On the web site the menu is down, so I called to get some information and maybe book an appointment. The woman who answered the phone didnt identify herself or the salon. When I told her the web site was not working, and I had questions she told me not to worry about the web site and then hung up no goodbye nothing. The while conversation was unprofessional and abrasive.

Got a really good threading done here. Best part- it was almost pain free which is a great feat as it is a well known fact that so many other salons leave you with tears streaming down your face.And oh, this salon uses fresh aloe to soothe and condition the skin. Very impressed!Added plus that Mythili is so friendly, well-spoken and courteous.

The lady who did the henna was so nice and knew exactly how to do our art work! My friend got henna on her and shoulder and mine on my fore arm. Shes very sweet and if you show her a picture she can pretty much do it! I recommend this salon to everyone. We go so many compliments!

My first experience a few months ago left me speechless. My eyebrows have never looked so good, then my second time I wasnt too amazed since she was working with the shape someone else left me. Anyways, I let my eyebrows grow out 2.5 months so they were nice, full and could be shaped again. However, they were left HORRIBLE. My eyebrows have never been so thin! My right eyebrow is significantly thinner then my left and my left eyebrow is crooked on the top. I was in a hurry and said they looked nice but when I retouched my makeup when I got to work I noticed that the damage had been done. Im really devastated because I have faith in her work and thought I had finally found someone I could go to regularly. Thinking I need to go somewhere else.

Mythili is wonderful, sweet, and very professional! She also has the softest touch! From day one I’ve been a happy returning customer. I definitely recommend coming here. I used to go to Aisha’s, and every single location I’ve been to they always leave me scabbed. I’m on accurate so my skin is very sensitive and soft, it’s actually not even recommended to get eyebrows threaded I believe (shh) so I have to deal with that. Even though I am in fact on accutane she has yet to leave me waking up with scabs. Once finished she rubs aloe gel all over your eyebrows giving such a soothing finish!!

Went there about two weeks ago because I wanted to try henna on my hair for the first time. The service couldn’t have been better. Henna involves two hours plus of sitting doing nothing while the dye sets in and I was completely engaged in conversation with Mythili the entire time. She KNOWS what she’s doing and was so courteous and professional.As for the dye itself, I couldn’t be happier with it! My hair has never been healthier! It’s given a shiny gloss over my natural brown, not really changing the color because all I really wanted to do was hide my grey. And all my grey has this really subtle bronze color that blends perfectly to look like intentional highlights. I LOVE the way it looks and would recommend this and her services to anyone!

Because of a lot of reviews, I decided to let my wife try this place. The lady, acted sweet and did not do the threading job on my wife correctly. That lady did not thread the middle part of the eyebrow. And after the work was done, she cheated $12 when the eyebrow cost was supposed to be costing $5. What a cheater.... This place isnt even mythillis it is Zaids beauty salon... Or it may have changed but either way, this place is horrible.

EDIT: So, Im taking off a couple of stars bc my last visit wasnt very good and Im so conflicted bc I like Mythili and want to remain a client; however, I just dont know if I want to keep coming back. My last visit was on a Saturday and, unfortunately for me, her daughter is the one who saw me. I wanted my upper lip waxed and my eyebrows threaded. It hurt more than usual as she was doing it and that probably had a lot to do with the fact that she was ripping off my skin and more hair than usual (as in, she wasnt just cleaning up the strays). I didnt realize this until that night, however, when all the redness had lessened. There was missing skin around my eyebrows, a section below my nose, the corner of my lip... It was a mess (see pics). The pictures dont do it justice.Well, Im sold. Booked my appointment online and showed up. Space is tiny but its actually pretty perfect and you feel that the service is personalized. My first impression of Mythili was that she was very kind and I was not wrong. Getting hair removed on any part of the body that you do not show frequently can be an extremely awkward experience but Mythili did not make it feel as such. She talked and we laughed the entire 15 min appointment, even as she ripped hair off of me (haha). Also, you cannot beat this womans prices for the quality of service you receive! She has definitely won another client.

I do not have a very symmetric face but Mythili does such a great job at lining up my eyebrows that I hardly notice my asymmetry anymore. I am SOO happy I found her. I have been to others (waxing, plucking, threading) who only enhance the asymmetry. Then its about two weeks of painting in my brows until I can try to fix them. Arg!

I came here only for threading and did not really like how she shaped my eyebrows. She is a sweet lady, but somehow I felt she lacked the expertise to shape your eyebrow right. Also she did not smoothen the edges until I asked her for it. And even after that I felt there were still some unfinished rough ends. :(
