.

I would like to state that this Kids R Kids looks like a great place for your child. I agree, it does look like a place where youd want your kids to be at. They do have a structured schedule, the teachers do come off pretty friendly, the staff always has an answer to every question you have, and the owners are there to help out as well. Sounds perfect doesnt it? Well, it is too good to be true. There is a teacher there in the 18-24 months, Ms. Angie. She comes off as a sweet teacher, but from experience I saw her grab a child (Ella Scott) into the classroom restroom to wash her hands. When she grabbed her, she left a nail marks, and her nails actually cut the little girls skin. That little girl couldnt get away from her fast enough, and ran to the other teacher. Management was told about the incident, and they played it off as an accident. Another incident happened in the 24-30 month old classroom. A child ran up to an assistant teacher crying and was holding her arm. The little girl (Donna Sun) said, Chels, Chels, and showed the assistant teacher what happened to her arm. This incident was also filed up with management. Again, management did not do anything about it. They removed the assistant teacher from that room, and placed her in a different room. I also witnessed a verbal fight between two teachers while they were on their lunch break. One teacher followed the other from the back room all the way to the front desk (where management is), and started cussing at the other teacher. Calling her names, and that poor teacher just stood there and took it. Management didnt do anything to that bully of a teacher. They did pull the teacher who got cussed out at aside, and talked to her about what had happened. They apologized to her for what happened, but didnt do anything else. I know there is no perfect place to place your child, but at this daycare you have to watch out. You always want to stay on the good side of the teachers otherwise, they will treat your children poorly. I have seen it first hand, and I would recommend thinking about what is best for your children.

A TOP NOTCH SCHOOL.I have worked with KRK Lakes on Eldridge for the past ten years as their Spring/Fall/Graduation Photographer. When I began school photography about 12 years ago, I photographed a number of schools. When I decided to cut back on the number of schools I serviced, I chose to continue with Mr. Trung and his team. They are professional, dedicated, and hardworking.Their level of professionalism supersedes any I have worked with and it shows through each time we work together. The students are more prepared for pictures than any school I have photographed. They send email reminders to the parents and hang the signs in a timely manner to advertise for portrait days.The staff is dedicated to students, parents, and vendors alike. They genuinely care about what is most important, the children. They educate with high standards. Ms. Valerie, Ms. Christina, and Ms. Jennifer are all three great leaders for the teachers in the school. They set high expectations for their teachers - which translates to a great place for children to begin their early learning.I have never seen an owner be more present than Mr. Trung. He is respected by the staff and loved by the children. His presence at the school is consistent, without being overbearing. I believe this is one reason why the staff works so hard for him. He sets the standard and they follow willingly.I would recommend this school for anyone who is searching for a quality school that will care for their children genuinely while educating them in a top notch manner.

My family has been a part of this KRK since Feb 2005 when my first child was only 8 months old. From our first meeting we felt that the teachers and staff would love our kids the way we would if we could be home with them! When we were having our second child we knew that he would be cared for equally at KRK and we enrolled him before he was born. Now that our kids are older, they attend the Summer Camp program. They have always been encouraged and challenged in the best of ways. You and your family will be well cared for and educated at this KRK, no doubt about it!

I have seen growth in his language and social skill set that I am pleased with, but most importanty his cognitive growth has truly been enhanced by all the extra ways the school has had him apply his learning.The kids and staff are happy here - it is evident when you walk in and around. Some other schools I have visited seem dark, dingy, and everyone is unhappy. The teachers here truly care about my son and tell me special things about his day. When problems have come up for him with behavior, communication is open and proffessional staff members work with me to help my son be successful. I am so very thankful for this group of people and this school!

They are the best my son is learning so fast and I feel safe with the environment

My son attended this location for about 9 months. Besides them changing teachers every week, rushing the toddlers to eat their lunch, and picking up my son almost everyday with dried snot all over his face. The main reason i took him out was because of the director Valerie. She wanted to have a meeting with me AFTER an accident occurred with my son and another toddler. She tried telling me my son purposely did it and it wasnt the first time. When my husband and i showed up for an unexpected meeting with her and my sons teacher, she chose not to have my sons teacher come in. Why? Because she was lying! After the meeting i went to his teacher again and she said I dont know why she didnt call me in for the meeting, anytime you want to set up another one i will say the same thing i have been telling you The next day i pulled my son out, Valerie is seriously the fakest person i have ever met!

Does Anyone here know the price for a 31/2 - 4 year old?

Aweful!!! They dont treat your kid in a manner you would expect or like. No flexibility (no breakfast if you late for one minute), no consideration even your kid is a kid, rush the kids. The lady Valerie Hill is the rudest person I have ever seen!!! There is no zero star option here, or they deserve that one.

Caring and loving professionals

Overpowered and rude I called to ask for information and when asking someone in angry Spanish he said No, he hung up and let me speak my little English. This demonstrates the bad education my children would receive.
