Ive gotten my hair done here twice. I have natural black hair. Ive had blue in my hair and now I have purple.(as seen in the picture) Melissa is great and nice. I paid 120$ for my purple hair and a touch up is only 25$. They offer drinks such as soda, coffee and tea.

The young lady at the greeting desk perfectly amazing.Ashley James was completely comfortable with the picture I brought in showing the haircut and style I was so desperately wanting. *Edit* Lyndsey is moving to her own personal salon on Pelham Rd. That said, Studio 7 is still a wonderful salon with friendly staff with a modern chic style and great location! Lyndsey does a fantastic job on my hair. I was super skeptical about trying a new salon, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. She listens to what I want and makes it happen! Love her and the salon! Such a cool vibe to the place. All the stylists seem very good at what they do and everyone is very nice!

I moved to Greenville in this summer and immediately began the search for a great place to have my hair cut. The positive reviews on Yelp steered me towards Studio 7, and I havent looked back. Ive had a couple cuts here now and have been very happy with the facilities, professionalism, and quality of their staff. Amber cut my hair both times and has done a phenomenal job. Im not very good at articulating what I want and Amber helped talk me through it. If you want a great cut with great service, I recommend Studio 7 and ask for Amber

Had a not-so-great visit on my first experience here, and the owner was very quick to make things right. On my second visit, I had an expert stylist who was very knowledgeable and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, and Ive been going there ever since. The last few times Ive seen Jo, shes great with color and style. Shes also happy to give an honest opinion about whether a style will work for you which is important. The salon is a little pricey, but its hard to find anyone within a couple miles of downtown Greenville who isnt.

New to the area and desperately needing my hair done before a work trip. Was able to get in right before my trip to see Amber, who did a fantastic job with my hair. Thank you so much Amber!!! Go see Candy Spearman as she is an incredible stylist. I had the pleasure of working with her for a few years and have seen so much of her work. Candy is so dedicated to keeping up to date on new trends, styles, and techniques. Her work is flawless. She is so passionate about what she does and such an inspiration to me as a stylist! What a GREAT find!!! I found this salon via Google based on reviews. My stylist was not featured so I will give her a shout out in my review. Melissa was phenomenal. I have curly hair and am always disappointed when I leave a salon. NOT TODAY!!! Melissa talked over what I wanted to do and went longer than usual to start. I wanted it just a touch shorter (my curls are lazy and need the extra help) she trimmed it exactly to what I wanted. Melissa is very friendly and a professional. I am very happy with my cut and will be back. Highly recommend Melissa, especially if you have curly hair. Even if you dont, she will be a gem!

Paid $265 to get my hair dyed pink. It was only bleached and then toned with pink shampoo which washed out after one wash. Contacted the stylist and she said I would have to pay $45 for shampoo and blow dry, I didn’t want a shampoo or blow dry I wanted her to fix the mistake. After saying I didn’t wanna have to pay for her to fix what I originally paid a ton of money for, she suddenly had my appointment slot filled and was out of the town the rest of the week. She hasn’t contacted me since then and I will not be returning as if I wanted to get my hair dyed BLONDE I would have gone to my usual and paid a fraction of the price.

Ashley McLay is the ultimate professional stylist who truly loves and cares about her clients. She has a passion for her work. Her goal is to make you feel pampered and truly beautiful when you leave. And I always do. Her talent as a stylist is AMAZING, too. She just knows what will look great! The salon itself has a great vibe to it and on occasion we have used other stylists and they were great too.

I had an appointment on Saturday, 7/30/16, with Jo Bradshaw. She took my hair and transformed it into something I am absolutely proud of! She did an amazing job. I needed to refresh my red hair and get some of it fixed due to a bad previous stylist. She made 100% sure that I got the exact color I was looking for. I also have very course, curly hair and she gave me the best haircut I have probably ever had in my life! I got so many compliments after I left the salon throughout the day. If you are looking for someone who actually wants to help you and will listen to you, Jo is your girl. She was able to give me the best advice for my hair and when I went with it, my hair looks better than ever! Jo is someone you can really trust with your hair. Thanks Studio 7 and Jo!!

