Id give them more stars if I could!! I was there Thursday evening, everyone was incredibly friendly, great to deal with, just amazing! I couldnt ask for better care and treatment! Thank you Tracy, Alisha, Gil and Yolanda. I dont know who the midday receptionist was but she also was VERY helpful on the phone and super nice! Been to other AFC locations and this one should be the model on how to do things right!!!!

We had to do a walk in wait due to appointments being booked but they were very kind about it and got us in quickly! All staff were very polite, helpful and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this place.

Your website and voice message on the phone say you accept walk ins. Your receptionist said you dont. She was incredibly rude and told me to leave. Another receptionist made an appointment for me. I got the covid rapid test and a nurse delivered negative results. I asked why I was feeling sick and running a fever then. She just said I dont know and walked away. I showed myself out. Out of the 4 employees I interacted with, 2 were very rude and unprofessional. Only the tech who took my vitals could be considered kind or helpful. I will never go to this urgent care again.

The staff was amazing and very sweet. They made my visit very comfortable. And very quick. I will definitely be going back for any immediate medical reasons. Fast and efficient. Got there when they said to and they were ready for me exactly when they estimated. Doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. All in all better than I could have hoped for.

Exceptional customer service from the receptionist 💛 Great staff of nurses, nurses practitioners and doctors. They all were very kind, informative and did it all in a timely manner. You can tell they are all passionate about what they do and actually care about the children. David Timm was AWESOME ! I came all the way from another county. He even caught an developing ear infection that my child’s primary care physician didn’t catch. Wish I could rate them 10 stars.

The Covid precautions were excellent. The staff were very kind to me- empathetic, personable and informative. I really appreciate them risking exposure each day to protect and serve our community.

I had a wonderful experience. The wait time was not long at all after i made an appointment online and i was taken care of in a timely manner. They asked me what i would like to get tested for after there recommendation. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful nurse practitioner.

Theyneed to have doctors that will actually give you ways to help instead of hitting on you. I came in because of nose pain that is keeping me awake at night. Was told to ice (which I have been doing) and that it may or may not be broken (after X-rays were taken) but that if the pain continues I should go to the dr to get more X-rays. This visit was a complete waste of my time. The doctor was very young and asked irrelevant questions then proceeded to tell me how nice it was to meet me and how he enjoyed talking to me… I came for medical help not to get hit on by a creepy doctor.

Jenna and Juan were AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely nice. Dr crumpler as well. We were in and out in less than 30 min after getting stitches. Highly recommend coming here and especially asking to see any of the three mentioned above!

My provider for my visit today was Christina Hamby and she was amazing!! I specifically asked her who I could talk to about how pleased I was with my visit and she recommended I leave a review so here I am! She was so kind and took the time to really help me understand the condition I’m current dealing with. Very impressed!!!

Very helpful staff and made my visit as pleasant as they could. X-ray tech was super friendly and made me as comfortable as possible while she worked. Not the way I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon but they made it tolerable! Thank you!

Staff was very qualified friendly and efficient. I set my appointment online was seen immediately, the same nurse who took my vitals came back and also performed my X-rays, and the practitioner who diagnosed my foot had me feeling better in a day. All of this in less than an hour !

Was extremely disappointed. I reserved an appointment here online at the advice of my PCP since they are not seeing in person patients. I listed all my symptoms (sore throat, fever- we were pretty sure it was strep since covid test was negative) When I arrived, first thing the receptionist said “are we doing a covid test on you” I said, “no, I had one yesterday and the results for negative” She then replied, “then what are you here for…?” Literally. Just like that. I made the mistake of phrasing it that my throat felt like it was closing up, what I meant was that it was swollen from what I now know is in fact strep. She got caught up on that phrase and didn’t use common sense to see that I could obviously breathe, just was in extreme pain, refused to admit me and told me to go to the ER. Thankfully the Prisma Urgent Care on Verdae was more than willing to see me as a walk in, minimal wait time, took the appropriate swabs to identify that I do indeed have strep, gave me antibiotic and steroid shots and I left feeling better than I did going in. I will stick to Prisma from now on. This location at least I will NEVER return to.

