I got a call back in July about rescheduling my appointment due to the staff having covid months past i never heard anything back and never got a answer when i called back. After months had past i was willing to pay for the services i recieved and simply wanted to be clear of the debt from services i no longer wanted due to months passing and was refused a refund. ive tried to contact HR several times and never heard anything back from them either. So im stuck with debt from something i never recieved. The services was not successful they scam you into these huge package amounts with promises that cant be kept and very unreliable. I wouldnt recommend anyone waisting time and definitely not money with this place.

I am in the middle of some treatment for my mommy pooch. I have noticed a huge difference when looking at my before photo to now. My waist is all around smaller and my c section pooch has greatly shrunken. Ive been more confident in tighter clothes and swimsuits than I have been in a while. I showed my husband my before photo and he was impressed too!The staff here are just dolls. These women are actually the sweetest people ever. Ill post a before and after once my treatment plan is completed. 👍

Used to go here for laser when I still lived in the Greenville area. Full disclosure: Im a trans woman and went for facial hair removal. Long story short, it didnt work very well. To make matters worse I constantly got misgendered by one of the technicians. After asking to not have her as a technician anymore because I didnt feel comfortable, she would still wind up being my technician when I would show up for an appointment. I realize this isnt a concern to the majority of their clientele, and will probably seem silly to many. But for any trans women seeking laser treatment in the Greenville area, I would consider other options.I will say that there were technicians there that were very polite and made me feel totally comfortable. But between my constant negative experiences with the one technician, continuously being set up with her despite my pleads otherwise and the fact that my facial hair is hardly any better off than it was before I shelled out the cash for the treatments... its just hard to say anything super positive.

Update: I have change from 3 to 4 stars. As soon as the review came up, the clinic reached me out to understand what they can to better. For me this is a plus++. Caring about the feedback deserves a better review.The programs are great. Staffing very friendly. But they dont have enough staff/equipment to schedule the treatments as recommended.

Most of the techs didn’t mask up. My first one even said she hadn’t been vaccinated. They had had a covid scare the week before and had to postpone my first appointment, so I was disappointed that they didn’t at least mask up. The service didn’t really work for me, but that could be because I really hate exercise. (Honestly, I wouldn’t need their service if I exercised)

My experience with this LightRx location was fantastic. I got the package with the Venus Bliss & Venus Legacy for my flanks, and I already see a massive difference (and am supposed to continue seeing results for several more weeks, which is awesome!) It changed my overall shape in the exact way I wanted.The staff is so kind- every staff member I met was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly made me look forward my weekly visits. If I ever want any other services, Im definitely coming back here! I cant recommend them enough

I was so excited when I found a place that offered laser hair removal services on Saturday due to my heavy work schedule of 50-60 hours a week. When inquiring about the laser hair removal I was told that the service was guaranteed, and that I’d be happy with my results because they “really work”, and that even after the package was complete I would receive a lifetime discount on continuing my treatments being grandfathered in at $24.95. Anytime I’ve tried to get in on Saturday it seems they’re always booked and never enough time for a treatment. I’m always asked, “can you come during the week?” No I signed up because you offered Saturday services. When I get my appointment booked on Saturday I have to take whatever is left which is usually something right in the middle of the day which is so inconvenient having to plan your whole day around an appointment that’s right in the middle of the day. I’ve seen little to no results, and when I brought my concerns up I was told that it had nothing to do with my treatments but everything to do with me having a hysterectomy and hormone imbalance. I was completely shocked that I was told that considering there is no medical proof of her accusations, and as far as any future discounted grandfathered treatments that I was told I’d receive now has turned into $40 per treatment. When questioned about what I was told in the beginning is now a “misunderstanding of communication on my part”. I had planned on doing other treatments there but so glad I didn’t sign up for anything further. Just hate I lost my money on the laser hair removal treatments and have seen little to no results. I do not recommend this place. Complete a waste of time and money.

Paid for several sessions and still have hair growing paid over $400 dollars for nothing! I advised the staff that I wasnt getting any results so they could turn the laser power up or something only to find out that they just took my money because the laser they were using doesnt even work well on people of color with lighter tones of skin. WOW!! What a rip off.