I had an appointment to get my hair cut. The stylist (Anna) did an absolutely amazing job, she did exactly what i wanted and even have me a few tips on how to style it. Overall had an enjoyable relaxing experience.

First time there and I got a cut from Ashley. I have pretty short hair but she did a really good job of giving it shape and texture, its probably my favorite haircut Ive had in years. Great atmosphere, the hair wash was like a ten minute scalp massage, and it cost less than almost all the places Ive been to in the area but had better results. Ashley is talented and friendly, and they have free drinks. Would recommend.

I am extremely picky about my hair. There is nothing more frustrating than moving to a new city and trying to find a stylist who understands you and the look you are trying to achieve. I just recently discovered Studio 7. I would highly recommend going to Melissa. She does such a great job and clearly takes pride in making sure her clients are happy.

I really liked the salon! Has a cool vibe. Passed by it on many occasions (my dentists office is next door...). The staff is really nice from the front desk receptionist to the stylists. My current stylist recently moved there and I was so impressed with her demeanor, experience/skills that I happily followed her!Candy Spearman is very talented, is up on the latest trends, and understands different ethnic hair textures and issues. I have been looking for someone for a LONG time to crack the code on my crazy hair, and she did it within a few minutes! If you are biracial, have biracial kids or are not quite happy with how your hair behaves overall after you have it done, give her a try. She an handle any type of hair that you walk in the door with. You will not be disappointed!

The salon staff was very friendly and it was clear their goal was to please me and provide the best services possible. Melissa colored my hair according to my root color (a dark blonde) so my hair did come out a little bit darker than i preferred. But as with any salon you have to communicate about what you want in order to get the outcome you wanted. The color she did give me looks great though and the cut she did is well done. My hair looks and feels very healthy!

I found Liz through looking up all the salons in the area. I was determined to find a style who could get my hair from dark to blonde. She did it! Liz is a magician. She is professional and very welcoming. I will be passing along her info.

Nichole Ambrosia is THE BEST brow artist in the WHOLE WORLD. Nichole has been doing my brows for close to 4 years. She is the only person that I will ever allow to do them. Nichole was specifically trained in artistry of brows so there is absolutely no way she will ever make them look anything but PERFECT!Even if I ever moved away I would travel back to Greenville just for her to do them!Thanks Nichole for always keeping my brow game strong!

Had a wonder experience at Studio 7! I had Candy as my stylist and she was so wonderful to talk with and did an amazing job with my hair! Her style and technique for balayage was perfect and exactly what I was looking for! The atmosphere was good and all the staff was very nice. A stylist at this salon named Kristen styled my halo couture extension for a wedding and did a horrible job. She charged me $45 for something I could have done better myself for FREE. Don’t do weddings if you aren’t capable of styling hair. My friend nearly cried when the girl left because it barely looked like her hair was touched another girl did her hair from this salon. My eyelashes weren’t even put on properly either. Do not use this salon. Look at the other reviews.

I am extremely happy with my new hair that was cut by miss Carnesse, (also an expert in extensions) top quality and professionalism when you enter studio 7 in Greenville South Carolina.

Go see Jo Bradshaw. Shes amazing. I went to work (as a bartender) after I left the salon and literally received compliments alllll night. And then some over the next couple weeks. Love Jo, love her work, and love the salon atmosphere.

My experience with what happens at this establishment. I saw a coworkers hair and asked her who her stylist was. I called and booked an appointment here with the stylist. Unbeknownst to me, the stylist had a personal event happen. NOBODY notified me. Instead I show up, and this woman tells me she will be doing my hair. I did not specifically like the way she styled it, and I was upset that the stylist I booked with didnt have the decency to call me to rebook. When I tried a second time to book with him, I show up, and Im told that AGAIN that I will be with the same woman I didnt like. She told me Im HER client, not his. As if I didnt have a person choice. During this second visit, her child, sick and snotty, keeps taking running leaps into her while she has scissors in her hand doing my hair. I was stunned. Being the classy person I am, I paid, and decided never to come back. Instead of giving me my money back or discounting me for these two experiences, the staff tells me they will give me a coupon to come back. To quote Clueless, Umm as if!!? If you are okay with your stylist standing you up and handing you off twice, kids running into their mom while she has scissors in your hand, and then customer service that says, Trust us and take the full risk to come back in then you will LOVE this salon.