I came in with COVID symptoms and was pretty sick. Fever, chills, bad cough, and was dehydrated. When my rapid test came back negative, they just kicked me out rather than addressing that I was still really sick with symptoms that needed medication!

Most of my experience have been fantastic until one evening I brought my son at 7:30 and the close at 8. He had a rash all over his body and they did not want to be bothered with him.

My second visit to this office and always a caring staff. Thank you for being there for me.

I had went to the ER earlier today and went home still unsure about my condition and not feeling well. I came to AFC urgent care and my NP Christina Hamby was simply the best not only did she get to the root of my problem she also help me to calm down. She is one of the best NP I have came across in a long time and she needs to be recognized for her wonderful attitude and caring heart!!

So sweet and caring. I have been sick and going through it, but they did all they could to help me feel better. From the front desk until I left everyone was so caring and compassionate. Thank you all for all yall do

I’d been turned away from 2 other AFC urgent cares because they wore booked thru closing time. My cat had scratched me and left a deep cut right under my eye and it was starting to look infected. The Haywood Rd location worked me right in! I was in and out in 30 min. I couldn’t have been happier with the care I received!

I would highly recommend this particular urgent care. Besides the fact that both of my visits had less than a 5 minute wait time, every person on this staff is wonderful. I was having really bad back and sciatica pain, and P.A. Melissa was absolutely wonderful to me. Upon returning later that week, on the weekend, the Dr, was again, so kind, as was the really sweet N.P., Jaime, I believe was her name. It makes a BIG difference when Drs and P.A.s treat you kindly. I definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs an urgent care.

I visited here for a rapid COVID-19 test before & after my international trip. Both visits were great. The staff was excellent, helpful & patient. AFCs website allows you log-in & wait in line...very efficient use of time with contactless check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist, Alisia greeted me and was friendly as well as Neli, the med-tech. Christina Hamby, NP went out of her way to get me relief...I was impressed by the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service. Highly recommend this urgent care center.

This was our first experience at AFC Urgent Care Haywood Road. Access is very convenient and the sign in process was fast and easy. Dr. Ta along with Michelle, Melinda and Gilian were all very personable and professional. They all made our visit a terrific experience!

I came here for an animal bite incident. The staff and Doctor were so unbelievably sweet, caring, and professional. The receptionist was very welcoming. Overall very impressed!

Inaccurate wait time. Was told 40-60 minutes to be seen for Covid-19 testing. After waiting for 90 minutes was told there were 6 more people ahead of me. In that 90 minutes sitting there I saw maybe 5 people go back. So take what they tell you with a grain of salt. Feeling terrible and tired of sitting there I decided to leave and go home to isolate and rest.

This location is a joke,the doctor prescribed me the wrong medication after I told her I am allergic to it,then my other medication they prescribed me wasn’t even to treat my condition I had to go to the REAL ER to get my diagnosis and proper medication,the doctor was very UNPROFESSIONAL when she came in my room she was telling me everything wrong with the old lady in the room beside me which I thought was confidential information.Then I had to call back 2 days later because I was getting very sick from my medicine to have them argue with me for 15 mins that I wasn’t even seen in that location which I was,then another doctor wrote me another prescription that did nothing for me.So 5 days later they call me back with my test results and tell me stop taking all the medication they prescribed 4in total that it will make me violently ill(thanks a lot)then they after playing phone tag for 15 mins while at work they told me they were calling something else in.UPDATE I HAD TO GO BACK HERE FOR BRONCHITIS RECENTLY AND I GOT THE BEST SERVICE I COULD ASK FOR,I guess my other visit I had a bad dr,this time I had a nurse practitioner and she was awesome,I will go back here again in the future and haves changed my rating from my other visit

It was my first time visiting an AFC Urgent Care to find where I can receive a Tuberculosis blood test and other vaccines. I had some questions about insurance and Alisa helped me answered my questions about prices for shots and such. Thank you Yolanda, Tracy, Gil, Alisa!

Dont go here- 1st time ever Ive been turned away from an urgent care center because they are short staffed. Nursed called Pelham Rd location and they told us no sense in coming here, we cant do anything for pulled muscles.....real professional guys!
