I really like this place. They are very friendly and l like the way they do my nails and they do great pedicures.tyey wear their masks and are very clean.

We are new in the neighborhood and after I read other reviews I decided to take my two teens daughters for manicures and pedicures. I like Katy’s team, they were patience and professional. I satisfied with the service and price. Definitely recommend this business.

I cannot say enough about Katy Nails. I love the warm friendly feeling here. Everyone talks with you and share laughs with you. I have always left very pleased with the services I went in for. They care and it shows. Family atmosphere!

I asked for an American classic manicure and pedicure. The nail tech told me she could do American, but when it came time to paint, she used clear (like for a French) instead of the light pink for American. I reminded her that I wanted American. She told me to show her a picture of an American pedicure so I did. She then chose a pink color that was not the right type of pink for an American. She then said that the salon doesnt have the right pink. So I paid over $60 for a French mani/pedi after I was assured I could get an American, and on top of that, she didnt even do a good job. She kept repeating steps of the pedicure as if she didnt know what order they were supposed to go in, and she made my toe bleed and then proceeded to put alcohol on it several times even though I told her it burned. I came here based on reviews. I really wish I wouldve stayed with my normal salon. Im tempted to remove the paint tonight and just paint them again myself. She was also extremely slow and I waited much longer than the 5-10 minute wait that I was assured. I wasted my money and time.

Ava, you’re wonderful and deserve 5 stars! I walked in, super busy and yet accepted and was treated nicely. I RARELY have my nails done and I truly like the ladies here, very nice and super attentive. Thank you for fun, cute nails and a lovely massage!

I got my pedicure done by Ruby yesterday. They got my mom and I right in, though it was 1:30pm on a Thursday. The place was nice as are pretty much all nail salons. Ruby was so rough on my feet, she used the Pumi bar on the top of my foot scraping and breaking the skin. Today it is sore and red and really gross looking. The paint job she did on my toes was also just awful. I’m taking off the paint today and will just paint them at home myself. Wish I could post a picture of my foot. Hopefully they keep their tools sanitized because this looks like it could get infected if they don’t. I will say Ruby was very nice, maybe she’s just new??

I stopped by to get a pedicure today and it had been about 6 months since my last. This was my first time trying out this place and I enjoyed it and will definitely go back. I was the only man there besides the male employees, but felt at ease. My feet feel so soft now and the massage relaxed me so much!

I always use Danny and Ava very special people always go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and like family!!! So I decided to try this place out due to the great reviews it has but I wish I hadn’t now. First of all, I had to wait 1 hour before they got to me, they weren’t very busy and I was the only person waiting but I chose to wait. No problem.I told the girl I wanted designs, she rolled her eyes and made an “uggh” noise in annoyance…I’m sorry but if you work at a nail salon you should know how to do designs. 3 days after I got my nails done, my thumb nail broke putting my daughters shoe on!!! Really?!! 1 week later (now) my nails look like they already need a fill-in!!! I will not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve learned firsthand, just because they have great reviews doesn’t mean they will treat you the same. I really wanted this place to be my go to nail salon in Greenville but unfortunately, I will not be spending another $62 ($52 for nails and $10 tip) for a set of nails here. They do not hold up!! This was the first time in 3 years getting my nails done and my fiancé and I are both upset that they didn’t last 3 days!!

They got right on me without an appointment and did an awesome job. Ava on my fingernails and another on my toes and my brows waxed in an hour and a half. Very pleased and will for sure be returning.

Been here twice so far, great experience both times. This is gonna be my regular spot. My daughter was getting fussy (5 months) so they improvised for me and gave me 2 people to take half the time. Enjoyed a much needed spa day. Mani, pedi, massage. Staff was polite and attentive. Establishment well run and clean. The TV has closed captioning which allowed me to watch without the noise blaring...a great idea to keep the setting quiet and relaxing. Worth every penny!

This is usually where I come to get my pedicures done and eyebrows waxed. Love the work of Aron. He is so gentle and does such a great job. He is also very nice. Kim is the only one I want to do my eyebrows. She is great! Kim always plays with my daughter when we come in and she is great with her. Omg I love the music always!

So, I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but this was the best experience that I’ve ever had at a nail salon! They were extremely courteous, asking me if I wanted anything to drink several times throughout my visit, asking if I wanted to sit in the massage chair for free since they were a little busy and I had to wait a bit (which I had fully expected), and continually asked if I was happy with my nails! Wonderful experience to say in the least!

I went for the first time because a lot of people recommended it. The receptionist was disgusting. She was rude and said “what are you getting?” With attitude. I let it go because I thought maybe she’s having a bad day. My nail tech was a sweet heart. He asked how my day was and had a conversation and made me feel welcomed. Once I was seated two Caucasian women came into the salon and they were greeted differently. The receptionist was happy to greet them and even walked them over to their seat and asked if they wanted anything to drink. I was never offered anything but a dirty look and nasty attitude.

After reading great reviews on Google, I decided to go to The Katy Nails. Ava was awesome!! She made sure throughout the process I was happy with my nails, and made sure they were just how I wanted them. I will definitely be back!!

I had my eyes brows done and they were completely messed up from the place I went to in Dallas, and The Katy Nails & Spa absolutely were wonderful and fixed them for me making them even again and not too thin unlike most places. Took the hubs and daughter for pedicures. The staff is friendly, and the facility is always neat and tidy. They have recently opened up a sister salon down the road, so this location isnt quite as busy as it used to be (which is a very good thing). Previously, without an appointment, wait time could be anywhere from 30 minutes to come back tomorrow. But we walked right in, got three chairs together, and were out of there in about an hour. Katy is my go-to nail salon in Greenville.

My friends recommended this place a while back and I tried it out for myself but the receptionist was nasty and I’m pretty sure racist. The treatment that was given to white clients over me being Hispanic was appalling which is unfortunate because Ms. Alyssa (receptionist) ruined my entire visit and my perception of this place.

Went in last minute and they took care of me all the way. Tony did an amazing job with my nails. Just the way I told him to. Which is very hard and difficult to find. Definitely going back.

The woman doing my mani pedi today did exceptionally good. She asked throughout for approval of nail length, shape, massage. She used pressure during massage which felt fantastic. She was attentive throughout. She was gentle with my ingrown toenail.

I am a college student at TAMUC and needed my nails done badly for my graduation pictures. I did not want to go to a nail shop in Commerce so my boyfriend and I came across this nail salon/spa and I couldn’t have been more thankful. The nail tech, Phuobg, that did my fill took her time and was very detail oriented with her work. The customer service was great. There’s really nothing bad that I could say.
