Before working out at Perpetual Strength, I never found a gym that I actually attended regularly. I would be very sporadic going a couple times a week and then not going for weeks or months. Here though I go 2x to 3x a week as the instructors Mike and Alyssa are amazing and so are the other members. Its nice to work out somewhere that you actually look forward to going each and every time! :) Would recommend Perpetual Strength for anyone.
