I had my sale handled by Mrs. Crystal and she was able to help me with my emergency situation with not having glasses and needing them ASAP! She was courteous and so kind. Because of her I’m considering swapping from a privately owned ophthalmologist! 10/10 stars!

My wife broke her glasses frame on the way back home from a vacation at the beach in Florida and we stopped by the Lenscrafter shop in Hoover to see if they could repair it. It was not reparable, but they took time to tape them back together for her so that she could use them until they could be replaced. We appreciate the extra help they provided to us.

Robert was very knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, patient! We had an issue with the insurance and couldn’t complete the transaction in 1 day but Robert made sure that once the insurance issue was cleared, he already had everything loaded in the system and ready for us to call in and complete the transaction. The only reason we went back is because wanted to look some more but had we stayed with our original choices, Robert had asked us to just call and give the info over the phone so as to avoid another trip. Wide selection and some of the best brands. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I decided to go to LensCrafters to purchase my new eyeglasses. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Crystal. She is great! She helped me pick out my new frames and helped me decide which ones were best for me! The customer service is over the top! I would recommend this location to everyone!!

Crystal and Beth are the 2 people that helped me with the purchase of my glasses. They are such great people and I loved the experience I had with them and will always buy my glasses here as long as they are there. If I were Lenscrafters I would do my absolute best to keep them happy because they make that store absolutely spectacular.

Thanks lenscrafters for saving my pocketbook. 3 weeks after I got my glasses I fell, scratching the coating off in several places. I went back to lenscraftwrs and because I had the protection plan it cost only 27.00 to replace the lens and frame! I had priced my lens before,not at lenscrafters, and a pair of glasses elsewhere cost about 1,200.00 and no protection plan! So, thanks lenscrafters, you have all my business.

The absolute worst transaction. I use one benefit from my multiple vision benefits. The store kept using my other benefits preventing me from ordering another glass in another vendor. Their cashout person need more training. I dont recommend store. They good at getting your money and drop from there. Horrible. Experience

Will never use this company or doctor again. She said that she saw blood in my eye and sent me to a Retina specialist, who saw nothing. Then she did not believe the specialist and wanted to see me back, then tried to charge my health insurance for service a that I did not ask for. I gave them my vision insurance and paid all co-pays required. Beware of people/companies trying to recover money from WORLD PANDEMIC loss.

Great experience! Lab tech was able to straighten my bent frames that were damaged by umpiring a baseball game. Went ahead and ordered another pair of glasses, as did my wife. Thankful the location in the mall was open so I didn’t have to go an evening with bent frames! Also ladies in the store were great! Took us in an hour before close and was in no rush to get us out and was sure we were completely taken care of!

I was happy with my glasses, I got fitted for contacts. I had to go back the 2nd time, then my mom fell, my mom had cancer taken off her face. My husband got sick mean while. Went back today because I needed to try another, she said because its been 3 months theyd charge me a fee. I wasnt told make sure you get back in here at a specified time limit. I paid for a contact consolation because I wanted contacts.

Today I went to lenscrafters in the Galleria. I had planned to have an eye exam, buy 3 months of contacts, and buy glasses... I walked in, yea that means a wait sure, but I was told when going to the exam counter that they were too booked up and I needed to come back at 2...(I guess me going ahead and putting my name down and being queued up would have somehow effected scheduled people???) When I got back at 2, i expected a wait, but as I sat there I was passed over while a husband went to search for his wife who was just out shopping.... in the time they searched for here I guess the doc didnt want to help anyone else? Then i was finally told i was next and a man came in 30 min late for his appointment and of course got to jump ahead of me again... no sorry, nothing... this place does not care about customers who are walk ins... I guess they might be good at some aspects of something but this was the worst customer service Ive recieved in the riverchase Galleria, which is saying something

Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Did everything I was supposed to. Waited for over 20 minutes while the eye technician did other things like answer the phone and just fooled around. Got up and left. Never going back to this place. They are either understaffed or just dont understand when someone has an appointment, they have an appointment.

Very professional staff and nice, but the manager tried to upsell me on my lens!! She was trying to say i would pay $89 dollars out of pocket and my insurance would pay the rest for single lens! which it didnt make sense, cause my copay for single lens are $20 bucks!! I left and went to another location and for the same pair of frames and lens it came out to $27.50!! thats crazy! If i would have never left and went to another location, Ive would have spent money that I did not need to. Seems like the manager needs to go back to training

Walked in at 5:55pm and they told me that they closed at 6pm. Online, it says they close at 9pm, but the store clerk said that the doctors office portion closed at 6pm, and that I could not purchase contacts from the main store counter. So, not only does part of this location close 3 hours earlier than advertised, they also shut it down 5 minutes early. Very frustrating.
