They were great about fitting me in on a tight schedule and very accomodating. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Jolin listened to what I wanted and executed fabulously. This is my favorite hair cut in a long time, I will be a return customer moving forward! Highly recommend!

First, let me start off by saying my stylist Jolin deserves 5 stars, she was sweet and nice, the only thing that really ruined this experience was that the pricing was not transparent and when I asked for general pricing they only included pricing for different sections of hair, and I wish I was asked if I wanted a blow-dry, If I would have known a 10-15 minute round brush blow dry was $50, and a GLAZE was 65$, I would have opted out of both, idek what a GLAZE IS, I only wanted my hair colored and wouldve styled my hair at home. I was told that the visit was gonna be roughly 120$ depending on the section I wanted dyed,( please note I only got my half my bangs and two very small side pieces dyed.) and I walked out paying DOUBLE the price I was initially told when I made the appointment, so that irked me a bit because it caught me off guard. The office is nice, front desk is nice, would just be nicer if all pricing for different things within the visit are included in initial quotes. More than likely Ill go back for retouches, but thats all, nothing more.

Allie was extremely personable and did a great job on my hair. That is why I gave her 5 stars. I only had one comment: one of my pet peeves is to checkout and then find a bunch of extra charges on the bill (surprise charges). She said she wanted to pull the color from the roots through the hair, but neglected to tell me there would be a charge for that (Ive never been charged for that before). She also added an extra conditioner for $5 and didnt mention that to me as well - I found out when checking out. Its always better to be honest and transparent with guests so there are no surprises when the bill comes. That leaves a very bad taste in customers mouths no matter how good the service is. I dont want to be in the position where whenever she suggests something *I* have to ASK HER what the extra charge will be. That is makes me very uncomfortable. She should be telling me before performing the service so I can decide if I want to do it and there are no unpleasant surprises when checking out. When I called to price out the appointment, I was told roots plus cut was $175. So I budgeted for $175 plus tip, which would have been $210. I ended up paying $264 incl. the 20% tip which makes me think twice about coming back.

It is not easy to find someone that can do an updo and actually make it look exactly like that Pinterest pic youve been dreaming about, but Karina definitely can! She looked at the picture twice and beautifully recreated the look. When she was done she asked if I liked everything, I wanted it a little tighter on the sides and she quickly tweaked it for my taste. I appreciated that she asked me and didnt hesitate to make the small adjustment. Braci did my makeup and nailed it. I am very picky because I dont like heavy makeup and I was a little lost on what I wanted, I just knew I wanted a wow effect for the party I was going to. Between her and Cristiam they came up with a concept using a picture of my dress and my jewelry and it was a total hit! I loved how all the staff at Fringe focused on ensuring I loved what I was paying for, they were incredibly sweet, accommodating and even though I was a new costumer they made me feel like I had been coming to the salon for years. I felt comfortable saying what I wanted and asking for adjustments along the way. I will be coming back for all my salon needs and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Deah is THE BEST. I am an absolute control freak, but I trust Deah so much that I will let her do whatever she feels like doing to my hair. When I first started seeing her, I always came with pictures and lots of opinions about what I wanted. She always listened patiently and asked questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I trust her so much that one day she told me she thought I’d look great with red hair, and I went home with red hair that day. And I love it! Everyone at the the salon is super friendly and attentive. Could not recommend more.

For almost 2 years now I come in regularly to see Hillary. She knows my hair, so naturally I wanted her to style it for my wedding day. Four of my bridesmaids, my mom, and I had our hair done by the lovely people at Fringe. Hillary worked on my hair and makeup, Dani did two of the bridesmaids hair, Mackenzie did the other two bridesmaids hair, and Christiam did my moms hair as well as one of the bridesmaids makeup. When I say we were pleased, I mean we were so pleased. I absolutely loved my wedding hair. We had pictures and samples of what we wanted, and the stylists brought the hairstyles to life. Fringe also allowed us to use the salon as our getting ready space. We were able to bring food, the photographer and videographer, and anything else we needed. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly throughout the booking process and on the day of the wedding. I was a very happy and appreciative bride that day.

