So after several attempts to get henna art tattoo, which is s feature the company offers, I finally was able to get an associate who can do the henna. I was told twice before this artist wasnt in. But today she was! And not only do they not offer the services in the numerous pictures they have hanging up, but I was told by the threader I could bring in photos of what I wanted. The henna artist couldnt do either. Wasnt shy about saying so. She offered to use a stencil since she could not free hand. Still anxious I took her up on her offer. Needless to say it was trash. I will be posting pictures. Also if this company can not do what it claims take down the photos. This is false advertisement!

All the employees do a wonderful job at shaping eyebrows. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for quite a while and never had a problem. Best place in Greenville in my experience :)

This place is great. With less or no waiting, you get your eyebrows done on time for good value. The owner and the staffs are friendly and professional. The place is clean and they maintain hygienic environment. The service is of great quality.The staffs are trained and they focus on the detail on what the customer wants. I am in town visiting so trying anyone other than my regular threader is risky. But I enjoyed it. The young woman who did my eyebrows was professional and friendly. She did exactly what I asked and I walked away satisfied. I did not catch her name but I believe it started with an A.

The woman was very very nice. BUT, I have a bruise on my lip, nose, near eye. AND it freakin hurt to the point I became dizzy. Didn’t do a great job, had to sit back down twice.

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever left a review on anything in my life.. but today left me so upset I really felt inclined to. I asked to “clean up” my eyebrows and she left me with nearly nothing there. My birthday was the next day and I left the place crying and having to go to ulta to buy a brow pencil. I am not sure who was scheduled during the afternoon on January 29th but god it was awful! I was polite, paid and left but I really was so disappointed after looking in mirror. Even she had the look on her face that she messed up.. lol and that’s okay ! But I just wanted to highly suggest for others not to make the same mistake as me.

Iv been coming here for about 3 years now if you want the best be there between open and 12. I trust no one but her, her other employees are exceptional but personally I love her and she dosent even know it but I moved to Raleigh pretty much and I still travel just because I don’t trust anyone here. Never cared about my nails or hair but my eyebrows? O yeah definitely the only thing I’m picky about and I’m telling you if your picky too come here.

The lady that did my eyebrows made them mad thin without asking. My eyebrows were thick and full and she made them skinny. She messed them up completely. I wasnt satisfied at all and she still made me pay, then tried to get me to pay for another service that I didnt ask for! Dont go here!

An amazing place to get your eyebrows done. No chemicals what so ever and very precise. I can guarantee that you will be satisfied. Best place in town and there is hardly no waiting in line. They will make sure to ask you how you want your eyebrows to look and will make recommendations if needed.

Just left. Currently crying. I asked the lady when I walked up to please keep them thick and just clean up the strays. She took over half my eyebrows away. One eyebrow looks like a perfectly rounded thin pasta noodle and the other looks like it broke its back. I was too upset to say anything and left as quickly as I could. I’m so upset.

Not the only place in Greenville! And not the best place either. This kiosk is only rated because people don’t think they have other options. I am new in town and very sad about leaving my regular salon to have to find a new threader. I was recommended by Ulta to come here and after a rather rough threading I walked away with nearly NO EYEBROWS just two pencil thin lines across my forehead and a dark smudge filling. I would have been better off to do waxing or tweezing or nothing at all! Will not return and do not recommend.

If you get the Indian or Pakistani lady (sorry not sure which country) you can expect to receive above average service. I believe she is the owner or wife of the owner Santosh (wrote the review below). If you get the Latina employee Yessika (she also wrote a review below), expect to walk away bleeding. Yessika always does my threading roughly and makes me bleed for at least 5 minutes afterwards. I avoid this place if she is the only one working. Im desperately looking for another place for threading.
