This was a nice place, clean and friendly staff, we went to get a sports physical for school and they were very professional there and got us in pretty quickly and at $10 for a sports physical that was really nice! I highly recommend you check them out for whatever needs you might have!

Heather at the front desk was very kind. My procedure was quick. Results were posted in a timely fashion. There were others in the waiting area but I felt the line moved quickly. I would return without hesitation.

We took our son here today after other local urgent cares do not accept patients under the age of 4. We were impressed, and are grateful to have such an amazing urgent care so close. We highly recommend. The staff and doctors are AMAZING!

Brought my 7yo daughter in to be checked for appendicitis. They took her back immediately and the doctor came straight in. He confirmed appendicitis and sent us straight to children’s. I’d just had surgery and could not carry her out to the car. He even offered to carry her to the car! Very impressed with the level of care and blown away by the kindness.

I’m so glad we took our neighbor’s recommendation for this place. We were in and out in 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Dr Davis and all staff members were incredibly compassionate, kind and patient with our special needs 5yr old boy. So grateful for each of them on a day like today.

Tiffany saved my daughters life!!! My daughter drove herself to urgent care with a severe asthma attack and Tiffany took charge and covered her as if she was her own child. She and Nurse Practioner Lauren, took such great care of my baby, and were truly concerned for her health. Although EMS had to be called to rush her to the hospital, they both stayed by our side throughout. Tiffany even reached out to us to check on my daughter today! My heart is ever grateful for her compassion and her skills during this moment that could have been tragic. Thank you Both and thank you Dr.Davis.

I took my 15 year old in after she fell getting out of the shower and hurt her wrist wait time was nothing the receptionist was very nice and helpful and the nurse was extremely nice the doctor was also very nice showing concern about the injury explained everything to us after the x-rays came back asked us a few times if we had any questions for him great service

In quickly and Dr. Bingham was easily the best provider we’ve ever seen for my kids. He was super patient and helped my kiddo, that normally has to be held down for an otoscopic exam, become comfortable and willing to go through the whole exam by herself. He never seemed rushed and was super kind. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Dr. Bingham for helping my weird, smart kid ;)

We went in 5 min before closing (not realizing they closed at that time) with our 14 month old daughter for a fever. They saw us immediately. Everyone there was extremely helpful and very nice. Dr. Davis was excellent and we were in and out! We could tell they really cared. I would highly recommend them!

This place is an urgent care center. I got anstaple in my hand and left work and drove 20 in to this location at 430 0n 05/22/21. The NP came put and looked at the staple in my hand - which had a good bit of blood on it at this point - and said, well, I dont thnk we have the stuff to remove that here... I was like... Ok.... She sent me another exit back down 85 - at five oclock traffic - to the ER on highway 14. Yes I got the staple removed; but, not by the urgent care center. Ithis staple was inside my hand for approximately three hours and I didnt return home until almost 8. It happened at 4:17

My daughter started complaining of a sore throat and just not feeling well on Friday night. Our pediatricians office is closed on Saturday and I didnt want her to wait until Monday. We checked in online and were given an appointment time. We arrived, checked in and immediately placed in room. No wait time in the waiting room at all! Dr Davis and staff were all very nice and attentive to my daughters needs. She had a rapid strep test done (positive, unfortunately) and we were in the car headed home within 30 minutes of walking in the door. Very pleased with our experience.

Unfortunately have had to go there a few times since the beginning of the year with my 3 boys catching germ after germ. But a bonus is knowing this place is right by our home and is quick, friendly, helpful and clean. Most urgent cares Ive been to have made me feel uneasy but this one, not the case. Do not go there Ive been to the ER twice they told me to call mental health mental health tell me to call their my family doctor tells me to go there I went there and they didnt do nothing but leave me sitting in the room for about an hour and 45 minutes and then tell me to go to an ER

I was out of town and needed to visit a doctor. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. They also accepted my insurance which was a plus! The facility was very clean.

Going to the doctor because you are sick is never fun, but making it tolerable and dare I say, enjoyable, is a tough task. These folks hit it out of the park. Zero wait (I know that could change depending on the season), friendly staff from the front desk, nurses, and the NP Julie Daniels. Knowledgeable and got me all set in no time. Wish I could review the medical care but I never got a chance to experience it. This is the doctor my dad goes to and he likes him a lot. I called to make an appointment but the woman on the phone said the doctor isnt accepting any new patients. My dad talked to the doctor and then told me the doctor will take me, and to call and tell them who my dad is. I called, the woman on the phone still refused to let me make an appointment, even though I explained the situation. I tried again a couple days later and the woman said we dont take appointments we only take walk-ins. Highly confusing. Drove there, the woman at the desk told me you cant just walk in you have to make an appointment. I explained how I tried to make an appointment and they refused, then tried again and they said it was walk-in only. She said sorry I dont know what to tell you. I then explained the dad/doctor situation and how the doctor KNEW I was going to try to come in, and all she said was that does not affect me or our terms of service. I left. Im sure the doctor is great, and maybe one day I will be allowed to meet him.