The place is clean and the service depends on who you get and how much more you are willing to purchase. I had a bad experience with the Caucasian long black hair technician. She seems not to be clear on how big or how far to go on each area , so I had to indicate to her how the other technicians have done it. She replies with a really nasty attitude and handles me very rudely. Once I was clear I would not purchase the $1200 package , her attitude got worst. Never going back , not even free!

The staff is courteous & professional. They take the time to explain the procedure and to ask pre-procedure questions to make certain you haven’t done anything that will contradict the treatment. The clinic has been clean each time I have visited and is located in a nice shopping center. As far as the treatments go, I have seen positive results. I haven’t completed the treatments, but based on my experience so far, I would recommend it.

Lifetime laser package has not worked almost a year in. Wasted my money. Technician who performed the service was always friendly but laser hair removal has not worked. Do not try to reschedule an appt the same day they will charge you $50 before they will see you again. Needless to say Im out of money and not hair as promised.

I bought my first 4 LightRx laser lipo on groupon. I had my first 3 which were scheduled as they could get me in so over about 5 -6 weeks. Right before my 3rd one my sister unexpectedly passed away and my daughter had a car accident. I text and called to reschedule my 4th visit but have yet to hear anything in about 3 weeks. They obviously do not want my business.

Rude person at the front desk. She is only interested in people that are buying an expensive package. Ladies that work with me are extremely nice. That is the bonus4 treatments and so far no difference

There are no positive results. LightRX services do not work what makes me believe its a scam. On the other hand the personal is very nice, professional and caring. At this point I feel like I waisted all money because there are no improvements on reducing belly fat or on reducing facial pigmentation. 🤔

Their laser hair removal does NOT work!! They promised 10 appointments and from the 10th appointment your hair growth is supposed to be super less ... I had to pay for 5 more extra appointments after my 10th appointment and my hair growth is still the same as my second treatment. Wasted my money and time at this place!! Not only me, my friend got her laser hair removal done from here but even she has the same issue as me. She still has a lot of hair growth on her 9th appointment. These people are not promising as they sound! Plus, when you try to call them, they do not answer your phone! Wasted my money and time at this place!!

I dont normally do reviews but I had a phone consultation set up for a specific time. After 15 minutes waiting I called the location and they said that the lady who was supposed to call me was working from home but that they would reach out to her. It has now been nearly an hour. If they ever do call I am cancelling my package because I have never dealt with such poor customer service!

While the place was always pretty nice, my treatment was highly ineffective. I paid for 8 sessions of laser hair removal and two extra sessions came complementary. After completing my initial 8 I contacted them about the fact that I had seen maybe only a 20% reduction in hair growth and they basically told me oh well, so I felt annoyed at their lack of customer service on a treatment I had just paid $1,000 for.I would also like to note the quick response on google from the owner once I posted a public review, and yet several days later I have yet to hear from them to further discuss the problem. Just low quality customer service

I love the results from the actual procedure I got done, which was laser hair! The staff always finds a ways to make my appointment, for lack of a better word, unbearable. I hate to say it, but I have only come across one staff member who has an ounce of kindness and maybe being personable is not part of the job description, but I would not recommend lightrx to a friend solely based upon the environment. The staff has never failed to make me feel uncomfortable, ashamed and a burden to their time. If I hadn’t bought a package I would honestly never step foot in that office. Just as a rule of thumb, NEVER have an appointment with the main doctor, she is incredibly. It’s a shame people can’t be more kind.

Im giving this place 1 star simply off results. 5th treatment and its like I havent had one session. Then after reading other reviews (which I should have done beforehand) Im learning their success rate for laser hair removal isnt high amongst melanated people. Furthermore, Im learning that the machine should be a YAG machine for darker skin tones.I wish I could give more stars bc of the 2 spa specialists Ive come in contact with. One name was Cali and I forgot the other womans name. They were awesome with great bedside manners but Id prefer results. Lol.

