I went in over a week ago after having a high fever for days. I had a negative Covid test, and I wanted a strep, flu and CBC to rule out anything else. After a negative strep and flu test, they would not do blood work and wrote it off as a bacterial infection. The staff was friendly but dismissive, and it took hours to even be seen. After not feeling better days later, I finally went to Physicians East and they did bloodwork which concluded I have mono.

Incompetent, is the best word to describe the people who work here. They have never heard of a self-funded health care plan and refused to even speak with the plan administrator! The people who work at the front desk for patient intake really need better training. Turning away sick people because you do not know how to process their insurance is pathetic!

Making an appointment does not make your visit any faster. Checked in 15 minutes before my appointment and I’m still waiting in my car an hour after my appointment time. If I wasn’t so sick I would just leave.

I recommend FastMed when I cannot see my primary care doctor. It’s easy to make an appointment online, the staff are friendly & efficient. This facility has been there whenever I needed them! Highly recommended!

Walk-ins welcome, straight from the website: Greenville Urgent Care Walk-In ClinicToday I walked in and walked right back out when, after explaining that I could not hear out of the left ear, that the same ear was burning and quite painful... Do you have an appointment? Earliest we can see you is Tuesday.So, from this, I understand walk-ins are welcome but only welcome to make an appointment, not to walk in and get treatment.First experience. Probably not going to be a second.

Literally why make an appointment. You still have to wait regardless. You would think they would at least get the appointment time close to when you asked for it. I had an appointment at 5 and they told me yeah sorry it is a 3 hour wait. I told them I had a set scheduled appointment and they told me that did not matter. Im upset that I needed to waste my whole day here when I could have set an appointment Literally anywhere else to get what I was looking for. Will 100% never use this service again and would highly highly HIGHLY recommend that others do the same. Possibly then they could make appointment times true.

Went on Sunday for an xray for my sons foot. I was surprised at how quickly we were seen. Much faster than Physicians East Urgent care (and they accept Medicaid) and a thousand times faster than the ED would have been. Overall, a pleasant experience (given the circumstances).

Tried to walk in and got turned away. This place is insane. Unsafe, their employees are over worked clearly. They lost one of their best FNP employees, I see she is no longer there. That’s actually why I went there because I know she actually knows her stuff. I don’t blame her. Clearly management is not in control of this place. Online appointments at an urgent care? Makes absolutely zero sense. Lobby was full during the delta variant ??? I’m lost. This place needs to be reported. When you’re looking for an urgent care, don’t choose FastMed.

A wonderful experience, my first visit. My waiting time was expected due to covid. The staff was wonderful. I recommend Fasted anytime before Vidant emergency. The young man that took care of me was very nice and knowledgeable.

Called an asked about getting a sports physical for my son and was told it would be best to make an appointment. Made an appointment for 915. After standing in the waiting room for an hour and 45mins. after the appointment time I finally asked what was going on. I was then informed that they dont schedule appointments for sports physicals and the appointment is really more like a place holder. Very unimpressed with the experience from start to finish.

I came here in the middle of 2020, when I didnt even want to leave the house. Shawanda at the front desk was so understanding and kind, she let me wait in the car and they called me when it was my turn. I had an unexpected outcome, but Bliss was very comforting and assured me that this treatment would help my situation. She was right! I felt better before the day was over. It was so refreshing to have people with such great attitudes in the middle of a global pandemic. I cant thank them enough.

The service was very professional and a clean environment. After checking in you had to wait in your car and they will call you when its your time to be seen. It was very busy and I will recommend that you schedule a visit to reduce the wait time. With the growth in Greenville population it seems like at the least one more should be open at this time.