Took my dad to be seen after battling some sickness. We had a great experience. The staff and doctor provided a great service to my dad and helped him feel better than what he did when he went in. Timely and professional services. My dad was laughing and joking with the staff and they took time out to listen to his silly jokes. It was great medicine for the soul. Nurse Practitioner Julie Daniels is absolutely amazing! My husband and I both had to come in due to severe colds. We were able to be seen together in a very timely manner and received top notch care with an excellent bedside manner. It meant a lot, especially considering how awful weve both felt. This is probably one of the best facilities that I have visited for medical care! The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate! The Nurses are all very sweet, and try their best to lighten your spirits, when youre there because you arent feeling well. Dr. Bowers is an excellent Physician, with probably the best personality of any Doctor I have ever met! The wait time is never more than a few minutes! I never write reviews (especially after just 1 visit), but I felt like Immediate Care Center-Pelham truly deserves praise for being so outstanding. No one enjoys having to visit the doctor (and believe me I had reservations about a walk in clinic), however from the moment I walked in, until I walked out a short time later, I was truly impressed. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable and zero attitude (sadly bad attitudes are all too common these days). They treated me like my time was valuable, what I had to say was important and they were very prompt. I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was stuck sitting in the waiting or exam room waiting....and waiting....and still waiting.I have worked in the medical field for years and I have also spent my share of time visiting various types of medical offices with different family members, so I have been on both sides. There are very few medical facilities I would recommend as being an overall great facility. This is definitely one of them. Not that I want to have to visit a doctor again anytime soon, but if I do, this is my new go to place. I hope they continue to provide excellent care, kindness and compassion for years to come, because Greenville needs more places like this.

Came in felt very welcome and they truly cared and knew I was sick from the way I looked. I was diagnosed with the flu. Great and lovely staff very friendly and joked around with you not being serious and was very concerned in the symptoms. I will definitely come back if I have something pop up like this again. Over the past two years I and my family have had a few visits here, for sports physicals and for ailments. One time we even had to bring a family friend who had an allergic reaction. They have always been very professional, very friendly, and completely knowledgeable. Never once did we get treated like a number nor was there a long wait. Its also incredibly clean and spacious compared to many other 24 / 360 places. Its not the closest location to my home but will always choose it if possible.

I see Dr Davis as my primary physician and I have all the confidence in the world in him. He listens to what you have to say and is very thorough. I constantly recommend him to my friends and family. The staff is always pleasant and kind. It’s definitely worth the drive from Spartanburg, even with the 85 traffic.

Clorissa was very helpful and kind. Very clean office and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for any immediate care. When you’re sick and you don’t want to have to deal with things it’s extremely nice to come into a place where people are empathetic and kind.

My family and I have been here several times and they have always got us in quickly and the staff and doctors have always been very helpful. Most recently, we brought my son in who had suddenly felt sick to his stomach and became faint and dizzy. We brought him in and Dr. Wayne Davis and his staff were very attentive and caring. They ran several tests and provided IV fluids because my son was dehydrated. They made sure my sons fluids were good before we left and provided prescriptions for a intestinal bacterial infection. They even called the next morning to check on my son. Thank you Dr. Davis and staff for doing and excellent job and for helping us get my son well again!

Cool atmosphere! Very clean, everything takes a little while but the customer service is great and you can entertain yourself by asking questions about all sorts of things and theyll answer. Did you know the BCG is something 9/10 people born in China get and they wont have to worry about tuberculosis?

Whether you’re in need of primary care or urgent/immediate care, you won’t find a more caring and professional staff, with this level of care anywhere else. From the front desk, to the nurses, nurse practioners and doctors, they are eager to help. I never felt as though they were rushing to get me in and out. They took their time to thoroughly diagnose my symptoms.What surprised me most was the level of care available at this facility. Full lab work, chest x-rays and EKG, just to name a few, are all available with quick results before you leave. No waiting for and worrying about results. And their office hours of 7AM-9PM weekdays, 8AM-5PM weekends fit most any schedule.I highly recommend Immediate Care Pelham. You won’t be disappointed.

My first experience was amazing! I walked in to very friendly staff who checked me in very quickly. I was placed in a room where my vital signs were taken and as soon as it was finish the nurse practitioner walked right in. Everyone was very friendly and efficient! Im also looking into making this my family medicine doctor. The office is new and very clean with nice decor! Thank you very much for making my sick visit very quick. Spartanburg Reginal is the best.

Do not go here. I was given a shot, a shot I wasnt supposed to have because of my anurysm though they failed to tell me the entirety of the shot and its two names. I went for a kidney stone and when I told the nurse and doctor through my fiance because of my pain that I couldnt have the shot they gave me also couldnt have in pill form. They said go to the ER because we cant prescribe you any hard drugs. I didnt want any hard drugs I wanted them to fix what they gave me. If you come to this place expect to be told to go somewhere else. DO NOT come here if youre in pain!