I loved my first session there. The nurse was so nice, educated, and kind :). I loved it there, they are so welcoming. I am not sure why some are leaving bad reviewers about the staffs ! its so odd because they are extremely nice.Their machine is very strong and I saw the difference immediately after the first session hair removal.The only concern I have is my eyes. Next time I should make sure the goggles are covering my eyes well.

I purchased a living social deal yesterday, very excited to try out their services. Within 12 hours corporate office called to schedule my consultation. As I was explaining to her my concerns her attitude increased. Once I told her I purchased a living social package she told me to get a refund and hung up on me.Her tone was extremely rude and unprofessional. The deals on living social are too good to be true. Corporate Office treated me with complete disrespect.I will definitely be getting a refund and will be seeking local businesses instead.

I have had the laser hair removal and cellulite reduction treatments both did not work for me. I have seen no improvement from either services. I will say that all of the ladies are very nice and provide great costumer service. The treatments just do not work. I really regret that I wasted my money which was around $2000.

I went in to this business looking for something to help with neck/double chin and jowels. Heather suggested the venus legacy treatment, every two weeks. So I tried that, but my appointments were canceled and rescheduled regularly. Not to mention I felt rushed and pressured from the beginning. Idk if it was too much coffee or a poor sales tactic, but I felt like she was talking extremely fast and feigning for a yes from me, just to swipe my card. I also still have two sessions left! I believe the cost for 10 treatments was $1800. (NOT WORTH IT!! SAVE YOUR MONEY, GET REGULAR LIPO INSTEAD!) This treatment did not work AT ALL and I was/am thoroughly disappointed with the results, or lack thereof. I WOULD like to return to try a different treatment, like laser lipo, but can never get anyone on the phone. Probably for the best that I dont return and go to a REAL doctor/aesthetician elsewhere.

Don’t purchase the Groupon to go here! They will not honor what you purchase (even if you have proof that corporate allowed you to) One Groupon is not enough to totally get rid of your hair and then you have to pay hundreds of dollars for follow up treatments. If someone buys you a Groupon to use since you can only purchase one, you will NOT be allowed to use your gift and will be told in a snarky manner that you can just contact a Groupon for a refund. The manager is condescending and rude. I would not give this business another dime!

Would NOT recommend at all. When I spoke to Heather about my treatments she said they would be done once a week. After being scheduled every two weeks they tried to schedule my next appointment TWO MONTHS later. I asked them to have their manager call me. Heather who is the manager never called so I had to call again. She was being rude and saying that she could give me partial appointments. I was upset and told her I didnt paid for partial appointments. After talking back and forth with Heather she miraculously had an appointment come up for the same week.When I showed up for my appointment the girl doing my treatments asked her if it was okay to schedule my next appointments and Heather asked her not to schedule them because I was being NASTY. she said it loud enough for me and another customer to hear it. It is NOT professional at all specially from Heather who is the manager at LightRX on Woodruff Rd.I will be finishing my appointments since I paid in advance but most definitely will not be coming back.

After just 2 appointments at LightRx Greenville I am very pleased with the staff, the professionalism and their services! I originally met Heather for my consultation and she was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Today I saw Dee Painter for my first laser hair removal appointment and she was outstanding! I went for 3 laser treatments to treat any sunspots I had a small sunspot in the middle of my eyebrows that I always hated. They told me they could remove it but I had my doubts and now its completely gone! Not a big deal but to me its huge.

LightRx’s entry to the Greenville, SC market has obviously been robust. It took four business days from when I left my message to get an appointment. When I had my appointment the tech asked if I had been contacted and told about pre and post treatment recommendations. I told her no. When asked what area I wanted treated, I said inner thighs. She said I would probably see better results on my abdomen. I agreed to treat that area. Once on the table she told me about a promotional package for additional treatments that would be offered for the next two days.....not really enough time to think about it, see any results from the treatment or do any research. Everyone was pleasant but I felt rushed. In her post treatment recommendations, I needed to have 45 minutes to one hour of cardio exercise as soon as possible after the treatment and use a compression garment which I didn’t know ahead of time that I would need. Overall, it was like a cattle car experience.....lots of people, quick in and quick out.

