Ive been a client since Dec. 2014 and Im still amazed at the results at every touch up visit. The atmosphere is friendly and Olivia makes you feel right at home. I feel comfortable enough with Olivia to go to sleep while shes working on my lashes. Ive gotten so many compliments on my lashes and how natural they look. The price is well worth it. Ive been going to Olivia for over a year for eyelash extensions and can say she does an awesome job! I get so many compliments from people about how beautiful and natural my lashes look and I always say its thanks to Olivia. I started out thinking I would only do it for a couple of months to see what it was like but I fell in love with them and loved the younger look and the fact I didnt have to wear mascara and deal with the clumps of mascara and the raccoon eyes. I look at it as a treat to go because I get to lay back and listen to relaxing music and take a nap and wake up to beautiful thick lashes. Olivia is very professional and is definitely in the right profession because she is very good at making you feel young and beautiful. I recently started using her Glo-Minerals makeup line and cannot say enough good things about it. My favorite summer item is the Dark Primer with 30 SPF! It makes my face look tan AND I also get the extra benefit of sunscreen. Its the only thing I will be wearing this summer and I even wear it on the beach as my sunscreen. Its so light and not oily and covers very well. All I can say is Olivia Rodriguez is absolutely the best!

Olivia Rodriguez has been doing my lashes for about a year now. She does an amazing job. I have gotten so many compliments even when its time for a fill in! Before going to her my lashes were very short and damaged from allowing nail salon technicians to apply there so called individual lashes and strips not knowing they were damaging them all along!! After they would do my lashes I would have eye irritation from the glue and could not wear them for maybe a day or so... I can honestly say after giving Olivia a try her treatment and technique have bought them back to a healthy status. She was able to show me before and after pictures of how my lashes were damaged and her applying her lashes was an extreme difference. I had no eye irritation and they were so natural looking! Her installation process is on point, she makes you feel very relaxed. She is very professional and knows her products. If you want gorgeous healthy natural looking lashes Olivia Rodriguez hands down is your best choice!

This is SO important to me with my own health issues in the past; so the fact that the technicians here truly care about your wellbeing and are constantly working on their techniques & treatments makes me happy.I have looked up all of the other spas in the surrounding areas and this one by far is the BEST at what they do with eye lash extensions (which is what I was looking for but their technicians are amazing at other treatments as well). Honestly no other spa leaves lashes looking so full or has such a well-trained staff. LA Upscale is definitely worth it. (Not to mention I haven’t had ANY problems with losing lashes or any other complications). So bye bye mascara, fake eye lashes & eye lash glue👋🏼PS. I appreciated how Olivia took the time to teach me about the process, her techniques & the problems that often come from poorly applied eye lash extensions (which would come from having a bad eye lash technician or also from having an eye lash technician that did not even inform you about their process).