My first time there today, I went in with damaged medium to long blonde hair and wanted to get it cut, shoulder length and to blend the damaged pieces. I walked out with a mullet. It sucks to pay $55 for a haircut and the stylist not even listen to you nor ask if you like it or anything before taking your apron off and hurrying you off. I felt bad bc she said she had been working non stop and hadn’t eaten all day so I didn’t want to ask her to fix my hair since she wasn’t listening to me on what I wanted anyway. I asked her about going shorter twice when I got there and after she shampooed my hair and instead of taking my hair shorter, she thinned the bottom. I look terrible and I’m going to have to now find another stylist to cut more length off my hair to correct this bad haircut.

Everyone go see the stylist, Candy Spearman! She does amazing work! My hair had been breaking off for years from a previous stylist in another town, but someone recommended her. The first time I met with her she looked at my hair and told me exactly what was wrong with my hair and how we could go about getting it healthy again! 6 months later, my hair has grown more than it has in years! I definitely recommend her! :)

Horrible experience. I set up an appointment for my wife to get her hair done here for our anniversary. I told them that she had mixed textured hair, very thick, coarse, long, and that is was super curly. Then I explained that she wanted her hair washed, conditioned, straightened, and trimmed. I asked if they had someone who was really good or specialized in ethnic type hair . She said she knew just the person to put her with and that she was really good with curly hair. Well, after it was all said and done, my wife walked out crying. The hair visit took 3 hours and she walked out with a mess of hair ! It was not straight at all. Furthermore, she burned my wifes hair from trying to straighten for so long and now shes having to do hair conditioning treatments to get it back to being healthy, crazy that can happen just from going in to get your hair straighten. My wife began to explain to be how the lady had no idea how to work with curly ethnic hair, that she was rude, and said my wifes hair was just to unhealthy . My wife has the most beautiful healthy long hair there is, we dont go anywhere without some saying how beautiful it is. The lady referred to her natural hair texture as being unhealthy. My wife gets her hair straightened every so often by her regular hairdresser, who was currently booked. She always walks out 45 minutes later with her hair completely straight and soft ! This just about ruined our anniversary because it took three hours at the salon, and then my wife had to go home and redo her hair which took two more hours. It took a huge chunck out of our special day. Which was really upsetting because it was my wifes first day out of the hospital & bedrest in three month and all she wanted to do was feel beautiful for our day together. Altogether, if you are a hair professional or hair salon, you should only hire people that are professional experts with all hair types. It is unacceptable to be a professional hairdresser and not know how to even wash and straighten hair. Do better.

Candy Spearman has been my stylist since January 2015. She was able to determine from my very 1st visit that my hair was severely damaged from chemicals from a previous stylist and has helped me on my journey back to healthy hair. She is very knowledgeable on hair products and always provides tips on how to maintain your style. Go see Candy at Studio 7 !!!!!

Ive been going to Amberli for probably 6 years and not one time have I ever been disappointed! She is literally amazing at everything.

I have been going to Candy Spearman for about 7 months and my shoulder length, very thick, natural hair is in excellent condition!... She is great at washing and styling and probably one of the few stylists I would trust with color because she cares so much about the health of the hair.

I went in for a simple eye brow wax and I got so much more! The studio is clean and staff is friendly. They knew who I was right when I walked in, I felt very welcomed and good about getting my services done here. When Liz was doing my brows she noticed the bald spot I have (from a previous terrible brow waxer who took off my whole brow!) And she told me she can help my brows grow and get rid of It! She also put some makeup on them (witch I have no clue how to to lol). At the end of my service, my brows have literally never looked better! She also waxed my lip. Total cost was only $15. She deserved the 50%tip I have her and I will deffanitly be returning for more than just my brows. Thanks for not making me look like Yzma from Emperors new groove.

They were really nice , a lady name Melissa did my hair and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and I figured it would at least look somewhat similar but it doesn’t the blonde she put in my hair looks brassy and like i haven’t had it done in a while .. I’m disappointed but I guess now I know not to go there.
