Very rude indian girl who worked there who decided to walk away even though customers were waiting. I do not recommend them. Take your business elsewhere, to a business who knows how to appreciate the reason they have a business- customers!

It was my first time at Brow Art. I like the way that they do eyebrows with the threading in my opinion is better than waxing and they do a good job very professional.

The lady who did my brows was nice and did my brows the way I like them.

They appeared to not wont my business. They gave each other a I dont want to do her brows. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This place is TERRIBLE. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now and this is the worst experience ever. I usually have redness because my skin is sensitive but this time I actually bled! She cut me under both eyebrows VERY badly. I couldnt even put on my make up correctly. 2 days later, & I still have scars. Please dont go there.

This place is horrible. I got my eyebrows threaded & it was very painful. While doing it she asked me did it hurt . I said yeah and she proceeded like she didn’t even care. She was very rough . I still have scarring on both my eyes and swelling I’ll never go here again & I wouldn’t recommend anyone going

Only reason I’m giving this place of three star is because I actually like one of the ladies if you are getting your eyebrows done I should inform you that you should get them done with the black lady instead of the Indian lady because I went in today and she literally rushed me and she told me to pay her first? and she was hurting me while she was doing my eyebrows so if you get them done make sure to get them done by the black lady she’s great !

My daughter and I were at the mall today and she just so happened to need her brows waxed. She had never tried threading, however she now loves it. The lady that did her brows was informative and did a great job. Brow Art 23 has a clean, peaceful atmosphere and we will be back. Thank you.

Everytime I come here no one is here your wait time is a guessing game what is the point of having listed hours if no one is going to be available and why is the store open as if someone is here or only in a quick bathroom break

Best experience thus far with threading. Kisha did a fantastic job paying attention to detail. I didnt feel ashamed for having a medical condition, hirsutism. Im definitely coming back.

I have been here in the past and have always had friendly service but today was completely different. I just read the bad reviews from the past week and I had the same experience . The girl tried to tell me she had someone coming in and I had to wait. I had already signed in and asked if she didnt mind doing mine real quick. There was no one else in the shop and it literally takes less than five minutes. She reluctantly did and was very rude and very rough with the thread. The worst Ive ever experienced. I honestly didnt think Id have any eyebrows left when she was done. She didnt say a word the entire time until I paid. As I was signing my credit card card she questioned me about not leaving a tip!!! Seriously? I have tipped every time in the past to the ones who deserved it. The only tip I can give this girl is to find a job that doesnt involve working with the public. Ill be going elsewhere for my eyebrows from now on.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this place doesnt deserve any. I dont like this place because one employee, Karamjit kaur, is very rude. She is racist and doesnt know how to treat different people kindly. She is angry and mad as she works so much, it is as if she is trying to rip my skin. If this store has a problem with specific people, they should put it aside and work fairly. It should be a business place not anger managment. I am not paying money so I can get abused.

Despite reading the terrible reviews, I still tried this place 3 times. While the first time, the girl did my eyebrows pretty fair, the second time was not satisfactory. The third time, she completely screwed. I feel like my left brow has been completely shaved off! I almost tears in my eyes. And when I tried to tell her this politely she raises her voice and makes a nasty face to defend herself. Meanwhile, my husband paid her the charge, along with the tips (which he shouldnt have) and the girl shamelessly accepted it!This girl is the same short, lean girl. She is probably studying and I am sure by now, that she does not have any professional training.I am Indian girl, threading for past 15 years now in various places, and this has been my worst experience. Save your brows!

I just got my brows done today by Maliha Fatima. Im literally in tears. I specifically asked her to just clean them up. The arches WERE perfect and even. She did not listen to me. She literally took more than half off my brows horizontally. They are pencil thin. Im so upset over my poor brows. They had never been this thin. I wanted to be fair and talk to them before posting this, so I called them to get my money back. They refused because of their store policy. Policies are policies. I understand. I wont fret over that fee. But I will take the liberty of expressing my thoughts and concerns. My brows look awful. Im so sad. I feel helpless. Filling them in is not an option because they look fake. Make sure that you go to someone who listens to your concerns. This is NOT the place to go for nice brows.

I was happy with the results. It was my first time so it hurt. -But she was professional and clean. I will be going back regularly. I liked that its walk in only too.