For your laser hair treatments, Dee is your girl!! And truly the only option at LightRx! I’ve been using her for 2 years worth of treatments.. face, arms, Brazilian, legs, etc. and she’s the only one there that I trust! I’ve had other technicians a few times, but the results weren’t as good. Dee takes her time to customize the best course of treatment for all your laser hair needs! She is smart, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Dee really pays attention to detail for what’s the best laser and level for your particular skin type and results. My hair removal outcome has been amazing and it’s all because of Dee! The front desk managers are always welcoming and nice, too! I wouldn’t recommend the laser treatment services. If you can afford to travel to an Ideal Image, please do that. They have nurse practitioners that perform the services and know what they’re doing. Beware before you sign on that dotted line because they don’t issue refunds whether you complete the services or not. After some time, thankfully the credit accounting service they used worked with me and I only had to pay for the treatment session I had. Even still it was overpriced. But thankful to be out of the contract without a stain on my credit.

When I first came in to Premier Laser Spa of Greenville they evaluated my skin and answered any questions I had about the process. They were really informative of the whole process, before I forked over the cash, and made sure that I was a good candidate with a thorough process. I didnt feel like theyd tell me it would work, and then it wouldnt.I then had my first appointment, and my tech was awesome! They do a test area first, and have the doctor come in and look at it, just to make sure you are 1 in a million that could have a reaction. I have been really impressed with the laser tech, with her making sure I was comfortable, and this is so much less uncomfortable than I anticipated!This place has offered specials and really tried to work with me to make sure that I get the treatments that I want. I sometimes do feel like its a sales pitch, but lets all be honest, they are a business and we should expect them to want to make money. It certainly wasnt pushy at all, just presenting the options available. They arent offering these treatments just for thanks, especially since they have been SO effective. I am impressed with their guarantee and I feel like they will stand behind it. (pay for 8 treatments and you are guaranteed hair free 2 years for those areas treated, any touch-ups needed for free)I was hesitant to go someplace that has a storefront, but the ladies here have upheld a level of professionalism that is above and beyond what was expected.

I am a 48 yr old male and have been receiving laser hair removal treatments for 9 months now. I could not ask for a better staff! Everyone who works there is beyond nice, professional and helpful. The treatments themselves are working beautifully and very effective; I noticed improvements(decreased hair growth) in all areas treated from the1st session. I purchased a 6 treatment package for my daughter. We went for an evaluation before the treatments began and they asked questions to determine correct laser treatments for her. She has had 2 treatments so far and can really tell a difference already! She says that the treatment is very comfortable and is already asking for a package for a different area. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful towards us. The office is very nice and conveniently located.

Please do your research. this company keeps going bankrupt changing the name and moving forward. very corrupt company. the people that still work there know they are complicit.

I love Premier Laser Spa of Greenville. The staff is warm and friendly. They make the effort to learn your name. The technicians are great at what they do. The service really works! Ive been going for about 5 months, and the results are amazing (my teenager daughter is so jealous)! I would recommend this service to anyone who is serious about hair removal.

After paying thousands of dollars and having gone through 20 plus treatments on 3 different lasers I now am at 50% hair growth. Yes 50% less hair is an improvement but the whole never shave again thing is a myth. They will let you start treatment and not tell you your a bad candidate until after you have gone through your treatments. I am white with olive colored skin and light brown hair. I hold a tan and they should have told me it was a waste of my money.

I highly recommend. I have gotten several very private areas done. It does work well and it does take time. It has taken about 8 months for good results but totally worth the wait. I saw progress within 2 treatments. I feel very confident after having done all the treatments for hair removal. I will say it is a little addicting because I am getting more places done. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Great confidence booster!

LIGHT RX or whatever they are changing the name to, to trick people into spending their money there is a terrible company. Right when you walk in your greeted with a fake smile and entered into a belittling consultation with a short black haired woman named Heather. She is rude and lies just to get money. Never returned my call about my refund. I should have known that this was a mistake by the consultation with her, but they were practically giving away services which later i realized it was because they were going bankrupt. i have yet to receive on treatment, i want my money back and they wont do that either, and will not return calls. terrible company. do your research please!! shut them down permanently!!!!