Waited TWO hours for a scheduled appointment. Ok, first. A scheduled appointment at an URGENT care. What even? Apparently I waited so long because someone did NOT do their job and check me in. Then, I had to circle BACK from the pharmacy because they didn’t send my script over correctly. I literally called them while at the pharmacy and was on hold right until I saw the Doctor who saw me come out and he asked me why I was back and I told him. He printed me a script to take with me and apologized. The reason I’m leaving 2 stars is because the nurse who took my vitals was AWESOME and I was truly quite upset at that point, so she was truly exceptional. She even brought me a granola bar when I told her I hadn’t eaten in some 7-8 hours.

They are the slowest in the world, its beyond ridiculous to be honest 😕 we waited 51 mins for a sheet of paper. They dont listen because they filled the paper out wrong again and we had wait a few more minutes. I wouldnt take my dog here to be honest 😕

I do not recommend this place. I live a good 45 minutes away and tried calling on my way to the office to make sure they were accepting walk-ins but of course, no one would answer the phone. So when I get there, they told me they were no longer taking any more walk-ins for the evening. This was an hour and a half before they actually closed. Very disgusted with this group.

I went in the fast urgent care in Greenville NC today which is July 6 , 2021 at 7:29pm and was told I couldn’t get seen they was closed but they don’t closed until 8pm I’m in pain and really needed care so I’m On my way! To ER now the girls that work up to the front need to fired this is unacceptable if they in pain they would want some help to not to be told they closed just so they can hurry up and get off work early than what they suppose to or making they job very easy doing nothing

My 6 yr old son had a cold. I knew it was a cold, my parents who are a surgeon and a nurse knew it, but because there’s a stigma of non-vaccinations and these new variants of Covid, The school obviously required him to be tested for Covid, before he could return. I totally understand and support that.I do commend fast-med, and being the only establishment with Covid testing that had an appointment the very next day, instead of three days from then. Because of how bad it’s gotten with a spike in people contracting Covid. I was grateful to have an appointment the next day instead of, next week.Now, normally I would’ve gone to our pediatricians office but they were booked, everywhere was booked. nowhere took, walk in appointments anymore, and the ones that did? Wouldn’t take children.So again, was very grateful for Fast-Med, for allowing us to walk in and make an appointment for the very next day for a Covid testing.But- I’d like to be very honest here. I did not appreciate the demeanor of the front desk personnel. It was passive aggressive, demeaning, dismissive, uncomfortable.{My father is a specialist surgeon with his own practice here in Greenville for almost 36 years. He just retired. And my mother has her masters degree in nursing and works directly under the dean of the school of nursing, for ECU school of nursing. I worked at my fathers practice for 18 years. I absolutely do understand working in healthcare, and my review/opinion comes from an educated and fair place of opinion.} to be fair it was not every front desk nurse. It was just two, but they were very confrontational, dismissive, passive aggressive, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. But once we were called back to actually see the nurses and the doctor herself.That was a completely different world. I felt safe, I felt that myself and my child, were not just part of the cattle. We were individuals and we received that individualistic attention, from not only the nurse but the doctor as well. And I, 100% appreciate that so very much and thank the nurses and the doctors, for being so sweet and soft with my very young son, caring, and communicative with me. Five stars for the nurses and the doctors that fast med.No thank you -to the front desk though. And that’s a shame. As my father used to say the front desk is the bridge of the ship. It’s your first introduction towards behind the doors. So I was expecting to be dismissed the way I was in the waiting room. And it was an ultimate wonderful lovely surprise, to be very cared for by the nurses and doctors at FastMed. And I thank y’all so very much for that.

Visit went well. I was extremely sick. Culture was sent off and when it came back they called me and I was in the hospital. The hospital was able to use the culture results to get me on the right antibodic. Life changing. Thank you for that important follow up.

I took my 3 month old in at about 5pm on a Friday for a cough and fever because thats where her pediatrician suggested I take her. After sitting there about 45 minutes I got called up front and asked if I wanted to keep waiting because the doctor wouldnt prescribe anything for her due to her age. I said yes I would at least like her to be evaluated. The lady said okay go have a seat. 15 minutes later she called me back up to the front and told me to go to ECU pediatrics to be seen there because they might be able to prescribe something. I explained to her I didnt feel like they would see her due to not being on her medicaid card, however she informed me they would. I loaded up my baby and eldest daughter go across town to ECU pediatrics just to confirm what I knew. They wouldnt see her. The following morning I took her back to fastmed per her pediatrician again and they not only saw her but prescribed antibiotics for a double ear infection.