I have gotten my eyebrows waxed several times, but never threaded- I was unable to make a waxing appointment and went around 10:30 AM, with no waiting- so I thought, I’ll give it a shot! I will never be back again. If you have sensitive skin, STAY AWAY! Underneath my eyebrows, I look as though I’ve been hit- visibly bleeding, open cuts. The woman who threaded my brows barely sprayed her instruments (which she did not use on me), applied minimal product immediately after threading and did not bother to dust off the excess hairs- I was sneezing constantly for the next hour as they fell off of me. This business is incredibly unprofessional in their practice and dangerously close to causing serious infections if someone doesn’t know proper aftercare.

I waited an hour an a half for a henna tattoo for an event I was attending to, it came out completely wrong, she asked me to search up a design, I did. I asked her if it was too much and if she can do it, she said yes. She missed out most of whats suppose to be in the design and she rushed so quick that it looks like I had a toddler do my hand, I was so embarrassed to even show it to anyone that now I just keep it covered, all for $22 I will never ever be going back here, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

WORST PLACE EVERThere is always a different lady there on duty and not one of them know what they are doing... I explain to the lady I just wanted her to clean up the eyebrows thats all... she left so bad ... and I explained to this lady that they were not the same shape she took time to explain that it was my problem. The first time I went to Brow Art I had a middle aged lady that was wonderful. The procedure was painless and I was very pleased with the result.The second time I went I had a young woman who seemed irritated that I was waiting when she opened the shop. She was more interested in talking on her phone - which she did almost the entire time! the procedure was painful and not done as well.I will only return to have the first woman do my upper lip and brow.

Have been going specifically to the mall to go to this place but last Saturday got a new person who left my eyebrows uneven. One eyebrow is thicker and longer than the other. She didnt even check it or use scissors or tweezers after threading. Then after she clearly did a terrible 5 minutes hack job and I STILL gave her a tip, she moved around the cash in the tip jar and complained about it to the other employee in front of my face! Will never ever go back there.

I was a regular customer until recently. The last two times I went to get my eyebrows threaded, I was unable to because the employees were on extended breaks with many customers waiting. No apologies, terrible customer service. I recommend Charming Eyes located on Woodruff Rd.

I have always gone to brow art 23 but today I have had it!!!! They have the worst attitudes. I went today on my lunch break (11:30am) because they are never busy at that time. I got there, there was no one in line. The youngest lady was there alone and she told me she couldnt help me. I asked her why and her answer was she had someone coming in 10 min and she didnt want too. She said she only does 1 person every 15 min! I have been a client for over 2 years and never heard of either appointments or this 15 min. break per person! The way she treated me was unacceptable! Never going back!

She doesn’t know how what she is doing...it’s not even clean threading and she just desperate to have customers but don’t do a good job.

The young lady who did my brows was the only one working and it was very busy. Perhaps this is why she had a bad attitude but it was an unwelcoming atmosphere. I came in wanting to do my eyebrows and upper lip but left with just my eyebrows done because I didnt feel comfortable and I just wanted to get out of there. When I paid, she laughed at what I had left as a tip asking why I hadnt just rounded the price up. (I tipped exactly 15%, which is what I told her. Honestly she didnt deserve 15%.) it was very awkward and I definitely will not go back. It wasnt even a great job...

I give 5 stars for one specific tech that works there, shes so efficient and is great at what she does ! Im always satisfied with her work. I cant say Ive had any bad experiences there with anyone , after all shes literally the only person Ill let thread my eyebrows, kudos to her !.

Terrible and VERY RUDE service! From the beginning the lady seemed as if she didn’t want to be at work or service me. She then “finished” both of my eyebrows in 1 minute and 30 seconds flat! When she showed me them in the mirror they looked as if they hadn’t been touched. I attempted to rub my OWN eyebrows and she told me don’t touch them and make them look worse! When I paid at the end she ran my card like a bat out of hell so of course the reader didn’t catch it. She then threw my card back down on the counter instead of returning it in my hand like it was given to her. She then tells me my card isn’t valid and asked for the card back (but it’s still on the counter where she threw it) She then seems more annoyed that she had to pick the card up to run it again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Why do we keep giving them our money when they dont respect us bad customer service

Their eyebrow threading is good, but there is only one person working the past three times we have gone in, and the wait in line is forever. We walked out this time and wont be back. I am not sure with the exorbitant prices paid for a storefront in a mall there cannot be more than one person working. Very unprofessional.

Poor store utilization. I hope the owner reads this. One technician on weekends? Thats not acceptable. 40 minute waits drive customers away. Ive counted 7 people leaving.You buy a franchise, then lease some of the most expensive space per sq ft in Greenville county. And then you dont staff appropriately. Either charge more or hire more help. Your throwing away money on the lease Everytime a customer leaves due to the unacceptable wait.You could lease a nice place for 1/3 the cost if you want to be cheap and have 1 tech at a time.

