I’ve been to this location multiple times and Kanisha has always gone above and beyond for me!! She takes her time and makes sure she doesn’t leave anything behind. She makes sure I was comfortable or made sure I was okay. If I ever needed a break she would leave that area and do another area.Very professional and talkative which makes the time go by quickly. I 1000% recommend her !

Been a customer of this place for 10 years now. Been seeing Teala every time (whom is an amazing person). Got to my appointment today and was notified at the time of the appointment that the boss had moved me around with another waxer which is an unprofessional move because in my opinion they can loose customers that way when they put you with someone whom you did not want simply because they don’t meet your expectation. Am very disappointed!

Ive been to both locations now, both are well kept. The esthetician always do a great job and are talkative which makes the process go by faster.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian at this location and it was amazing! I went to Lindsey and she was EVERYTHING! She’s very welcoming, attentive, and thorough. Everything you want in an esthetician. Brazilian waxing is normally unpleasant, but Lindsey made it so much easier.

I got my eyebrows waxed and I have sensitive skin, it always gets red after waxing or anything. The lady who did my brows made sure when I was leaving to ask if I was okay! She was completely concerned and attentive, I explained to her it’s okay my skin is just like this but it shows that she cared enough about my experience. They even worked me in which was even better. 10/10

Called to make an appointment. Receptionist started with hello....that’s it. I went and It felt so rushed! And it was just an eyebrow tint! Now tell me why one is darker than the other...! Such a shame. Going to Walmart to buy something to help this disaster.

Andreia introduces herself as soon as I walked in. She listened to my issue from a previous visit. She offered to correct it free of charge. She has one of the best personalities and was completely hands on training her staff. That way they were all trained the SAME way. I have promoted her on all social media before I even left the parking lot.

Totally don’t like the fact that I’m asked to confirm my appointment 24 hours in advance and which I did and then this morning at 9am I get a call that my appointment has to be canceled or reschedule due to the person calling out! I just think that’s so unprofessional and the fact it’s my birthday week and I’m schedule to leave Cabo tomorrow without my wax is very upsetting! Bring Brandi back I loveeee her

I love this place. Ive been going to this location since before Andriea bought it and converted to her business. I am so glad she did! Great prices and products! I love my esthetician, Brandii. She is always pleasant to speak with and makes any nerves go away! I would have hated to find somewhere else to get waxed. The staff is always friendly and greets me upon arrival. They make me feel valued for my business when I go to leave. Very clean.

Best experience ever! Previously an Ultraskin client, I didnt know what to expect with new management. Andreia herself was there, greeted me, and did the wax service herself. She was super friendly, put me at ease, and even honored the package I previously paid for. I just followed up again, and the staff was just as friendly and professional. Sooo much better than Ultraskin! Im an Andreia client for life!!

Im a loyal customer of Brazilian Wax by Andreia, I have never had a bad experience at any of her locations, Im usually in and out within 30 mins. I tried a new location in Greenville, that just opened, and to my surprise Andreia, the owner was there and did my waxing, I told her that Im a customer from ga and I was passing thru the area and was fortunately able to find a Brazilian Wax in Greenville, S.C. its right off the interstate. Love this Business!