It was the worst place Ive ever been.we waited there in line with about 10 to12 other people who needed to be seen and out of us all nobody was seen they turned away every single one of us.I dont even know how this place is even open.im not even sure if it is a urgent care.dont waste your time or gas.

When I came in there was some mix up I also made an appointment on line hoping I would not have to be there all day and was there close to 2 hours but I’m glad I went bc I ended up having to purchase compression calf sleeves for my leg and I never in my wildest dreams thought it would help yet it sure did I’m still wearing the sleeve and I was told it might be a lifetime thing but it helped greatly. I had a partial knee replacement approximately 3 years ago and related to that my glands in my leg was blocked making my calf swell my calf was 4 times bigger than my left leg and it hurt and now it’s gone down it’s a size bigger than my left and feels soooooooooooooo much better thank you fastmed I’m feeling much better I do also have to add that you are given a notice thing that is suppose to go off mine never did bc the girl forgot to put me on the board and I had to wait in my vechile but the staff was friendly and the security guard was very pleasant and opened the door I do have to add that the staff was very polite yet I had to wait more than I expected but once I was seen and they figured out what was going on with me having to wait for my paper work was ridiculous I am hoping next time I go in there I’m not there 2 hours either way I’m glad I went

Ok, had a cut on my finger that after an hour was still bleeding. Now, lets begin. When I first entered I couldnt help but notice how clean it was. Very reassuring. The lady at the front desk who took my information was very polite and friendly. I was taken back right away and sat for maybe at most 5 minutes. That is when the PA Sarah Mann entered, friendly, professional and funny. She immediately. A bit later Tarra Midgette came in to assist. She was also very friendly and funny. These 2 helped make a bad evening into a much better one. The care and compassion is beyond what any other urgent care has shown. Thank you all so much!! I will definitely be back, but only if I hurt myself............which means soon. Haha.

I am a regular at Fastmed. I have to go every week or two. Some weeks are faster than others, but overall I recommend this place if you need minor care. Like I stated above some days are faster than others. Just as any medical facility. For the most part the staff are very kind and courteous. I did have a rude MA on this past Sunday. I wouldn’t let one bad apple spoil this review. Thank You Guys so much.

I use Fast Med on a regular bases because I can walk in and get the services I need on the same day. Most of the time it is for a 72 hour check for entrance exam for a new child coming into my home or a school physical. I have been very pleased with their service. I’m there so often that the front end staff recognizes me by face. Keep up the good work.

I went and waited over an hour before she told me I wasnt checked in for my appointment and that I could leave and come back in an hour. I then waited after my scheduled appointment for another hour to be seen. I havent heard anything back from them about my strep test in 48 hours. I have called numerous times and left voicemails. I even had another cities fastmed answer and they sent them an email??? I am currently taking antibiotics they prescribed me for strep without even having a positive strep test. I despise this place. I have never had a good experience here.

Front desk staff was RUDE. I was misdiagnosed and the people had an attitude when i came back to get copy’s of the X-rays that were misdiagnosed. Would not recommend this location NOR would I go back. I ended up having to go to the hospital because of this.!

They have been ok in the past, but now you show up and they say they have no appointments despite the website saying they do. When asked why they don’t put up a sign in the door noting they have no availability the answer is “it’s a cooperate decision”.

This facility is “short-staffed” and requires an appointment to be seen by them. Completely defeats the purpose of an “urgent” care. Would not recommend trying to make an appointment either, went in to see at least 7 or 8 people all waiting for their appointments. If you have something that is actually urgent I would suggest going elsewhere.

