I have been going to AO for several months now and I absolutely love it. I see Taylor who has helped me with several of my skincare concerns and developed a regimen to improve not only the condition, how I treat it but also my self confidence. I look forward to seeing her one to two times a month. Additionally, Holly at the front desk is such a bright and positive spirit. I enjoy interacting with her upon arrival and departure. Both ladies are a delight and make my experience worth the drive and worth dealing with Greenville traffic.

I really like my new hair and my stylist (both rock) 😊. I had some serious COVID hair and wanted a change and decided to go platinum. Shannon was my stylist and really took her time understanding the color and style I wanted. She nailed that color, working with my gray, and it is still looking healthy (which I was worried about). She offered some great advice and products to keep it in good shape between visits. Gonna be so much fun playing with this over the summer. PS: this salon/spa is really pretty and still taking COVID precautions. 💗

My best friend and I were visiting out of town and wanted to do a joint facial and massage. My friend has been having a really rough go of things so it was our lets get away from it all trip. When booking I explained all of this and said it would be great if you guys could make it extra special for her. When we got there they had set up champagne, cheese and chocolate in our little room. They really went the extra mile to cheer her up and made us laugh the whole time we were there. Thank you so much for everything. It was a great experience.

I must say, this place is AMAZING! From the welcoming hellos at the front reception area, to the chic style, and high quality products, you cant go wrong by trying at least one service here. Yes, they have MULTIPLE services to offer! I have had the pleasure of having two amazing facials by Taylor. Ive also had my eyebrows and lashes done by Katie and she went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. Teresa has done my pedicure and manicures this past month and I feel like a new person. This is my go-to place and I suggest you give it a try!

I have had nothing but the best experiences since I began going to AO. I am beyond impressed with how I am treated as a client and I always leave feeling amazing. I have recently had so many challenges with my skin due to wearing a mask all day at work. My skin was very red, and broken out all around my mask area. Jessica has been helping me get my face back to normal and as of today (about 4 weeks later), my skin is not only normal but looking way better than before. Its clear and glowing with no blemishes! Its smoother than its been in a very long time and I can now go without makeup, which I have never done due to my skin challenges. I have had multiple services done to treat my skin and face to get me where I needed to be, but my favorite so far is the micro needling service! It made the biggest difference and Im excited to have it done again. Also I LOVE their skin care products. They are all organic and have so many rich benefits for the skin. I was using such harsh chemicals on my skin thinking that was the answer. Now I know my skin just needed a fresh drink of great nutrients & enzymes to get it back to where it needs to be. Definitely check them out for all your skin care needs! you will not be disappointed! Also, I cant leave this review without also saying, Ive got the BEST lashes ever because of them as well and I am PICKY! So many praises for AO - The Space!

Friendly staff, extremely clean, quality products

I had a lash lift and tint as well as an eyebrow lamination. I scheduled last minute. The front desk staff were extremely warm, welcoming and accommodating. The woman who did the service, Taylor, was professional, light-hearted, and a great conversationalist. The service flew by and the results were fantastic! I was so impressed with the atmosphere, professionalism and attention to detail that I scheduled to come back for more services before I left. 10/10.

AO has the greatest crew!! I went in first to get my hair done and it turned out just how I wanted it. I loved the space it’s beautiful, then shortly after got lashes and they have the best product around. I have been to several other places in the area but didn’t receive the longevity until I came here. Jessica is the best lash artist for sure !

I love to support small businesses. I gave this place a chance for a classic full volume set of eyelashes. very next day one of my eyes was back to normal, almost all of the eyelashes she put on me were gone! Keep in mind I paid more than $200. I called and set to get them filled again. When I went my second time she said it was because they were classics and not volume...great to know after getting them done! I would of pick volume if she let me known they would of lasted longer than a day! To make things worse, I gave them another chance but my son woke up sick on my appointment date. After telling them I could come in they still decided to charge me half the price for cancellation because it wasn’t in the time frame to cancel. Sorry but I think it’s very unfair to charge a cancellation fee when I clearly explained my son woke up sick. It’s called an Emergency!!. I definitely recommend other businesses.

I have been getting lash extension with Jessica for about a year. She is amazing at what she does. The process is very comfortable and I typically fall asleep during the sessions. Its always a treat to visit AO. The new location is very nice. Its bright, spacious and SUPER CLEAN!!! I highly recommend it.

I had a service with Katie - dermaplaning with hydrojelly mask upgrade. My service was fantastic! The location is convenient with tons of parking. The space is bright, relaxing and sparkling clean. Staff and owner are so kind and will answer any question you have. I go here for massages too.

I booked a massage with Krina Patel at the new AO Salon at Legacy Park. The muscles on the back right side of my neck were very tight and keeping me from turning my head. I went to my chiropractor, but also wanted to get a massage and relax my neck muscles. Krina was great! She can do deep tissue massage and hot stones. Dont let her small size fool you, she has the hand strength of a seven foot tall Russian man!! She really focused on my issues and tailored her technique to what I needed. Great experience, will definitely go back.

I don’t recommend AO the Space to anyone. The owner can’t keep anyone more than few months. The person I was originally going to left so I started to see someone else there but they left as well. I see so many people quitting that place so it’s not worth it anymore to start seeing someone else. Learn to treat your employees well so they don’t keep leaving!

The space has a clean and welcoming aesthetic. Jessica, the owner, is fantastic and does great lash lifts! Love coming here, parking is easy, staff are friendly, overall great experience and would definitely recommend!
