Very pleasantly surprised! Its a great workout incorporating cardio and weights for all fitness levels. The people are great and teachers take the time to know all of the clients. I really enjoy it, give it a try!

This workout is NOT stuck in the 80s! Hour long classes in a variety of formats (Interval, Fusion, Strength, Dance Mixx, Strike, etc) give a total body workout to CURRENT music. This facility is great in the sense they have changing rooms and bathrooms with showers, mats, weights, sell water and snacks, and have a variety of instructors. The owner, Kim, is positive and friendly, and ALL fitness levels are welcome. Definitely worth checking out!