The nurse and Dr who conducted my daughter’s physical for school soccer were both quick and thorough! Overall a great and very quick experience!

First visit went great! Urgent care near me is closed on Sundays, so we ended up at FastMed. Front desk staff as well as direct care staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. My daughter received quality care in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Horrible customer service. Took over an hour to even check in. It will be almost 2 hours since Ive arrived and I still havent been seen. Kept my ID cards for a while until she scanned them which made me super uncomfortable, Ive never had my ID cards held at a medical place. Took patients out of order. Front desk lady (I believe her name was Chantel) did not have any sense of urgency and would not directly answer any of my questions, she didnt seem to know many answers. Saw a man pay in cash, and she told him she would give him change later???? Only came here because its one of few places that was open on a Sunday but I will not be returning.

Absolutely not Fast at all.I have been to this urgent care twice and was absolutely not impressed. I was able to schedule a time slot online to be seen. When I checked in on the iPad I was handed in the office, it estimated my wait time was 25 minutes. Which I initially thought was impressive given it was a busy Saturday morning. Over an hour and a half later when I had still not been called back to be seen and asked my status in line I was informed by office staff that the time slot I signed up for was actually just a place holder in line and not an appointment. That should be made more clear on the webpage. Also if Im going to have to wait an hour and a half, tell me. Do not give me an estimate of 25 minutes and then act like Im crazy for checking my spot in line after an hour and a half. I was then brought into a back room with no door and asked me to sit in a chair that literally had a piece of paper taped to it that said please discard.Unfortunately, I required a follow-up visit which I opted to do virtually. The virtual visit was much better organized. However, the provider determined I needed to be seen in office for a chest x-ray. The provider switched me to someone to set up the in office visit which I then had to schedule for the following day. Despite the fact that I had scheduled the visit for the x-ray, I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. TWO HOURS. I missed over 3 hours of work by the time I waited and was seen.Overall, not impressed.

I scheduled a visit time of 5:30pm and walked in the door about 5:22. I gave my insurance information, license, filled out the forms and sat down. The lobby was full and everyone got called back and I was still sitting. After almost an hr and not receiving any further advisement, I went to see what was going on. I was told I was still being checked in after an hr. The lady at the front desk after another 15mins went by then proceeds to tell me one insurance worked but the other didnt. The insurance they got to work was going to cover as far as i know. I asked how long it would be again, because at this point they had almost cleared the lobby twice. The lady at the front desk says I would be the next person called back for a room. They called 2 more people back who came in after me and I still sat there for another 10minutes. 6:45 I got up to leave and told them I wasnt going to keep sitting for an appointment I scheduled at 530. Then about 650 someone calls to ask if Im still there. I will not utilize this location again, almost 2 hours and went back home in pain.

This place as a whole needs help. Please mystery shop or something to get these people out of there because they really suck and they are not friendly what so ever.

Whether you schedule an appt or walk-in the wait time is ridiculous, especially for a simple drug screen. The company made me an appt at 0630, because I figured the volume wouldnt be so high, but it was and after a hour I left. Im sure that while patients are waiting in rooms someone could be knocking out the drugscreens.

Long wait times, incompetent front desk clerk, my name was spelled wrong even though I gave the person my I.D., my drug results wasnt even faxed to my job, when the form I gave to them specifically says fax them a copy. They told the HR at my job that they didnt drug screen me. I recommend this slothful, incompetent business to no one.

I went to Fast Med to get a spider/tick bite evaluated. The VA referred me there for faster service and it didn’t cost me a thing. I was seen within 30 minutes and the team did a wonderful job. Everyone was really friendly and professional. I couldn’t of had a better visit to a doctors office. It was that awesome! A big thanks goes out to the team over at Fast Med of Greenville NC.

