Both of our teen sons (14 and 13 years old) have been coming here regularly. Everybody is super nice, they’re well organized and they perform great work. We even witnessed acts of exceptional kindness and compassion. Wonderful place, highly recommend it!!!

We LOVE Ashby Park Family Orthodontics - Greenville!!! After extensively researching dental offices and orthodontics offices for our children we decided to give them a try. We have NOT regretted the move for a second. We especially LOVE the diversity of staff, the great customer service, and the wonderful Familial welcome and interaction we receive each visit. Our daughter looks forward to her appointments. Moreover, the superior oral knowledge and care is a breath of fresh air; especially after having invested significant funds in previous oral treatments that didnt work (from previous orthodontist). Simply put - They are AWESOME. 5 STARS!!!!!

Everyone is so helpful and straightforward with treatment options and prices. They only have to do what is needed. For our son we went somewhere else first and they recommended a more radical treatment that was much more money and 6 months longer than Ashby Park suggested. Our sons teeth are now wonderfully straight!

Absolutely love Ashby Park Orthodontist. All of the staff is nice and courteous and Dr. Melissa is wonderful. My daughter absolutely hates the dentist, but she feels comfortable here.

It’s very frustrating that they never answer the phone. We are new clients trying to get insurance questions answered, but can never get them on the phone and have never received a return call after many messages left.Easley office, same thing!This will be the second time I’ve had to drive 45 minutes just to speak with a warm body.Not happy!

My daughter is still going thru the process with her braces, but shes had them for a year, we have never had an issue with anything. All staff have been so cheerful and pleasant every time weve had an appointment. Amazing staff

My experience was awesome! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful! My son was happy with his experience today and he is excited about his future smile. Dr.Mellisa is so personable and relatable. I can tell that she’s passionate about what she does! If your looking for an orthodontist you gotta check them out! I recommend them 1000%

I took my daughter to other orthodontist first. The first orthodontist I went to told us they excepted our insurance. We get there they don’t except our insurance and don’t even do a payment plan for braces. The second orthodontist I went to he’s a money hungry dude. Hey said my daughter needed all this work done that was gonna cost us almost $7000. Then they did payment arrangements at the office he came to every week but since he said she had a lot of work to have done he wanted her to go to his office. I explain to him the reason while we was going there and not his office is because they had a cheap down payment and she monthly payments. And he said he would work with us. But when it came down to it they tried to make us pay $1000 down and 200 a month. I called his office told them that he even said he would work with us and he acted like he never said he would work with us. I will never deal with Hunts orthodontics again. Now when it comes to Ashby Park Orthodontics they done things right and charging us what we’re supposed to be charged. So we will be sticking with them.

I recommend Ashby Park Orthodontist to anybody. Dr. Melissa and the staff are very professional and nice. Every visit the time I step into the facility until I leave they show nothing but true genuine love for what they do.

Just starting our journey here and not happy at all. They seem disorganized and have pushed my sons appointment out almost 2 months for his appliance and this is AFTER he started his prep work. Just got a call. The reason they pushed us out so far is they never even ordered his appliance. Hoping this gets better but I am not at all pleased with the start.

This is an orthodontist that changed hands while we were in their care. Glue was left on teeth after braces, we had to go back after a 6 month cleaning let us know to have that fixed. Today we went for a replacement retainer. They thought they lost the scans, eventually found them, charged me, didn’t have the retainer after all, and rescheduled all after a 40 minute wait.

My daughter absolutely loves this office and the staff she interacts with, after every appointment she always compliments the staff on how nice they are and how she is so happy to get her teeth fixed by them!

I am so thankful for the patience and kindness we received during our experience with Ashby Park Pediatric Orthodontics. Each of the staff has been welcoming and friendly, patiently answering my recurring mom questions, and explaining things in detail. The process of finding a payment plan that worked for our family was made a stress-free process as staff walked me slowly through all options available to me. They really listen to my concerns as a mom and share their expertise with me in a warm and caring way.

These ladies are fantastic. Im an adult patient with invisalign and they have been wonderful to work with and thoughtful around the patient relationship. Dr. Melissa is fantastic with a modern approach I appreciate whereas several of the other practices I looked at seemed outdated and really only focused on the outcome - not the process. Kudos to the billing team as they helped me navigate through a total change in my insurance and worked with me to help make my payments manageable.Regardless of age, youll have an awesome experience with this practice!!

We have been with AP since my daughter was little. Now she is in full braces, and I couldnt be more pleased. Dr. Jen and her staff are attentive, accommodating, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure things are going well. When my daughter was 4, Dr. Jen even came in on a day when the office was closed to fix a loose bracket on an expansion appliance. Thats dedication! Prices are more than fair, and service is OUTSTANDING.

My daughter received her braces almost a month ago. I have been so pleased.The staff was really great, attentive, knowledgeable, and Dr Jenn has always been great. My kids have been with this group (Ashby Park Dentistry) for years and I would not switch to another dentistry for anything.Just a little blurb. I had called the office several times checking on what insurance paid for the braces, checking other appointments for my kids, etc., and the young lady was SOOOO nice and patient. There was even a mix up on insurance information when my daughter went to get her braces. Even though I was frustrated that this was not updated before we got there, all she said was no problem I will get it fixed, with a continued smile and genuineness.Now thats customer service!

Awful service. They dont call or email to remind you of appointments and then when they call to tell you that you need to reschedule, they have zero availabilities to reschedule. I was able to get a cancellation for today only to show up and no one is at the office. Turns out they are all in Anderson today. Im at my wits end with this dentist and orthodontist office.
