I was so excited to have an European facial (this is the facial with extractions) at this spa that has so many good reviews and their website looks so nice and pleasant. when I arrived to the spa I felt very comfortable They gave me a tour, they treated me with a lot of professionalism, they have a waiting room with snacks and drinks. You feel pampered and well treated, the reason why Im giving them 1 star is because starting from the moment they guided from the waiting room to do the facial, the lady only tried to garner money from me. She did an analysis and told me that my skin was dehydrated and that they could do me microdermabrasion for an additional $ 75 dollars, this was the first red flag... Then, she asked me if I drink enough water in the day (I drink more than 2 liters of water a day) and she said that the surface of my skin was dry. She tricked me and seduced me by putting on masks and giving me relaxing massages and suddenly the lady was like we are done! To which I replied but I did not feel any extractions and she answered well what happened is that your skin is very rough and dry so it is better to work first on the surface of your skin all disappointed I leave the room and this lady hands me a bottle of water and tells me I know you drink more than 2 liters of water a day but drink this bottle of water insinuating that I was lying to her when I told her that I drank more than 2 liters of water a day! After, she takes me to the store in the spa and tries to sell me almost everything they had there, but among the things she tried to sell me, there was a body scrub and she said to me I touched your back honey and you need this I remember i thought Im never coming back to this place again, they didnt do what I asked for and now this lady is making condescending comments trying to sell me the whole spa then the lady told me that If i was going to buy anything tell the cashier that it was her that showed me the products. the worst of all is that when I went to pay for my facial (because I didnt buy all those products after their weasel behavior) they charged me for the European facial! when they should have charged me for a regular facial! And the receptionist asked out loud in front of the other people there if I wanted to tip the beautician, to which I had to say yes due to feeling peer pressured by the surrounding patrons now staring. It is a shame that I have received better facials in my home country country than in the land of opportunities where everything is advertised as better.

I went there for the first time. The massage was amazing, very relaxing. Sarah did great. The atrium is well done with nice lounge chairs and snacks, tea available. The women’s locker room and shower area is very clean as well. Highly recommended for a massage for a wonderful experience.The waxing experience was great as well. Very clean. Debbie was kind. She did a thorough job. No pain with waxing at all. Highly recommended for spa services overall!

A good friend and I go every month to get our waxing done. Ladies at the front desk are awesome and helpful. We get our waxing done with Ms. Joanna she is the absolute best. We love her whole life. Friendly, sociable, caring and just a all around good person. People skills are on point and you can tell she loves her job.

She made my visit the best experience I have ever had from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better facial, and I have had quite a few facials. You can tell she loves what she does because this girl put her heart and soul into it. She performed some sort of magic on my face and now I’m singing to myself and can not wipe this relaxed smile off my face! She caressed my face so softly and performed massage techniques on my upper body I had never experienced in my life! Because YES!! There is a arm and shoulder massage with your facial! Went for a lash lift and tint, and I did not see the results I was expecting after looking through others results. When it came time to remove the rod and open my eyes, I experienced burning in both eyes. I would say it took about 5 minutes or more to get the burning to calm. Overall relaxing experience, and friendly staff. But I would not recommend paying $125 for the lash lift procedure.

Very professional. Had a 4 hr spa day. The massage and facials were amazing. The Grotto was very disappointing. Was not what I expected. Pedicure was good, manicure was just average. Everyone was very nice and professional

I had a wax appointment with JoAnna. She is very professional, knowledgeable and quick. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The atmosphere was relaxing, facility was clean and the staff was warm and welcoming.

Stopped in when traveling through Greenville because I was low on lip color - one I have used for years. Was told my color was no longer available and needed to choose a new item. Checked with my local MN store when I returned home only to find my color still available and plenty in stock. Why would sales rep mislead me???? Will not be back to this location - thats for sure!!

I received a $60 gift certificate from a friend and called and made an appointment for a 25 minute massage, and the type of massage was not verified when I got there. So instead, I was given a 50 minute massage and didnt realize it and felt forced to pay the difference when I didnt even ask for a 50 minute massage. Also, considering how expensive the massage was, it was also the worst massage I have ever had. I get massages regularly because of all the shoulder and neck pain I get. None of these issues were taken care of, even when I told her the specific area that needs extra work. My shoulder actually hurts worse today than it did before I got the massage. I wonder if she even has proper training in massage bc she was barely touching me and only using her fingertips even when I specified that I like firm pressure. Very disappointed with my experience and will stick to going to Refreshology instead.