If youd ever been to the emergency room, vidant. You can appreciate not having to wait 10 or 11 hours to be given tylenol and sent out the door. Its an emergency facility so you are going to wait but I only waited an hour. The receptionist made sure she got me in before the limit was reached and the dr was great even thought he was the only one working due to another calling out. Because of them I could rest easy over the weekend knowing my son was going to be fine and got treatment.

I had an appointment and got there 15 minutes early to ensure I had plenty of time to complete any paperwork. I had to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time, but they were busy and constantly had people going into the back and coming out. I get back to the exam room and both the nurse and the doctor were VERY nice, professional and efficient. I have zero complaints. I was told the doctor was a little behind because she was the only one working there. Awesome people. Super clean. Will definitely be going back if I need anything.

I was seen approx. 4 weeks ago. I have an extremely severe, well documented chronic illness which is easily controlled with a simple prescription (non controlled, thyroid med) that I take daily & will need for the rest of my life. Due to loss of job & insurance I have been untreated for some time resulting in symptoms so severe that I am left practically immobile due to muscle pain & weakness, shortness of breath & a general feeling of disorientation.Having experienced this before, I know how dangerous it is to go untreated for any substantial length of time but also that it would be a few weeks before I would be able to acquire an appointment with a new provider.I chose to visit an urgent care facility so that I could begin my medication regime as soon as possible to alleviate the symptoms and prevent it from worsening while I waited for an appointment.The physician very kindly wrote me the prescription for the medication I needed & within a week my symptoms began to improve. The prescription was for 30 days, which ran out 5 days ago, however, my appointment with the new provider is still 4 weeks out.Knowing that they typically do not authorize refills, I felt I had no choice but to simply hope my body would hold out for the next few weeks, however, after just a few days, nearly all of my symptoms have begun to return.I decided to return to the facility this morning, more than willing to be seen again if necessary (although according to their website a follow up is included in the self pay price) because I understand how dangerous it is for me to be off of this medication, particularly with these kinds of symptoms.I informed the receptionist of my problem, letting her know my apt was exactly 4 weeks from today, that my symptoms had returned & that I would gladly pay to be seen again. Without inquiring about the situation, she informed me that they did not refill prescriptions (which I completely understand having worked in the medical field), however, because my symptoms have returned & my physician appointment is still several weeks out, I asked if I could be seen again stating that I needed to be seen by someone.She disappeared into the back for all of 20 seconds, failed to obtain any personal information whatsoever so that a decision could be made based on my individual circumstances & upon returning told me they could not do anything & that I could not even be seen...? Basically, I was refused medical care services & based on her reply pertaining to the reasons why (which were unclear), I was made to feel like I was nothing more than a prescription seeking addict. I might have pressed the issue further to determine why I was being refused any service despite having a well documented, very real, very serious health issue for which Ive been previously hospitalized for & told could be fatal without proper treatment & continued medication but I was left feeling incredibly embarrassed & very unfairly judged without legitimate cause based on the assumptions of a receptionist who failed to even ask my name.My options now consist of waiting 4 more weeks without medication in the hopes that my body will hold out for that long or attempting to visit another urgent care facility & having to explain why I was refused service at this one & why they were unwilling to prescribe the medication (a completely harmless medication) that I have been on for close to ten years, for the actual length of time it is taking to see a permanent provider.