Took our autistic son there because he fell and hit his eye against the corner of his bed. Had cuts all over and was throwing up we assume because of the blow he took. We called and asked if the took BlueChoice Medicaid and they said yes. We said we are on our way. We get there filled out a form and was waiting. While we was waiting the African American employees was talking about how someone but was getting flat and how it used to be big before they worked out and how someone breasts was smaller I no they had too know someone was listening as loud as they was. The girl up front was swamped and then they come up rolling eyes and being fake. Come out and say Im sorry we dont take this kind of insurance. We said well we called the direct line and they said they do. She goes oh you must of talked to our call center we was like huh sure sounds like your voice who answered. She was like sorry we waisted your time with a crazy look. Nah they dont need that job they just there for the money a pay check not because you are about the field there in. When its like that you cant teutr someone who talks like that out loud then pretend to be professional. And then being aggravated at the one who is working and need help.

If the nurse practitioner Blankston is all that’s available than go somewhere else. She literally had to google my symptoms to figure out what to do and even then was unsure. I had also asked to have a small hernia looked at to see if it needed further attention. The nurse that checked me in said it wouldn’t be a problem but the practitioner left the room and refused to even look at it. The nurse later informed me that if the Doctor was there he would have looked at it with no problem. Not at all happy with the “care” provided.

If I could give a 0 I would. My mom had a very high fever all day and coughed and just was not well at all. We have been going here for a while and have (almost) never had issues. Tonight blew me away completely. We got there at 8:55pm, they close at 9pm. Yes it WAS our fault. BUT, when your a doctor, your career requires you to TAKE CARE of your patients. Some people dont get off work till late and I was not going to just let her sit at home and suffer. Anyways, as the doctor is checking her throats and nose he tells her you dont need to come to the doctor unless you have been sick for a week to 10 days that sounds like bs, plus who is he to tell her that? My face is getting slightly red but what he does next, blows me away. He tells my mom she has a minor cold, and my mom starts to mention about how her blood pressure was changing throughout the day and in the middle of her talking he has a smirk on his face and says well were treating your cold tonight not your blood pressure and she tries to tell him the problem while he literally walks away and says okay bye IN THE MIDDLE OF HER TALKING. I get that its past hours, I get it all. But Ive NEVER seen this level of unprofessionalism and that too in a doctor. I never will go back and be seen by him and neither will my mom. Disgusted.

I would like to start by saying that I have had amazing experiences at this facility. And I have also reviewed those. I had dropped a knife on my foot and could not get the bleeding to stop. I worked in UC for 6 years and always dreaded the last minute patients, well unfortunately with my sneaker literally squishing I had no choice. I had to come in 20 until close. I apologized for it. The staff was nice but the dr was incredibly condescending. SCRUBBING on my cut (ouch) until I was in tears. He then told me it was a contusion but when he turned back around? LO AND BEHOLD.... I was bleeding again. So he glued meUp and sent me home. I was concerned about infection since I had been cutting raw beef with the knife but was ignored. As well as my tears of pain. Had this happened in my office the patient would not have left the building in tears. I will keep an eye on the cuts (not lacerations, the doc was ADAMANT that these were not lacerations) for infection and if that happens will be going somewhere else for a follow up.Update: only 2 hours after leaving the center I am bleeding through the Dermabond glue. I have not touched it nor worn shoes. I came straight home and propped my feet up. My 3 year old son noticed it.

I need pricing on your initial visits for an uninsured patient.Lady: Thats $120Me: OK, is that up front or billed?Lady: Up frontMe: I may need blood tests done is there a price on those?Lady: No, theres no way to know without knowing what the DR ordered but youd be billed for the cost of tests...Me: Ok, well MD360 offers a 30% discount on all of their tests for uninsured patients. Do you offer any discounts on your additionally billed services?Lady: ... no.... (sarcsticallly) that IS the discount...Me: Um, no, thats your price... MD360 is only $100 up front and only $20 more for a visit... plus discounts on services. Have a nice day. *click*Lady was rude and rushed. Ill not be furthering my interactions with the business soley based on this ladys rude sarcasm. If thats the way the first interaction goes, Id hate to see anyone else...

I would like to say the environment is very good and the staff are really nice. Also the fact that it opens on weekend days could really help people. But all these things doesnt count if you dont have a good doctor! Last Sunday I went there because my 4-years-old got a high fever. There we met the most ignorant and uncaring doctor (actually a nurse practitoner) ever. I dont know how does she get along with adult patients. But I highly recommend going somewhere else if you have a sick little one. If you cant find any place to go, even just staying at home might be better than going there!

Just went in for extreme nausea to the point I felt like Id pass out (no, not pregnant). Had to have blood work done and Sandy was amazing! Im prone to passing out and she did so well that I didnt. I just wanted to brag! And everyone else I came in contact with was very friendly as well.

Terrible customer service, They put our daughter on a liquid antibiotic for a uti. The stuff was so terrible tasting we asked to switch it to a pill. They called back finding that antibiotic was not effective and prescribed another antibiotic in pill form. When we called asking for a liquid prescription because our complaint with the original was it tasted like death, they were so RUDE!! Our daughter is five and she choked a bit on one of the pills so they now terrified her. They told us we have to deal with it and take her somewhere else! Save yourself any time and go somewhere else to begin with. Especially if you are taking a child.
