I just had a 90 minute massage with Caroline. It was the Best massage I have had. I totally enjoyed the massage and Caroline. I’m looking forward to my next visit!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I have been here twice and I love it !! Everything about the place and facials-massages . Just had my second facial. Kate is very sweet and she is very good at what she does explains everything to you. I really love the atmosphere they all are very welcoming 💜

I have seen Kate Franklin twice, she is absolutely a doll. Competent, professional, friendly and she has so much knowledge about skincare. I feel comfortable and well taken care of during my facials. My skin has become healthier and more moisturized since being treated with Kates special touch. She is absolutely awesome.

By far the best in eastern NC! The staff is wonderful and always goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Ive gotten a lot of massages, but Trina James at Refreshology is THE absolute best. Her hands are magic! The relaxing atmosphere is amazing and Jessica at the front desk is very welcoming!

I originally started going looking for relief for chronic migraines, tension headaches and neck/shoulder spasms. Krisan has been wonderful, and I can tell that my issues have improved since starting massage therapy. The staff is always very nice, and the office is very clean and relaxing. Even the owner reached out to me when there was a scheduling mishap in their system and offered to compensate for it. Love that they have 5:30 appointments so I dont have to miss work.

We are in town for the weekend visiting a friend, just enjoying time and relaxing. Jessica went out of her way to get both my husband and I in for a same day appointment! Our therapists Trina and Krishan were wonderful! Such a lovely, clean, and welcoming atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

I have a major exam tomorrow so I thought a massage was necessary. After calling around trying to find a spa to fit me in on Tuesday morning I was very disappointed with Massage Envy. I gave Refresh-ology a call and they quickly set up my appointment. I requested Paige thanks to the reviews and well she did NOT DISAPPOINT. Paige is amazing although the others may be good, but Paige is on another level of expertise. I have never fell asleep while getting a massage, and Paige did just that. I left Refresh-ology felling REFRESHED. I will definitely be returning in the near future. 😊

The front desk is really rude and fake. They might be smiling the whole time, but they make you feel unwelcome. The entrance is on the second floor. The elevator is present but you need a code. If Im in pain, I need an elevator. There is no walk in. Call even if it from the car right before you walk in, because it makes a difference apparently.

The massage therapists that work here know what they are doing. Paige is the one I see and highly recommend.

I went to Caroline in a lot of pain from two compression fractures. She took her time with me and did an excellent job on my masssge. This was my first one and already booked for another one. Caroline was great . Norma Paiz

Caroline is the reason I could toe the line at the Chicago marathon (and run a PR). I was having aches and pains during my training cycle and started working with Caroline to loosen up and ease the pain so I could continue my training. Every appointment she assessed my current trouble areas and worked to address them. Im incredibly thankful that I found her!

I highly recommend going to see Paige. I was have shoulder pain for a long time and had several massages at different places before coming here. After I saw her the shoulder pain went completely away. She is very kind and listens to your concerns. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My skincare place

Had a deep tissue massage with Paige yesterday. I have back issues and she worked those areas with expert care. I have learned that for me if I allow the most pressure, I feel much better later with my sore muscles. Paige listened to me on what I was used to with a deep tissue massage and did an awesome job. I highly recommend her and Refresh-ology.

Chris-anne worked on me at a weightlifting meet today & she was wonderful! My back felt much looser once she finished.

Recently had my second 30-minute massage with Sara and Im already booked for another in a few weeks. She has really helped a chronic SI-joint/glute issue. I start to feel better the same day as the massage and it lasts for weeks. Sara knows the right amount of pressure to apply and she provides helpful stretching tips to make the massage effects last longer. Thank you for helping me become pain-free, Sara! Also, the Refresh-ology office is a very clean and relaxing environment.

Had alot of tension, trigger point, and numbness in my right arm and neck. Even had tpi(trigger points injections) which only worked for a week. Amazing experience after today. Much better feeling than steroid injections. After today my arm feels different. Im guessing it possibly a pinched nerve. Either way it has been such a great treatment. Well definitely be going back. Thanks Refreshology!