This review is for front desk Staff Kelly, Providers on staff 4/30/2021, office manager Shakira P. and future patients who may visit this facility.I was referred to this facility by the VA and informed that this was the closest VA approved Urgent Care in my area. On arrival, I informed Kelly that I was referred to them by the VA. Kelly stated that the Walkin Urgent Care was not accepting Walk-Ins at this time because they were “short staff”. She said I could wait in my car and check back from time to time to see if I could be seen. I said ok and proceeded to leave. I immediately called the VA to give them an update. They were not aware of this “policy”. The VA shared other approved facilities that were an hour or more away from me. I went back into the FastMed and asked Kelly, if I could checkin and wait until a provider became available, she told me no. So, I asked to speak with a manager or whomever gave the order to stop accepting walk-ins. One of the managers, I did not get her name until later (Shakira P.) was standing at the front, she asked Kelly who instructed her to not accept Walk-Ins, Kelly gave her another female staff members name (the one who gave the order directly from providers) I could see that Kelly had minimum respect for Shakira from her tone of voice and body language. Shakira instructed her to check in the back and see if a provider would “squeeze” me in. Kelly got up with an attitude and proceeded to go to the back. When she came back to the front desk she told me I could sit in the lobby while they figured something out in the back and. I sat there for over an hour and a half patiently waiting while others checked in, were seen, and checked out within 10-15min. I started to search their website and found that they have an e-checkin where you can reserve a time-slot to be seen (not an appointment). This is why patients where being seen before me. They were all completing the e-checkin. I asked Kelly why wouldn’t she share that information with me earlier and she said she forgot they had the feature - Everyone being seen was using the e-checkin so I found her accusation hard to believe. I asked her of she was new, she said no, I asked her for her name - she provided her first name (Kelly) I asked her how many providers were working today she states it was 2. I asked her for the managers name that gave the order she said the full-name Shakira P. I stopped her and asked if Shakira was the manager at the front desk earlier she said yes. I said so Shakira did not give the order. I asked her for the lady’s name who gave her the order to stop accepting walk-ins for the providers and she refused to give “this” persons name ( At this point, I can guess this persons racial identity- due to the different level of respect Kelly has for “her/this person”) Kelly was quick to give me Shakira’s full name and attempted to blame Shakira for giving the order until I corrected her. For that reason, I decided not to use Shakira’s last name in this review. Ways this facility can improve, train staff on ethics in the workplace, hire friendly professional front desk staff- they are truly the first impression - this was an awful first impression and experience. When walk-ins are no longer being accepted at a facility that accepts walk-ins it should be posted somewhere. I was felt discriminated against as a veteran at the beginning of this encounter and as the encounter progressed I felt discriminated against as a brown skin potential patient. This was a very disappointing encounter. In conclusion, I left the facility because I no longer felt comfortable being seen at this facility and entrusting them with my healthcare needs.

My 80 year old mother went there today for a very simple reason and arrived at 3:04pm. The rude lady at the front desk told her they weren’t taking any more patients today. My mother received no help and was treated rudely. The website and business voicemail clearly states they’re open until 4:00pm. She tried to call prior to her arrival but no one answered. I have tried to call since she was turned away and my calls were not answered either. If there is a cut off I understand but it should be on the voicemail and website and since it is not, the very least you could do is not employ rude front desk people that are ugly to elderly sick people.

Came here in Feb 2020 because I felt sick. The staff and doctors were professional and quick. They did exams but found nothing so I didnt receive any medicine and went home like I came in, sick. I got over it with time.The problem I had with this place was insurance. I always had insurance, yet they kept billing me different amounts each month. They kept billing an insurance company I want no longer with, it ended in 2019. I had a new insurance company which covered FastMed visits. I went in person several times to get the situation cleaned up. They gave me a number to call. I called the number several times. They either never picked up the phone or when they did pick up, I explained that I had switched insurance companies (and provided the new information). They never billed my new insurance. Since they were about to send a bill collector my way to ruin my credit, I decided to pay out of pocket. I paid almost $400 for a visit that occurred 8 months ago. The bill amount changed month to month, which I found weird because wouldnt I owe the same amount? Anyways, the actually medical side was pleasant but the insurance/money side was terrible. I never avoided paying. I told them more than once I had switched companies and provided all info (SSNs, addresses, etc.) yet they never did their job in verifying it. I am a military member and I will never go back here for service because it caused me more stress than my initial visit!

I came to your facility to remove wax from my left ear. The lady tried for what seemed an eternity to remove it. The entire time I told her that I was in severe pain but she kept saying that I kept moving. This is true; it was in response to the pain.When I was sent home my left ear was totaly deaf, it has been hurting since and I have constant pain in that ear. I dont know what the problem is and I am hoping it can be resolved. I was told to put drops in my ear and that it would ok after four days which I sincerely doubt. Needless to say; I am extremely unhappy. I arrived with a wax problem and left with a painful,whistling, dead ear.