The service is impeccable and the stylists are spot on! They know exactly what theyre doing and my hair has never looked better!

I cannot speak highly enough of Allie! I went in with A LOT of damage to my hair, and she was super kind and gentle as we geared me up for cutting off said damage. She delivered a super solid haircut, spot on color, and to top it off, was above and beyond patient with my very demanding and cranky baby (teething, anyone?). Really appreciate everything about this place!

Just left the salon. I had such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly. I am in love with my haircut. I have thick horse hair that is hard to style and cut properly but Deah did such a fantastic job. Cannot wait to go back.

Wow, where do I begin. I had high hopes for this new salon. I called to book my appointment and a gentleman named Michael set my appointment. Since this was my 1st visit to Fringe I asked him to book me with someone good with the particular cut I was looking for. To put things nicely by the time the stylist was done with my hair I looked like I had gone to Locks of Love and had them put my hair in a ponytail then cut straight across. Horrible, horrible cutting skills and this is what the person answering their phone recommended! You know when your family and close friends say, What happened to your hair!...then its bad! Lesson learned...expensive stylist and nice decor doesnt translate into quality and highly trained stylists. There is obviously a lack of education, inexperienced stylists or lazy stylists or maybe a combination of the three. I will have to get my hair redone somewhere else by a knowledgeable, precision cutting stylist in a couple weeks.

Im very happy with the service at this salon! I recently had to go back for a corrective haircut and they took responsibility for error by not charging me or giving me a hard time unlike other salons ( Hint: Shine in the Heights) where aftet 3 weeks they expect you to pay for a whole new hair service! I have a life and a crazy schedule so Fringe is my 1st choice because they respect that without questions or judgemental attitudes about why I am unhappy with a service or why I waited so long to reschedule! Its my prerogative. They recognize that. They understand Customer service.

I cant believe I just paid $90 (with tip) for a hair cut... and dont regret one single penny of it. Tyler is a serious artist with the scissors.The place is really nice. I like the natural lighting from the big storefront window. Its a really minimalist design with the chandeliers adding a nice touch. The hair washing stations are so comfortable. Feet up? Hells yeah. My hairstylist was so informative about the products and business that I was immediately sucked into all of the spiel. This kind of passion can only be expressed from someone who truly believes in what theyre doing or what theyre selling.As for the cut... it was everything Ive always wanted, and then some. We talked about it for a bit until I felt he knew what feel I was trying to get out of my hair. Edgy and sexy, but easy to style and still able to put in a high pony tail was how I described it. Im going to give you an anime hair cut was how he described it. SOLD---!!! Each snip and cut was made purposefully and precisely. He let me know what he was doing throughout the whole experience. By the end of the cut I was flipping cartwheels in my head about how good it looked. I had absolutely no problem dropping the $90 ($65 wash, cut, blow, style + $25 tip).My favorite part was the next day. I was afraid I wouldnt be able to make my hair look the same again. I took my shower, blow dried my hair, and VOILA! My hair looked just as good. Tyler made sure to cut my hair in such a way that I could flip it, curl it, straighten it, up-do it, or just blow it and it would look fab-u-lous. Basically, I look good... Thanks to Tyler of course. Ive never felt this way about a hair cut before and I plan to keep coming back as long as hes there!

Five star salon with a super knowledgeable staff. Ask for Marleny, she is amazing.

Tried to bleach my hair from a box so they did damage control. I had Kristen and she worked some wonders. Took my blotchy yellow blonde with some random blue streak and made me a beautiful platinum blonde. Did cost me about $350 dollars though, but hey, I needed it and they are quality.

Marleny is THE BEST. An OUTSTANDING COLORISTwho is very adept at cutting as well.Your time is respected here. You wont be left waiting. Knowing that the Euphora products are available for sale here is a huge plus.
