Leaving 2 stars because the price was great and they were nice people, but my hair looked so bad afterward that I had to go get it fixed elsewhere. Highlights were blotchy and nothing like what I wanted. Layers chopped and uneven. Also, be prepared to discuss politics. That’s all the other clients talk about and the employees will ask you what your views are.Friendly people but, unfortunately, you get what you pay for here.

If you like the comfy, at home feeling of a small neighborhood salon, this is the place for you! The ladies there are great, personable, and very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend paying them a visit! They zapped my covid-hair back to life and I could not be happier! :)

The women at Gilded were very nice and professional. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they gave me what I wanted and I am satisfied with my hair.

Best salon ever. Its not fancy and its next to a convenience store but its affordable and the ladies are the best ever in every way. Theyre funny and sweet and theyve got tons of beauty talent. I just love them all. Ive been going there for about 12 years now and it hasnt mattered where I lived. I was a customer when I lived in Katy and still when I was in Cypress and Im still a customer now that I live in the Galleria. The girls are always honest about whether or not you should get something done to your hair based on your coloring and face shape, etc. Ive been getting compliments on my hair for years as a result. And I have referred TONS of ladies to this place.

I have been coming here for 25 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. All three ladies are professional and work very well together. You would never know from one or the other who worked on my hair as they all do quality work. I have referred friends that now only come here as well. If you have not tired them, then you are missing out on a beautiful hair do at a very reasonable price.

My friend and I will definitely be going back, professional work and a friendly atmosphere. You wont be disappointed!!

This shop doesn’t look like much from the outside but the ladies are all wonderful and are great stylists. The prices are very reasonable. Great place to get your hair colored.

I got a hair color a few days ago, I got it purple. Ve helped at the beginning, she bleached my hair and she is really nice, I loved her. However, the second person who applied the color, I cant say the same... She pulled my hair a lot and I didnt like that at all. My hair did not come out the exact color I was looking for, but it was because I got black color before. I also got my eyebrows done and I loved them too!Its was ok in general, I will give them 5 🌟 if she did not pulled my hair like that.

Great experience. I went in as a walk-in and was in the shampoo chair right away. Haircut and eyebrow wax were very reasonable and the employees were super nice. I will be returning.

I had the Brazilian treatment done. I have very course frizzy hair. It is amazing! My hair is smooth and soft. The stylists at Gilded did a fabulous job. A great price and value for beautiful hair!

I came here with a hair disaster. I was very skeptical because of the location, but I gave in. The lady who took care of me was so straight up honest, I couldn’t believe she was so nice, yet honest! That really hooked me to them!I had a consultation days prior to my appointment, and she told me was she was going to do, and that it was going to take a while. She was right, although at the end she said that she wasn’t totally happy with the job bc it still needed work, I was!!! I felt happy! She truly brought my hair back to life!I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Guilded for about 2 years now and my hair has never looked better. I get blonde highlights and I’m pretty picky about my color. Not just anyone can get blonde right. They are great about applying the bleach while keeping my hair as healthy as it can be. The ladies are all friendly and you cannot beat the price. I’ll definitely keep going to Guilded for my highlights!

Walked in and was seated right away for a hair cut. My 9 yo was with me and I figured she could get her nails done while she waited for me. I ended up waiting on her! I love my hair cut and it took all but 20 mins for her to cut it and blow dry. My only hitch was that I didn’t get a full wash, cut, and style (I showered before I came in and my hair was clean so they didn’t shampoo it again) and I was still charged full price. But they did give me my daughters nail painting as a complimentary thing. So it really came out even. This place is really kind of a hole in the wall. It isn’t clean.

This place is nothing alike your expectations. It is so much better! If you are looking for some fancy hair salon to go to and this is your decision maker, go somewhere else and I hope you will be happy there. Because I wasnt. Ive tried a few of them. Not one of them got it right because they werent listening! When you walk into Lo Anns shop it will be all about YOU! They greet, they listen and communicate to get the best results for YOU!You will feel like having a new family!I went there 2 days ago and I could not be happier with my haircut :-)

Luan does an excellent job with my hair every time I get a haircut. Ive been seeing her for around 2 years & Im always happy with my haircut also love how easy it is to make appointments & reasonable wait times. The prices are quite fair and everyone is very friendly, great energy. Its not very fancy but it does the job.

The ladies are super friendly. Small, local mom and pop feel with neighborhood gossip feel. Not super fancy with all the frills but they are really friendly and work with you on what you need!

Decided to try this salon based on reviews Only. So happy I did, the staff and owner LoAnn were simply amazing. The best hair cut I have ever had! All the proper questions were asked prior to cut and LoAnn endured I knew how to style before I left. My Sister and Mother are now going to salon.

Ive been a regular many years for hair cuts and pedicures. They have been truly compassionate in serving a my Mom and husband weakened and in failing health; performing several services at the same to get them in and out quickly. Very helpful.