It seems like this place has posted a review without my permission. I just got an email that said “thanks for your feedback” although I didn’t give any. The wait time was over an hour for a scheduled appointment, and the appointment itself took another full hour. Nothing fast about this location what so ever, the staff is always friendly but time management seems to be an issue, as well as now writing fake reviews under patient names.

With Covid in the mix the clinic was busy even on a Sunday. Clinic clean, staff pleasant and knowledgable. Tested for both the virus and antibodies, awaiting the results. Desk personnel were on top of things especially that people wouldnt wait and the clinic would have to close. Wait for me was 3 hours but I was able to leave and return. Got a text when it was my turn.

Fast is an understatement!! Their name should be ImmediateMed Instant Care cause thats how fast they got me in and seen me! As they process me in they sent me to the back to be seen. They were fast, friendly and extremely professional. Im glad I went to them.

The Medical Assistant I had was awesome. I wish I caught her name. She was very patient with my son and very personable. Maybe I can describe her and hopefully someone will give her a raise. Tall African American woman, with curly hair, and some really cute clear glasses. Showanda at the Front desk was Awesome, she can really multitask. She was helping her co-workers, answering the phones,and checked me and my son in. And she never showed any signs of stress/frustrations. Awesome Team!!

Im not even done yet and already decided I wont be back. Which apparently the front desk staff will be elated because you shouldnt ask questions.

I went in for a dot physical and drug test. This was my first time going in for this I did my physical and gave them a urine sample thinking that was for the drug test. Been calling up there everyday for a week they keep saying its not back yet. (Even though they said it will be back in 1 or 2 days) When I called on the 7th day the lady said no its not back in yet I then go and asked her did yall even sent it off. She looked at my stuff and told me I see where you paid but it look like they never did your drug test. I asked her can I come back up there to do it she told me no someone will reach out to me. (Never did) I been calling all day asking for a refund since I paid out of pocket been getting the run around ever since.

I had a great experience at this facility with a DOT physical and drug test. Staff were wonderful to deal with and wait time was about what I expected as there were several ahead of me at opening time. Definitely would recommend their services based on my visit.

Front people extremely rude. Came in because they’re the only urgent care open. Waited 15 minutes before someone told me they weren’t accepting walk-ins anymore but when I called 15 minutes prior they told me I could come in. Staff extremely rude to all the patients too.

This place is not fast at all. I came last week for a drug test for a new hire. And I had to wait over an hour. I literally almost soiled myself in the waiting room and my bladder hurt so bad from sitting there holding. I had drank some water since I knew I needed to provide a sample but still. I saw several people who came in after me for the same thing be taken care of for me. And I’m here again for a covid test for a new hire. And I’m just waiting and waiting.

It took them an entire week for me to get my test results back. They just forgot about me while I really shouldve been put on antibiotics because my results came back positive. 0/100 I think this is the worst place I have ever been at. would not recommend my worst enemy here because that would be inhumane and cruel.

Took temperature before and after appointment , both the same @ 102 degrees however when I went in they told me I was at a 98.7 so how?? I walked in so I cannot complain about the 2 hour wait however after two hours I would expect A diagnosis. I had to travel all the way to duke urgant care to see truly what was wrong with my throat.. they tested me for strep twice and both results came back negative however I get tested the next day at duke and I am positive for strep.... this is not my first bad experience either , they couldn’t tell what was wrong with my foot when I bruised it and they told me it would get better in a week(it has been almost 5...). Seriously this is not an exaggerated review, this is not a dependable urgent care place they’ve let me down 3 times now.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND SEEK A BETTER URGENT CARE LIKE DUKE PLEASE OR SOMEWHERE BETTER IN GREENVILLE.
