They are very kind and caring professionals. Zero wait time and great service.

Went in for bronchitis. Something I get every year. Told them what has worked in the past. Nurse Practitioner was more concerned with how I knew medical terminology and getting me tested for COVID (which they don’t even offer) than treating me. Told me that because of COVID, the way they treat sickness is different (even if it has worked for the past 20 years). I begged for the treatment that has worked in the past, to no avail. The incompetence baffled me.

I dont think Ive had a better experience with any doctor. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. I came in with a lot of pain in my throat, I saw Taylor, he was super gentle, very nice and made sure I had all information and all my questions answered before leaving. Even called the next day to see how I was feeling, that never happens. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was my first visit, and when I need to visit it will be there again. The care they give is top notch and the staff are all very friendly and warm. They all seem genuinely concerned. Taylor was the Dr. and was awesome. He was very through and came up with a good plan for care. He explained everything very well. He apologized many times for the wait, but I was pleasantly surprised it was no longer than it was since it is flu season. I hope I do not need their service anytime soon, but if I do it will definitely be there.

I went downtown this morning and when I tell you that they had the most friendliest staff ever! I mean they always have good service but the staff today was Awesome. All three ladies were great! From the time I walked up to the the receptionist until the time I walked out the door. Great Service ❤️

Ive now visited this office several times over the past year or two for minor health issues where I wanted timely care and knew that my internal medicine provider could not see me without a more significant delay. This clinic location is in walking distance of my office downtown which makes it very convenient. Ive always been seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Impressive!Taylor McKeowen was my provider today and I am so pleased with how he was able to resolve my problem, during this visit! Please pass along my appreciation to your staff.

I just wanted to say that this place and all the employees are so nice. I was there recently for a small problem but was so impressed with the follow up calls I received from Taylor. He was genuinely concerned on how I was progressing. I highly recommend this urgent care to everyone. Feeling much better!

Everyone at Bon Secours Express Care was friendly, efficient and professional! I walked in and quickly registered. Before I could sit down I was called to go back to the room. As soon as the Med Tech Finished my vitals, the Nurse Practioner was right behind her. He was very friendly and personable. He mad sure all of my questions were answered. I was in, out and back to work within 25 minutes. All around wonderful experience!

Kind staff and spend time listening to you. Highly recommend! Everyone is compassionate and caring from the receptionist to the medical team. First class.

Went there as a last resort for a miserable cold that was not getting better. Was treated kindly and promptly by the receptionist and all personal. Especially impressed with the NP, Taylor, and his assistant, Shanny. Thorough, personable, professional. I felt very glad I decided to go there.Waiting area is a little small, but wasnt a problem when I was there because there were only 2 people waiting, and I donned a face mask to be considerate.

Excellent!! My wife used this once and they are very efficient and quick. So we recently took your daughter here because our 5 Forks/Verdea pediatrician has gotten to big for quick sick appointments and Express Care was again quick, polite, helpful, and understanding. They even called the next day to check on our daughter and see if we needed anything. I would recommend them for any quick non emergency situation. Thanks Express Care!

Fastastis place. Everyone was super awesome and really nice. I came in with a minor (but very painful) laceration on the side of my thumb. They did a great job patching me back up!

Very responsive staff at check-in. Minimal wait time, other than the required paperwork (since I was a new patient). NP Taylor was calm and efficient. I really felt like they all cared about my health.

Absolutely fantastic and professional service for a chin laceration. The entire experience was about an hour from start to finish. Natesha at reception was polite and attentive. Vaneigh (nurse/MA) was courteous and prompt. And Taylor (NP who sutured me up) was a pro. His bedside demeanor was calming and reassuring while he did a great job closing the wound to minimize scarring. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, despite it having to be under these circumstances.

The best minor care place you can go. They are quick and polite. Taylor the NP is great. I highly recommend

Came at 1 when they opened..I was seen in a timely fashion..had to return and am waiting 2 hours after arriving for a Rx that was not called in ! Not happy!

Hours on google say open 9-5 on December 26th, but sign on the door says closed the 26th. . . after we’ve made the drive.

I have no recollection of visiting this clinic. I got sent a bill from the VA for an ER visit at this address. The best the VA could come up with was maybe a car accident then maybe an ear infection. I fought the VA and hired a lawyer. I asked several times no one could find any record of me being here. Then someone else called on my behalf and found my records and I was accused me of lying. I called back to try to figure out why my records couldnt be found the first few times I called. I got a bunch of stupid answers. I went to go to talk to someone in person, by the bad attitude and the stupid look I was getting it was clear I was an inconvenience, and was told not my problem.

Minimal wait time and great service. The nurse practitioner was excellent. I was in and out for a first time visit in under an hour.

Friendly staff, in and out and they called me the next day. Say what? Yes, I was just as shocked as you reading this review! I would not hesitate recommending this place to a friend....and that is the high praise! In, out, got my meds and a phone call follow up. WOW!

Parking was validated, and in the covered garage across the street. Also, easy to walk to. CVS is part of the same building. Minimal to zero wait.

NP Taylor was amazing. He was attentive and thorough.He made sure to find solutions to relieve my lower back pain. I can walk and sit now. Thank you Taylor!

I had to leave work yesterday and go to Bon Secours Urgent Care for a urgent personal medical issue and received the most awesome care from the minute I walked in the door!! the front desk associate was very kind and sensed I was having trouble stating my issue out loud and discreetly handed me a pen and paper to write it down. God Bless her!! and then she was very patient and kind when I couldnt find my ID. then the medical assistant Kaitelyn was precious and kind and compassionate with me -when I asked about the doctor being a woman or not-she was very sweet and understood my concern as I would be seing a male nurse practionerer, but then sang his praises as a very tender and compassionate doctor. She could not have been correct!! Taylor was absolutely precious and professional and put me at ease. He listened and was so kind and understanding. He was a great doctor and very professional and kind! He put me at ease about everything and was very thorough. Again, as I paid on my way out--the front desk associate-Im so sorry I didnt get her name-she was again very patient with me as I paid and my card was acting funny-she offered me my summary and gave me a receipt --all while being sweet and kind! Oh yes, also-I was in and out of there in a little over an hour which is absolutely amazing!! so glad I chose there and not the ER!! I cannot say enough great things about the people and this facility!! thank you so much!!!