Ive always had the middle-aged women do my eyebrows and she does a wonderful job. Unfortunately she wasnt there today. There was a younger lady that made us wait over half an hour for her 30 min. Break then when she came back, let someone else go in front of me and my sister that was waiting before them. Horrible eyebrows and painful. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip!!!

The only reason I didnt give 1 star was because their actual work is good. However, their customer service is the worst!! Im sitting here right now and there is no one even here at the shop. One girl has been waiting 45 minutes and Ive been waiting around 15. Very unprofessional, they have lost at least 10 customers in just the time Ive been sitting here.

The girl did a great job my eyebrows look great! My eyebrows are tough because i have a scar on one of them and if they are not trimed properly you can see it. That was the first thing she noticed which i appreciated! Never had this technique done and compared to waxing i was very impressed. The pain is about a 3 or 4 on scale of 10. Redness and swelling after is minimal compared to waxing. (I have sensitive skin) i will definitely be back! Im surprised by the many negative reviews. As far as price same as i paid to get them waxed.

If I could give a 0 , I would. I went there first and last time and she said hold on left, went to the back for THIRTY minutes!!! Came back on the phone laughing. And then when we were done she literally asked me so your not gonna tip me? SO unprofessional , rude, and unorganized. Never going back ever. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to either

The prices for eyebrow threading in town are exorbitant in general ($10-$12) when they should be $6-$7 but the Indian lady does a lovely job. There is one employee who made one eyebrow extremely thin and when I spoke up and complained was more conservative on the other and gave me a discount which was fair but I will only have the middle aged woman do mine from me on. Mostly, its convenient if not a private experience.Update on my last review eeveral years ago... I had Kisha today and she did a great job. Very thorough.

I went to go get my eyebrows threaded and shaped this morning. The threader did a great job, but she was incredibly rude. I suffer from severe acne and she not only pointed it out, but also told me that I needed to get something done about it. When I proceeded to pay, she said to me, Arent you going to tip me? It was terribly unprofessional of her, but I said I would tip 10%. She rang it up and said to me, Youre only going to tip me $1.10? At only a little over $12 after tax and the underserved tip, it was worth it since I havent found a brow salon anywhere else close enough to me, but I was very disappointed and offended by the threader there.

Many times I have gone through their service but this time a lady named Maliha Fatima according to my receipt did my eye brows. I understand you can not get eye brows exactly even but when one eye brow is thinner than the other that is unexeptable. At the end of my service she asked Are you not going to tip?First of all you dont ask someone that but I said sorry but no. She then told me what did you not like the service? I responded no I did not and that my eye brows are now uneven. She was very rude from the beginning to the end of my whole service. FYI its first come first serve, so dont bother signing in because she does not go by the list.

I was looking forward to leaving a good review. My technician was fast and curteous, I loved the way my brows looked when I left. When I got home I noticed some cuts along my upper eyelids. The next day they scabbed and became more painful and evident, as in, I need make up to cover them. I have been threaded several times and have never been cut like this, for that I have to leave my honest review, and I am not happy with my results. Superficially speaking my brows look great, the service was curteous like I stated above. But I have painful cuts and a weeping scab above both of my eyes......

Hey guys , dont get discouraged by the bad reviews . They are deceiveing .After reading them initially I was quite skeptical on getting my brows done here. Once I got it done, this is my only favourite place in Greenville. They really know what they are doing. I got my brows done by Maliha Fatima.I always make sure to get it done by her .She is quick and it doesnt really hurt when she does unlike other people. Love the service & appointment system. Guys check out this place on weekdays.I have to say this though , the manager needs to hire other people too .On weekends its a busy location and they dont have enough people to help all clients . Its a burden on one individual.

Yesterday I was in a hurry to go to my mothers work festival but my friend across the street told me to Brow 23 (her eyes brows are always on fleek).. I ran threw Belk and it was right there.. She zipped me in and got in me in a chair. I love my eyesbrows they look great, feel great, and i get compliments from so many people! It took less then 2mins.She was also sanitary unlike the asians they put the string in their mouth and dont have a license to do it.

My visit was bad awful did not like at all , i will never goo back , the lady was soo lazy idk why they work if they dont want too , I dont recommend at all 😠

I had terrible experience with Neha Fatima, skinny girl. She ripped two small pieces of my skin below the right eyebrow that took a week to heal and now I have a small scar. The worst brow threading experience and I have been getting it for years before I moved here.
