Everyone was friendly and professional. The eye exam was informative and included looking at my risk factors. Eye doctor was very knowledgeable. I am happy with my eyeglasses purchase and went with all the bells and whistles this time. Will go back in 2 weeks to pick up. A+ experience so far!

My husband, son and I had appointments for eye exams and glasses and the entire visit was AWESOME!! The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. Taura was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable as well! The young lady who checked us in was very nice as well!! We cant wait to pick up our glasses. Thanks Taura again for everything!

They never answer the phone. Do not send message or call you with appointment reminders.I made an appt in May for the following week. The week of, I have not received a reminder. I have called greater than 10 times today. No answer. No outgoing message. No ability to leave voicemail. It either rings until my cell service stops the outgoing call or some weird message saying the call cannot be completed happens.Service is good once youre in there.

Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable of insurance and frame selections. The doctors are beyond pleasant and well informed as they should be with your optical needs. My appointments are readily available, seeing that I have to make two at a time for my daughter and I! Friendly atmosphere, and I will continue my service here!

Awesome experience, I had a 11 AM appointment, For a contact fitting. I was able to get fitted at out of the door in less than 25 minutes. Best I appointment I’ve ever had!!!!

While shopping at the Galleria I walked past Pearle Vision and it reminded me that I was way overdue on getting an eye exam. I popped in to check out the wait time, cost, etc. and from the first person to greet me till the last I was treated with respect and kindness. Most of all; however, everyone was extremely helpful. One of the sweet young ladies looked online and found out that I had dental insurance that would end up paying for almost everything! The technician that helped with part of my eye exam was so very kind. She seemed full of joy as she always had an adorable smile on her face. She even showed and explained a picture she took of the inside of my eyeballs to my 5 year old daughter at my request (how awesome is that!) There was also a very nice gentleman who patiently helped me pick out the perfect frames. I never once felt like he was rushing me or trying to steer me to the higher priced frames rather, on the contrary, he took the time to understand what I was looking for and then searched high and low bringing me each pair to try on. The two young ladies behind the counter made me feel like I had a personal stylist with me to help pick out the perfect frames for my face. They were honest, knowledgeable, and very kind. My first visit to Pearle Vision was truly outstanding; however, the very best part was working with Dr. Paige Chambers! She is so warm and kind with a gentle approach and personality that makes you like her the moment you meet her. She seemed very intelligent and knowledgeable as she answered all my questions in a manner that even I could understand. The exam itself only lasted a few minutes but during that time Dr. Chambers had me laughing out loud about margaritas, we reminisced about the good old days, had a serious conversation about the health and status of my eyes, and we even talked about the current state of college football! She is very pretty and super easy to talk to but most importantly she genuinely seems to be a wonderful optometrist. I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about my visit to the optometrist today. I would highly recommend that anyone who needs to see an optometrist or even if you just need a new pair of glasses to go see Dr. Chambers and the other fine folks at Pearle Vision in the Galleria. Their customer service is simply THE BEST!
