The ladies who work at this location are consistently sweet and helpful! Especially Donna who is always so kind and considerate! I always feel like they are willing to help me and they are never grumpy or rude. That means a lot!

I have been buying my glasses at the same store for more years than I can recall. Seems like I always have. You have 2 ladies who have been there the whole time (at least in this century!). They both remember my name and my difficulty in finding frames small enough for my face. They never fail to find the perfect frames, they smile and they are both efficient. They tell me the truth about the appearance on me too. I lose glasses all the time. I stay away from optical stores and go to walmart for low pressure tell us what you want and we will get it attitude. I buy three pairs at a time at entry level prices and am not disappointed when I lose them. Ladies at Walmart are nice don’t take long and get me what I need without the fluf. I’m happy. Of course I am the kind of guy that goes into a barber shop asks for a # six clipper cut , tapered at edges with sideburn mid ears and am satisfied when it takes 5 minutes.

Horrible had a 430 appt and there were 4 others waiting. Whats the point of appointments?
