Luis is the best hairdresser I have had in years! A complete professional, he was able to give me a super stylish cut, after I tried cutting my own salt & pepper hair. Hes my go to hair stylist now!

Farah is the best of the haircutters at Cost Cutters. I have been going to her for several years and am always happy with the results.

I have hair down to my lower back and wanted an easy trim with some front layers for texture. I am getting married this summer so my length is important. It was my first time visiting Cost Cutters and I booked an appointment online to see Gloria based on one other review I found. I didnt wait long at all and she cut just enough to make it look fresh and healthy. The layers in the front were just enough. I am very pleased with her work and will be back again.

Fabi did a great job giving my daughter a short cut, taking the time to cut a bit at a time and checking to be sure she liked it before cutting more. Will definitely go back! Thank you Fabi, she loves it!!!

I have been coming to this store for years (+15 years) and have my hair done by Farah. I love her work and she really takes the time to understand what I and many of her customers want. Since Covid, they make sure to be extra clean and keep the social distancing.

I just had to share my gratitude for Luis, the hairdresser who saved me from having a mental breakdown! Luis and I met in person about 3 days ago, when Id just had my hair mercilessly chopped by a different salon. I was trying not to lose my mind, plus it was raining cats and dogs...the day could not have been more dismal.I dont know what happened that the other salon didnt understand my request. I honestly think it was a simple misunderstanding, but regardless, I was left with the ugliest 90s bob. (All I needed was the matte brown lipstick and Express baby doll dress to complete my look.)The biggest issue was that it was MUCH shorter than I anticipated. Therefore, to cut *more* hair off seemed counterintuitive.But, as I drove along and saw Cost Cutters beckoning in the storm, it was like a call from the Almighty...why not see if they can help you?If I could just get some layers - SOMETHING - to edge up my bowl cut, i might not be so sad.In I walked - no appointment, no warning. Luis was standing at the front counter, with no idea that he was about to perform emergency hair surgery.I spilled my sad story, his eyes getting wider. When I said - Its just so..BORING - he knew exactly what to do.He sat me at his chair, my hair was still damp from the prior place. He slowly held up a conservative lock of my hair-- He said Look - this is how much Im going to layer -- I promise nothing off the length, okay? Promise! (*repeating this same phrase patiently, several more times as he continued to rescue my 90s hair)The difference he made was subtle, but IMPERATIVE! (to me, lol!)No, I didnt want to rock a Roxette 80s flat top or worse, Sinead, but I also did not want to be Faith Hill circa 1994 (*yawn*).And...Mission accomplished: a style with some edge, but still me!The quality of care at this salon has been excellent every time. Im not sure why I didnt go there first this time, but we all do dumb things (?). I highly recommend this salon, especially Luis. Their hours and pricing are also excellent for my needs, and they are never too booked to take you, in my experience. Thats the biggest draw of all - no waiting in most cases!Give them a chance, then tell us about it here!

Im a fairly difficult person when it comes to scheduling a hair appointment; I dont want to spend an arm, leg, and my first born on hair services but I still want a good quality cut. It took me a long time to find Cost Cutters but holy cow Im glad I did! I was able to get in to the salon the same day I called, I booked with Emily and she was very kind, professional, she listen to what I wanted, took in to account the picture I showed her, and made the appropriate changes so the style worked with my hair type. I havent gotten my hair professionally done in literally years and since going to see her, I feel so cute and confident with the style! I am so happy to have found them and I will absolutely keep coming back to see Emily in the future!

Today was my first time at cost cutter’s. Me and my husband both got our hair cuts here today. Farah cut mine and Gloria cut his. We were both very pleased with their service! But next time I will shampoo and wash my hair before I got there so that I can save the $23 they charge for the shampooing.

I’ve been a regular here for years and the staff is always amazing. Farah always gives me amazing haircuts and I enjoy going there every 2 weeks.

Got a great haircut from Fabby at this salon. We figured out I had been seeing her for 8 years! The place is super busy and there is some noise, but it is good energy overall. I think the manager Lenore really runs a tight ship, but she is aware of every customer that comes in and says hi!

Great place for a haircut! If not full then it won’t take too long to get a cut. Good hair cutters except for one that decided to do my perm her way. It was not too far different from what I had in mind but I won’t be getting a perm from her anymore.

Let me just tell you how much I love this salon!! First of all, all of the employees have wonderful hair and great attitudes. My personal favorite hair stylist is Luis Armestar or “Luigi.” I came to TGF Hair Salon maybe a year and a half ago and have always gone to Luigi to cut and style my hair. He always makes me feel and look beautiful. He has such a great heart and great style too. He has never messed up my hair, and I’ll continue coming back to see him.

Leonor Aquino and her staff of Stylists are first class. Ive been going to this salon for years so when they changed their name I had my questions but after visiting again theyve put my doubts to rest. Leonor is a professional and knows exactly what Im looking for in a mens haircut every time Im sitting in her chair. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Pretty disappointed when a supervisor of that store refuse to cut my hair because I did not make my appointments. I can not help that our daughter went into labor to have a baby; our grandson & a few days apart we lost a family member who pass away unexpectedly. Where is the compassion from people.

Great customer service but, I totally hate and regret my cut here. Good for a basic cut. Wouldn’t recommend if you have thick fashion forward hair.

The people here are very professional. My stylist was very nice and understanding of my budget concerns. He gave me a cost breakdown of everything I wanted done and I was able to adjust what I got done so that I could get it in the budget I needed. He was very friendly as well.The place got pretty busy. There are a lot of walkins and people did not have to wait long to be helped. I cant wait to see Luigi again

My favorite place to get a haircut. Honestly, all of the stylists are excellent and have cut my hair at one point during the last 10 years. Unfortunately, Ive moved from the neighborhood, but am still able to make it back there occasionally. Gloria is my favorite, but Clorinda, Emily, Farah, Fabi, Ruth, Leonora, and Luigi are excellent as well! Keep up the great work!!

I have been going to this location for years using the same stylist and Im always very happy and its a pleasant experience. Yesterday I went to get a hair cut and get my hair blonder. My normal girl was not in so I decided to go with a guy named Luigi. First of all hes slower than a turtle, I was there for 4 hours. Yes he did a wonderful job on my color and cut but he was so rough and kept combing my ears when he was cutting my hair. Ouch!!! Then after 4 hours we were done but he insisted on blow drying it. I said no but he insisted on doing it anyway. And by the way thats extra. So I get up to the counter and he tells me its gonna be about $200!!!! IVE NEVER PAID THAT FOR MY HAIR THEIR BEFORE. I complained about being charged for the dew fix so he took that off. I did not get a receipt and he totally over charged me. Do not go to him. He will do everything to rack up ur bill and hes very rough.... very bad experience. Shame....

They change their prices every time I come in and charge you a different price than whats posted on there sign. I had to tell the hairstylist several times that my hair was uneven and blotchy how can he be a master stylist.

Zero style for mens cut. If youre a jock and need a buzz this could work. Im probably the least picky man about his hair cuts and this was a horrible cut. Im more afraid of my girlfriend.

Very inconsistent cuts depending on which master stylist you get. Does no one know how to give a quality scissor cut anymore? If you dont give a buzz cut number, theyre lost. Guess you get what you pay for.
