Amberia was absolutely fabulous. She really worked out the knots in my shoulders. This spa can be hit or miss, but Amberia was a hit.

I highly recommend this Spa. I have eyelash extentions & she did an amazing job. Im very high strung. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep a few times. She explained every detail before doing it, very nice.

I got eye lash extensions but they all fell off on the 4th day. I am very disappointed with it. They looked cute but wished they would had last more then a week

So! Be sure to read all the way thru! For the first visit I had a fabulous experience. The hot stones were to die for. Went back a month later and it was a waste of money and time. The masseuses talked the ENTIRE TIME to each other, the hot stone treatment was bs, full body massage...NOT, more like my 4 yr niece rubbing oil on me. Needless to say that I will not be returning and will be unsubscribing for updates/specials. I thought I had found a keeper :(

This was my first time to Holiday spa and also my first time getting my lashes done. I requested an appointment on a Sunday and was able to get in two days later. I was super impressed by the service and it was extremely affordable ($79) compared to other lash extension services in the area (as much as $250). While I don’t have much to compare it to, I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism and how gentle she was. She also took the time to explain the different options to me and when I asked for her opinion as it was all new to me, she gave a great recommendation based on my natural lashes and eye shape. I’m really happy with how it turned out. Next time I’m in the area, I will be back!

Ive been to this place two times now. The last massage was done by Lily who was fantastic.

We have been here 6 times for a couples massage, and I have been for a foot massage.This place is remarkable. Kelly is incredible and we have never had a bad experience. The environment is relaxing, great music, smells relaxing and they always do a great job. We always look forward to our visit.

I have never felt so relaxed. The masseuse did an excellent job. Really got those tense places worked out. I needed that so bad. I highly recommend it...everyone needs a massage in their life! If you havent had one you are missing out!

I would not recommend at all. I made an appointment for me and my wife to get a couple massage, an red when we arrived they didn’t have our appointment wrote down. The lady asked if we could come back, but we already had prior arrangements for that day.

My husband and I have never had a massage, as wonderful and professional as the Couples massage we had at Holiday. Well definitely be back & recommend to everyone

Had eyelash extensions applied here by Kelly, and it was amazing! The lashes look beautiful and Kelly was very gentle, which is important when dealing with the eye area! I almost fell asleep a few times, it was actually really relaxing. She did a fantastic job and I love the end result. When I arrived she went over the different types of lashes, and helped me select the right type for my face. I went with a 1D mink full set, in the sexy shape.The spa was very clean and modern. The room where my lashes were applied was very relaxing, and the table and linens were nice and comfy. I have already set up my fill-in appointment and really want to try another service here, like a massage.

Today I had eye lash extensions done and it is a great experience! They have friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere with incredibly affordable prices! I would recommend them to anyone.The office is new and there is a learning curve when getting any new system down to a science. I felt comfortable and pampered.Book a service and be prepared for some much needed self care!

Great experience! Ive been there twice now and will definitely go back. Finally massage therapists who actually pay attention to my bodys needs, instead of going through the motions and skipping over knots and tension as Ive experienced before. Customer service is excellent, prices are fair, and I LOVED the grand opening deals.

I normally don’t write reviews;however, this review is warranted. I called the store to make a 2 person massage and it was booked for a Saturday at 10. The following day I received a call to confirm my appointment for the day of the call at 10:00. I stated it was scheduled for Saturday at 10. The lady then asked if she could reschedule it for Saturday at 11. We showed up and there was not an appointment on their books. They rescheduled for 3:30. We called back to reschedule to today (10/13/18), was put back in the room to get prepared. Another lady came in and said the appointment was never made for today. The 3rd time was a charm. We wouldn’t recommend going here as they don’t have their systems in place.

The experience was horrible there was to much noise. I could here the phone ringing, people entering and leaving, and I could not relax. The massage therapist left and entered the room several times and left me in there. NOT WORTH IT.

Extremely clean and nice place. Great relaxing spa experience. Smells wonderful. Massage was very nice and relaxing. Not as deep tissue as Im used to but relaxing.

Very Unprofessional, Their store hours say they close at 9pm , I went by at 5pm and they were close not even an explanation on the door as to why .

Spoiled rotten by this fantastic massage! Hard working, talented massage therapists that made me want to give them my business forever! 10/10 recommend. Be patient, as the therapists also answer the phone and the door - it’s worth it. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will be returning.

This is a clean, pleasant, reputable place.I came because I am a pianist and had a lot of painful tension and knots in my upper back, neck, and shoulders after a weekend gig. Ada was strong and worked a lot of it out. I felt a lot more relaxed afterwards.It is worth noting that English does not seem to be the staffs first language. However, that is absolutely not a bad reflection on the quality of their work! They greeted me cheerfully and promptly for my 7:00 appointment and answered all my questions.The previous one-star rating given by some other reviewer on Google seems entirely underserved. I encountered absolutely no problems. Im thankful I ran into this place. Nobody else had a spot for me after my gig this weekend and I tried this place on a whim. I hope their business grows and they get more clients who treat them respectfully.

Made original appt for 2 on a Saturday, they had us in the system for Thursday. They switched us to Sat at 11. We showed up on Sat at 11, they only had one of us on the schedule. Rescheduled for next sat at 10. Showed up at 9:45. Once again get the deer in the headlights look, tell us to get undressed and ready, then they come in to dispute the time and the Groupon. They could not explain the error again but offered to inconvenience their next client. We refused their service, reported it to Groupon and got a full refund. Awful customer service beware!!
